Mr. Rotunda joined us as Director, President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2000 and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in August 2000. From 1998 to 2000, he was Chief Operating Officer of G&K Services, Inc., a $500 million provider of uniform and textile products.
