Roger Perrin is a non-executive director of International Risk Ltd. He advises the company as to its strategic direction and as to opportunities and developments in the financial services industry. Roger is the founding shareholder and Managing Director of Scottish and Eastern Limited which is engaged in the business of private equity investment, principally in Hong Kong and the PRC. Mr. Perrin is a native of Hamilton, Scotland and has worked in East Asia since 1971. He has been actively involved in venture capital investments in a wide variety of industries in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia as well as Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. Prior to establishing Scottish and Eastern Limited in 1992 in partnership with Mr. Chien Lee, he was a shareholder and director of MM Worms Far East, the regional merchant banking subsidiary of the Worms Group of France. Roger is Chairman of the Scottish Business Group, which forms part of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and was also a past Chairman and founding member of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association.

Dr. Fernando Garcia serves as Medical Director of Laboratory Services at Eastern. A pathologist, Dr. Garcia's background includes a fellowship in surgical pathology and infectious disease at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Before joining CTCA, Dr. Garcia worked at Drexel University College of Medicine and Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Derek Hampson has been a Vice President of United since October 1987. He has served as Manager of Eastern since 1971 and its President since 1996.

Fisayo is the Company's Port-Hourcourt-based Regional Manager for both the Eastern and South-South Regions of the country. She is responsible for coordinating the Business Development Team for the Region. Her influence is critical to establishing IBTC Pension as the PFA of choice in the Region. Her previous experience includes Internal Audit, Trade Finance, Treasury & Financial Services as well as Relationship Management within the IBTC Group. A Chartered Accountant and Best Graduating Student in her class, Fisayo holds a B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Ilorin.

Prior to joining Eastern in 2002, Ms. McMullen was the global head of sales for the Investment Management Group at Thomson Financial, where she integrated previously independent sales organizations into a cohesive team and was instrumental in developing its buy-side product strategy. From 1995 to 2000, Ms. McMullen was a senior executive at Putnam Investments, where she held several key positions, including chief investment officer, Core Growth Equities; and chief investment officer, Global Growth Equities. In 1998, she was named head of Global Investment Research, which gave her responsibility for the leadership and development of more than 100 analysts worldwide. From 1985 to 1995, Ms. McMullen was a senior executive at Baring Asset Management, where she served as senior portfolio manager for Domestic Growth Equities, then as head of U.S. Equities and senior portfolio manager of Global Portfolios.

Well into her career as a mathematics and chemistry instructor, Delia Trujillo had an awakening that ultimately led her to open the first yoga studio in Laredo, Texas and also become the author of a weekly newspaper column on wellness for her hometown newspaper. A student of Eastern and Western spirituality and mysticism for almost thirty years, she is also a seasoned meditator and teacher with extensive experience in the quest for integrity of body mind and spirit. Her most recent work is a soon-to-be released book, The Transformation of (Y)our World Finding Optimism & Inner Peace During These Difficult Times. This comprehensive guidebook shows how to clear out old patterns and perspectives that are blocking fulfillment and success in many facets of our life and at the same time be in more profound alignment with the global awakening and shift to higher consciousness that is currently taking place on our earth.

Dr. Molly Rice is a holistic veterinarian who believes that the combination of Eastern and Western medicine opens the door to a wide scope of treatment options. She holds a BS degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego and is a UC Davis veterinary school graduate. She worked with holistic veterinarian Dr. Ihor Basko in Kauai for a year, and has also studied with the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and the Institute of Chinese Herbology. In her spare time, Molly enjoys surfing, snowboarding and riding her thoroughbred Felix.

George Moss is a well-known real estate broker with over twenty years of real estate experience in the sales and acquisitions of both commercial and residential properties in the tri-state area. Since joining Eastern Consolidated, Mr. Moss has closed on over $115 million in sales. Prior to joining Eastern, Mr. Moss worked directly for Kane Holding, a partnership that owned and converted residential coop and condos, where he was involved in the management, sales and acquisition of over 1,000 units. Mr. Moss is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He was the recipient of Eastern's distinguished "Most Promising Broker of the Year" Award in both 2002 and 2003. Joan is currently senior philanthropic advisor for St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation in Billings, Montana. She has 28 years development experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked on behalf of the Montana Arts Foundation, ZooMontana, Professional Grants Management, Billings Clinic Foundation, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County Endowment Foundation. As owner of Professional Grants Management, Joan provided fundraising services to nonprofit organizations and government entities. She was an arts management fellow for the National Endowment for the Arts, and in 2002 received the Outstanding Fund Raising Executive award from the Montana chapter of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals. Joan, a native of Havre, Montana, has made her home in Billings since her days as a college student at Eastern Montana College where she received her B.S. degree in 1980.

