In addition to Deputy CEO, Mr Honkamaa is responsible for Neste Oil's proprietary second-generation NExBTL Renewable Diesel business. Mr. Honkamaa has held several management and executive positions at Fortum Corporation and Neste Oyj, including Executive Vice President, Oil Refining (2005-2007), Vice President, Wholesale and Supply (2000-2004), and Vice President, MTBE Business Unit (1996-2000). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Finnish Oil and Gas Federation.

Mr Toivola is in charge of Oil Retail Finland and Baltic Rim, Direct Sales and LPG Businesses. Mr Toivola has worked as Managing Director (2002-2007) and Retail Sales Director (2001-2002) of oy Esso ab (Finland). He is a member of Luottokunta Supervisory Board, and has been Chairman (2004-2005) and Member (2002-2007) of the Finnish Oil and Gas Federation Board, as well as Chairman (2002-2007) and Member (2000-2007) of Oil Suppliers Pool.

Mr. Kammonen has worked as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, of Elcoteq Network Corporation (1996-2004).

Helena's first brush with the oil business was at the Union service station at Kylmakoski, where she worked as a summer assistant in the coffee shop. She came to Neste Chemicals some years later to write her dissertation and went on to become a process engineer at the Porvoo refinery. Over the 15 years that followed Helena became familiar with the refinery, its laboratory, product planning, and production. Following this, she moved to Head Office to work for Operative Control in sales management and stock management, where she was offered the opportunity to go to London to trade diesel. The plan was to spend a year or two in London, but now the assignment has been extended to at least four years.

Mr Pentti is in charge of the overall financial activities of the Company such as corporate finance, financial and management accounting, corporate business control, tax, treasury and cash management. Furthermore, he is responsible for the investor relations, risk management and corporate IT services.

"Even though rescue work is an important part of safety, it is only one part of EHS operations", says Jouko Korkeakoski, who works in the EHS group. After 14 years of work Jouko sought his way from the task of fire chief to an industrial safety officer.

Ms. Toivanen-Koivisto is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Onvest Oy. She serves as the Chairman of the Board of Onninen Group.

Mr. Peltola is the former Chief Executive Officer of HuhtamA ki Corporation. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Nordea AB (publ.) and as a member of the Boards of TeliaSonera AB and SAS AB. He is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mutual Pension Fund Ilmarinen, and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Finnish Fair Corporation Co-operative.

Ms. Haarla is the Advisor and Managing Partner in Oy ProConsilium Ltd. Previously Vice President in the Business Development of UPM-Kymmene Group and the former Vice President of Corporate Marketing in Metso Corporation. She holds a Doctor of Science degree in Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree.

Titular Minister Antti Tanskanen is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OKO Bank Group. Since 2007 he has served as the Chairman of the Board for the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA). He is a member of Board of Directors of M-real Corporation. Mr. Tanskanen holds a Doctor of Science degree in Economics.

Chief Executive Officer of Dutch energy company, Essent NV. Served for many years in the Shell Group, most recently as President, Shell Global Solutions and Executive Vice President of the Shell Oil Products Executive Committee between 2000 and 2003. Member of Neste Oil's Personnel and Remuneration Committee.

Ms. Linander is the member of the Board of Opcon AB. She is the former Group Treasurer of AB Electrolux and former Director, Product Area Electricity, of Vattenfall AB.
