Mr. Boguski has been with the Eastern organization since the inception of the workers' compensation insurance operation in 1997. Mr. Boguski was named to the board of the Eastern Insurance Holdings' operating subsidiaries in August of 2006. He is responsible for company operations and continues to serve as the Chief Underwriting Officer. Mr. Boguski has 22 years of industry experience, includingserving as Underwriting Manager at Aetna Property & Casualty Company and as Alternative Markets UnderwritingManager at the PMA Group. He graduated fromBloomsburg University with a B.S. in Business Management and earned his CPCU designation in 1995.

Harry Talbert - Chief Information Officer Mr. Talbert has 18 years of MIS experience in the insurance industry. He joined Eastern Alliance in 2000. Mr. Talbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from West Liberty State College.

Mr. Shook has 17 years of insurance industry experience,including 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in Philadelphia, and is responsible for all financial aspects of Eastern Insurance Holdings and its subsidaries. During his tenure with PwC, Mr. Shook worked with insurance and reinsurance companies in the eastern United States and Bermuda and specialized in assisting clients with initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and internal control reviews. Mr. Shook is a graduate of Fairfi eld University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certifi ed Public Accountant. He joined the Eastern family of companies in 2001.

Robert Gilpin - Vice President of Marketing and Alternative Markets Mr. Gilpin has 14 years of claims, account management and marketing experience, with extensive knowledge of alternative markets. He joined Eastern Alliance in 1998. Mr. Gilpin volunteers regularly with Safe Harbor in West Chester, a homeless shelter, and coaches the Lionville Youth Association girls' soccer teams. Mr. Gilpin graduated from Temple University and earned his MBA in Accounting from St. Joseph's University.

Richard Irons, CPCU, ARM Product Manager Mr. Irons has 20 years of insurance industry experience. He joined Eastern Alliance in 2003 to lead the development of new products. Mr. Irons regularly volunteers as a coach for various Little League associations. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from The Pennsylvania State University and earned his CPCU designation in 1998 and his ARM designation in 1990.

Business consultant and Chairman Emeritus of Specialty Products & Insulation Co. (a building products distribution company) since 2004. Prior thereto, Mr King was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Products & Insulation Co. from 1993 to 2004.

Shareholder in the law firm of Stevens & Lee P.C. since 2004. Prior thereto, Mr. Penwell was a partner in the law firm of Duane Morris LLP from 1989 to 2003.

President of Americana Program Underwriters, Inc., an independent insurance producer, since 1999.

Mr. Penwell was appointed Corporate Secretary of the Company in 1997. He is a shareholder in the law firm of Stevens & Lee, P.C., Harrisburg, PA. Mr. Penwell's areas of concentration include general business and corporate law, commercial law, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. Mr. Penwell is a former member of the Board of Trustees of The Emerald Mutual Funds and is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of Eastern Holding Co., Eastern Re Ltd SPC, Eastern Alliance Insurance Company, Allied Eastern Indemnity Company, and The Legacy Bank of Harrisburg. Mr. Penwell is a Life Fellow in the American Bar Foundation. He is Immediate Past Chairman of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a former member of the Attorney Advisory Committee of the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and the Attorney Advisory Committee of the Pennsylvania Corporation Bureau. Mr. Penwell was awarded a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University, his Master of Arts Degree in English from Villanova University, and his Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Law Review.
