Alice Smith Dillard is a Durham native and graduated from Pharmacy school at UNC Chapel Hill in 1989. She has worked faithfully at Triangle Pharmacy and True Value Hardware since October 1990. This year marks her 20th anniversary as a Pharmacist, a career choice that has always made her happy. She is the older of Chip's two daughters. She has been married to Jamie since 1990, she is the proud mother of 2 teenagers, Lindsay and Carter. Photography, hiking, reading, and kayaking are her favorite things to do for fun. Alice is a preceptor for UNC School of Pharmacy and Campbell University School of Pharmacy and co-chair for Durham Orange Pharmaceutical Association. She always welcomes help in creating funny messages for the roadside sign.

Judy Harrison is the founder of Way Point Partners. She has more than twenty years of leadership experience building global brands and guiding top-tier companies. Judy is known for her ability to drive top-line sales and profit growth. Her strategic approach to building a business for profitability is reflected in her work as CEO of Zanybrainy.com and as President of General Cigar Enterprises. Her turnaround capabilities are highlighted by her accomplishment as President & CEO of the Monet Group where she led a distressed company to record profitability through a brand revitalization that included major shifts in brand strategy, operations, product design, packaging, marketing communications and point-of-sale merchandising. Judy also had a significant impact on profitability and growth at Liz Claiborne Handbags, Yves Saint Laurent Parfums Inc. and Hecht's, a division of May Department stores where she held senior positions. Judy received her BBA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she currently serves on the Board of Advisors. She is also co-membership chair of the Gotham Chapter of the New York City Young Presidents Organization and was recently elected Trustee of the Village of Plandome, Long Island where she resides. Her accomplishments have been featured in Forbes Magazine, Accent, Fairchild Publications, Stern Business, and other business media.
