Agatha Fung serves as Executive Vice President and Head of International Banking of East West Bank. In October 2005, Ms. Fung joined East West from CITIC International Financial Holdings in Hong Kong where she held positions as Head of Business Banking of CITIC Ka Wah Bank and Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of HKCB Finance. Ms. Fung has over 20 years of banking experience and has also held senior management positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank in both Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Steven D. Munter serves as Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Lending. Prior to joining East West in November 2006, Mr. Munter spent over 25 years with Bank of America where he held a number of senior management positions, most recently as the Commercial Banking National Credit Products Executive for Government, Healthcare and Institutions. His long standing global career with Bank of America has also included assignments in Central and South America and, for five years in Asia, where he held senior positions with Banc America Securities, Japan.

William H. Fong serves as Executive Vice President and Head of the Bank s Northern California Commercial Lending division. Mr. Fong joined East West in April 2006 from United Commercial Bank where he was the Head of Commercial Banking. Prior to this, Mr. Fong spent 23 years with the BNP Paribas/Bank of the West group. His responsibilities as an Executive Vice President with Bank of the West included the oversight of the Pacific Rim Division s Corporate Banking department as well as the strategic planning and development of the division s branch network in Portland, California, Nevada, and representative offices in Taiwan and Shanghai. Before transferring to Bank of the West, Mr. Fong spent 20 years with BNP Paribas as Director of the Asia Desk.

Rudolph I. Estrada is a former Presidential appointee serving as Commissioner on the White House Commission on Small Business. He also served as the Los Angeles District Director for the U.S. Small Business Administration. Mr. Estrada is President and CEO of Estradagy Business Advisors, a business and banking advisory group and serves as a professor of business and economics with the California State University system. He serves on the boards of several corporate and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Kane is a current member of Galen's Advisory Board and will be a key member of Galen's Senior Management Team, overseeing all business operations in the Western United States. In addition to his role with Galen, Mr. Kane will be the Executive Vice President of Western Operations of IJM Western Corp., a subsidiary of IJM Holdings Corporation which is an affiliate of Galen Capital Corp. He will also be a member of the Board of Directors for IJM Holdings Corporation. Previously, Mr. Kane was Chief Executive Officer for HSBC Private Bank in Southern Calif. He built and led a team, offering banking, lending, wealth management and wealth/tax advisory services to ultra high net-worth families and individuals. He also served the Los Angeles marketplace by proactively teaming with corporate mid-market, media and real estate teams. Prior to HSBC, Mr. Kane was a Managing Partner with Arthur Andersen. Throughout his 28 years with Andersen, he served on many management committees for Andersen's practices, including Los Angeles Managing Partner and Chairing Andersen's Worldwide Nominating Committee to the Board in 2000. He has served multi jurisdictional clients for 30 years, with an emphasis on client's investments in the US. Mr. Kane is a graduate from the London School of Economics (LSE), at London University. He received his Honors Degree in Economics, specializing in Accounting and Finance. He was invested as an Office of the British Empire (OBE) by HM The Queen for services to the US - British Commerce in 1997. Mr. Kane is an active community leader, and sits on numerous civic Boards in Los Angeles.

Jack C. Liu , Esq. is Senior Advisor for Morgan Stanley International Real Estate Fund ( MSREF ) and is President of MSREF s affiliates New Recovery Asset Management Corp. in Taiwan. He also serves as Chairman of Topvision Display Technologies, Inc. Mr. Liu is admitted to practice law in the jurisdictions of California, Washington, D.C. and the Republic of China. His legal expertise is in international corporate, real estate and banking.

Peggy Cherng is Co-Chair of Panda Restaurant Group, which includes more than 1,000 restaurants in the United States, Puerto Rico and Japan. Dr. Cherng holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and serves on the boards of the National Restaurant Association, Methodist Hospital of Southern California, Children's Hospital Los Angeles and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
