Owned by the Bloom family, the headquarters of Eastern Fish is located in New Jersey. The company also has sales offices in California, Washington, Florida, and Massachusetts and three international procurement and quality control offices. Together they support our ability to source and sell shrimp of the highest quality to the global market place. In order to support our mission of marketing the highest quality product, Eastern Fish Company set up an office in Guayaquil, Ecuador in 1988. Today it is staffed by 10 people, of which, 7 are Quality Control Inspectors, inspecting all products produced for Eastern Fish. Our head Quality Control Inspector visits plants in Ecuador and other South American countries, from which we purchase shrimp, in order to ensure that quality standards are maintained. In addition to our quality control office in Ecuador, we also maintain a QC office Bangkok, Thailand. In our continuous efforts to provide quality service with honesty and integrity, we closely work with our suppliers in South America, Mexico, and the Far East to provide the best quality seafood products to our valued customers in the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Mexico.
