Andrew (1965) joined easyJet in 2005 as Head of Investor Relations and was appointed Planning Director in February 2006. Andrew is responsible for guiding easyJeta s network and fleet planning, as well as developing environmental and aero-political policies and interfacing with the relevant regulatory bodies. Prior to joining easyJet, Andrew was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he worked for 16 years. At UBS he was head of the global transport research team for 10 years during which time he was consistently rated by Institutional Investor Magazine as the number one analyst in the sector in both European and Global surveys. He then went on to head the UBS European Equity Strategy Team. Andrew is a UK national.

Jeff (1961) joined easyJet in March 2005. Jeff brings considerable experience in consumer facing companies and an international background which has included periods in mainland Europe and the USA. Jeff's most recent role prior to joining easyJet was as Director of Finance, Performance and Planning at Associated British Foods, an international food and retail group with annual sales of A 5.2bn. Before joining Associated British Foods Jeff held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance at ReckittBenckiser. In this role Jeff was responsible for the finance organisations in North America, Latin America and Australia. In total Jeff spent 9 years at ReckittBenckiser where he also held the posiitons as Finance Director, UK and Vice President Finance, North America. Earlier in his career Jeff spent five years at Grand Metropolitan where he worked on various acquisitions in Europe as part of the Pillsbury Group. During this time Jeff moved to Germany to take up the position of Finance Director at Pillsbury GmbH. Jeff started his career at Unilever and is a UK national.

Mike (1957) joined easyJet in October 2005 as People Director. Before joining easyJet Mike worked at Wedgwood in a broad role as Director of People and Brands and Managing Director for Canada, Australia and Pan-Asia. Prior to that Mike worked for 14 years at Fujitsu in a variety of development and personnel roles across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, ending up as Chief Personnel Officer. His early career was in education and research. Mike is a UK national.

Deborah Abrehart is Group Company Secretary. She was appointed on 9 January 2006 having previously been Group Company Secretary of easyJet plc since July 200. She is also secretary of all board committees. Aged 48.

Diederik (1958) joined easyJet in May 2001 and, from February 2000 to November 2001, was Chief Executive Officer of KPN Mobile N.V. Previously, he was director of the business unit Mobile Telephony and director of The Mobile Net, part of KPN Telecom. Prior to joining KPN Telecom in 1996, Diederik held various management positions at Pepsi Co in Europe as well as the US, including Vice President of sales and marketing Snacks Ventures Europe and sales and marketing director Pepsi Cola, Germany. Before that, Diederik held various marketing positions at Procter and Gamble. Diederik is a Dutch National.

Professor Rigas Doganis was appointed to the Board in December 2005. Rigas is an aviation consultant and strategy adviser to airlines, airports, banks and governments around the world. He is Chairman of the European Aviation Club in Brussels and a director of Hyderabad International Airport Ltd.

Appointed in March 2006. Age 61. David was appointed Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee on 1 June 2008. He was appointed senior independent director in September 2006. He is senior independent director of easyJet plc, and is also a non-executive director of Strategic Hotels & Resorts and Jumeriah Group, Dubai. He was a senior independent director of The British Land Company plc until 11 July 2008 and a non-executive director of RAB Capital plc until 18 April 2008. David spent his early career employed by Grand Metropolitan, Ladbrokes and Stakis before rejoining Hilton/Ladbrokes in 1999 as Chief Executive, becoming Chief Executive of Hilton Group plc from 2000 to 2006. David was knighted in June 2006.