Justin graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine in 2004. Justin serves as the CIO of the Prometheus Institute and has been on the staff since the Institute's inception. Justin is an expert in internet research, development, and marketing and is well versed in Web 2.0 and other new internet technologies. He is also a student of both Eastern & Western philosophy and is dedicated to reconciling these two great world-views. His other interests include swimming, meditating, 944s (and 951s), and low stakes games of Hi/Lo Crazy Pineapple at the Bicycle Casino.

Letitia L. Moffitt was born and raised in Hawaii. Her fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction have been published in literary journals including Black Warrior Review, Aux Arc Review, Jabberwock Review, Coe Review, The MacGuffin, and Dos Passos Review, and her recently completed short story collection has been a finalist for prizes from both Livingston Press and Black Lawrence Press. She received a doctoral degree in English and creative writing from Binghamton University in New York and currently teaches creative writing as an assisstant professor at Eastern Illinois University.

Robyn Simmons grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Greg and Polly Simmons. She is now entering into her senior year at Eastern University, in the suburbs of Philadelphia, as a Missions and Anthropology Major with a minor in Biblical studies. She is a Student Chaplain at Eastern as well as a student leader for the Prison Ministry. This internship with Touch The World Uganda has opened up the beginning of the rest of her life. She has felt called to be a missionary in Africa since she was young. As she works along side TTWU staff this summer she is looking forward to the challenges and obstacles that God has before her that she must overcome in order to be a stronger person to serve her God and others. She wants to thank God and everyone who supported her through prayer, encouragement and financial means. She would not be living out God's will today without you.

Most recently John W. Everets was Chief Executive Officer of HPSC, Inc. Established in 1974, HPSC is a non-bank specialty finance company that provides leasing and healthcare equipment financing on a nationwide basis. HPSC, Inc. was purchased by GE Capital Corporation in 2004 Prior to becoming CEO of HPSC, Mr. Everets was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of T.O. Richardson Co., Inc., an investment management company. He was also Executive Vice President and Director of Advest, Inc. from 1977 to January 1990. In addition, he served as Chairman of the Board of Billings & Co., Inc., a real estate investment banking firm, and Chairman of Advest Credit Corp., both subsidiaries of Advest Group, Inc. Mr. Everets was Vice Chairman of the Connecticut Development Authority as well as Chairman of the Loan Committee of the quasi-government agency. Mr. Everets is a Director of Sitewatch and The Trust for Americas Health. Mr. Everets joined the Board of MicroFinancial Incorporated in August of 2006 as an Independent Director and is also the Chairman of its Strategic Committee.

Lance P. Chabus is a senior associate in Lehman & Eilen LLP's broker-dealer, investment adviser, investment partnership practice areas. Mr. Chabus represents Lehman & Eilen LLP's various financial institution and technology clients in regulatory matters before the SEC, NASD and NYSE, business formation, complex commercial transactions and investment adviser issues in securities and commodity futures. He also provides guidance in interpreting and complying with SEC, NASD, NYSE and Blue Sky rules and regulations. Prior to joining Lehman & Eilen LLP, Mr. Chabus was a Complex Claims Director at AIG, Chubb and ACE Insurance in their respective Financial Institutions and D&O departments where he determined coverage issues involving multi-billion dollar securities class actions pertaining to directors and officers, financial institution and security broker-dealer insurance policies, as well as assisted underwriters in drafting policies. Mr. Chabus also has an extensive background in commodity futures and derivatives, which he derived from his experience as a former Enforcement Attorney for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Mr. Chabus investigated and litigated cases involving foreign currency, trade practice and off-exchange fraud matters brought against registered and non-registered entities and individuals, as well as cases involving other aspects of the Commodity Exchange Act. He also conducted joint litigations and investigations with the U.S. Attorney and SEC. Mr. Chabus received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1988. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from State University of New York at Albany from which he graduated in 1984 as a Dean's Merit Scholar. Mr. Chabus is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida, and is a member of the bar of the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern of New York and the U.S. District Courts of New Jersey and Connecticut.

Susan is one of the few Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Board Certified attorneys in the state (out of a total 265) who litigates full-time. Susan is also one of less than 535 Board Certified Labor and Employment lawyers throughout Texas. She is in her 30th year of private practice with CBTD. She is a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth, Eleventh, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the Western District of Louisiana. Ms. Richardson has completed Basic Mediation Training in accordance with the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Sec. 154.052. She is a member of the Board of Editors of the Oil and Gas Reporter, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation.
