David H. Hoster II has been an officer of EastGroup since 1983, President and Director since 1993 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in September 1997. Prior to joining EastGroup, Mr. Hoster was President of Riviere Realty Trust in Washington, D.C. from 1975 to 1983. Mr. Hoster received his M.B.A from Stanford University and his B.A. in History with honors from Princeton University. He also served in Vietnam as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Mr. Hoster is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

N. Keith McKey has been an officer of EastGroup since 1983, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since 1992, Executive Vice President since 1993 and Treasurer since 1997. Prior to joining EastGroup, Mr. McKey was in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.B.A. with a major in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.

Brent W. Wood is Senior Vice President and head of EastGroup's regional office in Houston, Texas. Mr. Wood joined EastGroup in 1996, serving as Assistant Controller, Senior Asset Manager and more recently Vice President. Prior to joining EastGroup, he was a Senior Audit Consultant with a regional public accounting firm. Mr. Wood is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi

John F. Coleman is Senior Vice President of the Florida regional office for EastGroup in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining EastGroup in September 2001, Mr. Coleman was Senior Vice President with Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation. He has also worked within the Real Estate Division of GE Capital, and for Mobil Land Development. Mr. Coleman received his B.S. and Masters in Architecture from Clemson University.

William D. Petsas is Senior Vice President and head of the western regional office of EastGroup in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining EastGroup in April 2000, Mr. Petsas was a Vice President with ProLogis and had worked with Excel Advisory Group and the Trammell Crow Company in Phoenix. He also was an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Chicago where he earned his C.P.A. Mr. Petsas received a B.S. in accounting from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.

Anthony A. Rufrano serves as Vice President of Construction and oversees construction of all Florida development projects. Prior to joining EastGroup in 1999, Mr. Rufrano was Senior Project Manager for a prominent central Florida contracting firm. Mr. Rufrano is a Florida State Certified Mechanical and Building Contractor and received his B. S. degree from Florida Southern College.

Brian Laird serves as Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Laird joined EastGroup in 1998, serving as Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant and more recently as Director of Management Information Systems. Mr. Laird is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor and Masters Degree from Mississippi College.

Chris Segrest is Vice President of the Florida regional office for EastGroup in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Segrest has been with EastGroup since 1997. He has served as Assistant Controller and more recently as Senior Asset Manager. Mr. Segrest received his Bachelor and Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.

Jann W. Puckett has been a Vice President of EastGroup since 1994 and an Asset Manager since 1983. Prior to joining EastGroup, she worked with the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Puckett has a real estate salesperson's license, and received her M.B.A. and B.S. from Mississippi College.

John E. Travis is a Vice President in the western regional office of EastGroup in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Travis joined EastGroup in 2004, serving as a Senior Asset Manager. Prior to joining EastGroup, Mr. Travis practiced law for several years in Jackson, Mississippi. Mr. Travis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi.

Kevin M. Sager is Vice President of EastGroup's regional office in Houston, Texas. Mr. Sager joined EastGroup in 2006, serving as a Senior Asset Manager. Prior to joining EastGroup, Mr. Sager practiced accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and law for several years with two international law firms. Mr. Sager is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. Mr. Sager earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, Master in Professional Accounting and Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas at Austin.

Michael P. Sacco serves as a Vice President in the western regional office of EastGroup in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Sacco has been with EastGroup since 2000. He has served as Analyst and more recently as Senior Asset Manger. Mr. Sacco received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Arizona State University.

William D. Gray serves as Vice President of Property Management. Prior to joining EastGroup in 2000, Bill was the Corporate Controller for Wireless One and previous to that was the Controller for ChemFirst's agricultural chemical division. Bill began his career with KPMG in Jackson. He is a native of Wooster, Ohio, a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Certified Public Accountant.

Within the People Dept Team, we realize that customer service to our internal customers is our number one priority. How we respond to questions or concerns to our internal customers is just as important as how quickly we respond. Our Team along with answering questions is responsible for administering all payroll and benefits for both Parkway Properties, LP and Parkway Realty Services, LLC. Susan joined the company in 1983 as controller for EastGroup Properties and EastPark Realty Trust. She later became controller for Congress Street Properties, Eastover Realty and Citizens Growth Properties. She became Director of the Human Resources Dept in 1993 and then was promoted to Vice President of the People Dept in 2002. She came to Parkway from Koury, Ready, Lefoldt and Associates where she had served three years as senior staff in the audit and/or tax planning and compliance areas for tax return preparation and review for individuals, partnerships and corporations. After graduating cum laude in 1980 with a Bachelors of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University, she went on to complete the requirements for Certified Public Accountancy in 1984. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and Society of Human Resource Management. When she leaves the office, Susan goes home to Perry (husband) and her two children. With her daughter Lauren who is a freshman at Duke University and her son Justin who is a Junior at Ridgeland High School there is never a dull moment. We love doing as much as possible together, whether it is going to church, out to eat, watching a sporting event or just watching a movie at home on tv.

Bill has been an associate in the company since 1995. He is the representative broker for EastGroup Properties (www.eastgroup.net) and Trade Key Limited in El Paso. He is responsible for the leasing and sale of industrial real estate and has a real estate license in Texas.

Hayden C. Eaves III, age 61 Mr. Eaves is President of Hayden Holdings, Inc. (real estate investment) and an advisor to IDS Real Estate Group (real estate services and investments) where he served as Managing Director until 2006. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Western Region of Trammell Crow Company until 1995. He has served as a director of the Company since 2002.

Of counsel (previously senior partner) at Arent Fox LLP, attorneys-at-law. He is also a director of EastGroup Properties, Inc. He has been a director of VSE since 1968.

Chairman of our board since June 1989, Chief Executive Officer from December 1999 to December 2001 and from July 2005 to December 2007; Chairman of Georgetown Partners, Inc., Managing General Partner of Gould Investors L.P., a limited partnership engaged in real estate ownership, since December 1997; Chairman of the board of BRT Realty Trust, a mortgage real estate investment trust, since 1984 and President of REIT Management Corp., adviser to BRT Realty Trust, since 1986; Director of EastGroup Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust engaged in the acquisition, ownership and development of industrial properties, since 1998. Fredric H. Gould is the father of Jeffrey A. Gould and Matthew J. Gould.

Mrs. McCormick, age 51, has served as a director since March 2006. Ms. McCormick served the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System from 1989 through 2005, most recently directing real estate investments and overseeing an internally managed REIT portfolio. From 2005 to 2006, Ms. McCormick was a strategy consultant for Hawkeye Partners, an investment management firm. Ms. McCormick has held a number of leadership positions on a variety of national and regional real estate associations. Ms. McCormick also serves as a director for EastGroup Properties, Inc.
