Gary is a qualified electrical engineer and project manager who has worked for more than twenty five years with companies in the UK electricity sector. As an engineer with Eastern Group for fifteen years, he has been involved with all aspects of transmission engineering design, operations and maintenance. Gary has in-depth experience of project managing transmission works involving both new construction - including grid connections for embedded generators - and major refurbishment. His project management experience includes the installation of an extensive new telecommunications network involving the addition of fibre optic cables to the existing power network. Gary was also Construction Manager in a telecommunications company, responsible for the installation of an SDH communication network. As one of our consultants Gary has worked with UK clients and internationally in Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
