Alexander M. Cutler is chairman and chief executive officer of Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. Cutler assumed his current position in August 2000, after serving as Eaton’s president and chief operating officer since 1995. Cutler began his career with Cutler-Hammer in 1975 as a financial analyst and became business group controller in 1977. After Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer, he was made a division controller in 1979, and in 1980, was appointed plant manager of the Atlanta Assembly Plant. In 1982, he became division manager of the Power Distribution Division, and in April 1985, was appointed general manager of Industrial Control and Power Distribution Operations in the United States. In 1986, he was elected president of the Industrial Group, and in 1989, was promoted to president of Eaton's Controls Group. He was elected executive vice president—Operations in 1991 and executive vice president and chief operating officer—Controls in 1993 before assuming the position of Eaton’s president and chief operating officer. Cutler is a board member of DuPont, KeyCorp, the Greater Cleveland Partnership, United Way Services of Greater Cleveland, the Electrical Manufacturers Club and the Musical Arts Association. Previously, he served as chairman of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the United Way of Greater Cleveland and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. He has also served as president of the Yale Alumni Association of Cleveland. He is a past member of the board of the Yale University Alumni Fund, the Yale University Development Board, the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and the Loomis Chaffee School. Cutler also served on the executive committees of the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education (formerly the Cleveland Commission on Higher Education), the Visiting Committee of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Play House, the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and the Museum of Natural History. He is a past co-chairman of the Cleveland Commission on Economic Partnerships and Inclusion. Cutler was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and attended the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Sweetnam assumed his current position in July 2001, after serving as operations vice president - Heavy-Duty Transmission, Clutch and Aftermarket Operations for Eaton's Truck business since January 2000.

Richard H. Fearon is vice chairman and chief financial and planning officer for Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. Fearon was named to the position in January 2009. In this role, he has responsibility for the accounting, control, corporate development, information systems, internal audit, investor relations, strategic planning, tax and treasury functions. Most recently, Fearon was executive vice president and chief financial and planning officer, Eaton Corporation, a position he held since 2002. Fearon joined Eaton from Willow Place Partners, a Menlo Park, California-based corporate advisory firm he founded in 2001. From 1995 through 2000, he was with Transamerica Corporation, where he had most recently served as senior vice president of corporate development. From 1990 to 1995, Fearon was general manager, corporate development, for Singapore-based NatSteel Ltd. and vice chairman, NatSteel Chemicals. Prior to that, he worked with management consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton in Singapore and The Boston Consulting Group in Los Angeles and served as director of strategic planning for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California. Fearon sits on the boards of PolyOne Corporation, Hawken School, The Playhouse Square Foundation, and the Cleveland Museum of Art. He serves as vice chairman of the Playhouse Square Foundation, responsible for strategic planning; chairman of the investment committee at Hawken School; vice-chairman of the finance committee of the Cleveland Museum of Art; and chairman of the Audit Committee at PolyOne. Fearon also chairs the CFO Council of the Manufacturers Alliance, a trade organization of leading U.S. manufacturing companies, and serves as the Northeast Ohio Commissioner on the Third Frontier Commission of the State of Ohio. Fearon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, with distinction, from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He later received a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Fearon is a member of the California Bar.

Mr. Arnold has served as Senior Vice President of Eaton Corporation and President of the Fluid Power Group of Eaton Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturer, from 2000 to present. Prior to joining Eaton, Mr. Arnold was employed in a series of progressively responsible positions at General Electric Company from 1983 to 2000. Mr. Arnold received a bachelor’s degree from California State University-San Bernadino and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Carson assumed his current position in January 2000, after serving as Eaton's corporate vice president, Growth Initiatives, working with senior operating managers on new product programs and strategic marketing initiatives across the company. Before joining Eaton in February 1999, Carson was executive vice president for Rockwell Automation. He began his career in 1972 at Allen-Bradley, where he held increasingly responsible positions in sales, marketing and distribution. Carson was named vice president for Allen-Bradley's Intelligent Sensing business in 1988. His subsequent management positions included serving as senior vice president for Allen-Bradley's Automation Group and as executive vice president for Reliance Electrical Group. Currently, he is vice chairman of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, and serves on the advisory board of Questra Corporation.

Bihary joins Eaton from Shell Chemical Company in Houston, Texas, where she was vice president, External Affairs, Internal and Marketing Communications. From 1975 to 1984 she worked in a variety of public affairs positions at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. In 1984, she joined the public relations and marketing firm of Watt, Roop & Co. as an account manager, and in 1987 was promoted to vice president. In 1989, Bihary became director of Marketing Services for Medimetrix Group, a Cleveland-based firm that specializes in consulting on health issues. In 1991, she was named director, Corporate Communications, for Johnson & Johnson’s Pharmaceutical Research Institute and later, for Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical companies. Bihary joined Varity Corporation in 1995 as vice president, Public Affairs, and in 1998, was named by Shell Chemical Company, a unit of Royal Dutch/Shell Group, to her most recent position. Bihary, a native Clevelander, graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.A. in social psychology in 1975. She will be located at Eaton Center.

Holder joined Eaton's Electrical Group in 2001 as vice president, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence. He became vice president and general manager, Power Distribution and Assemblies Division in 2004. Prior to joining Eaton, he was director of Aircraft and Technical Purchasing for US Airways, served as manager of Strategic Materials at Allied Signal and held a number of supply chain management positions at Parker Hannifin's aerospace division in California. Holder earned a bachelor's degree in aviation management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois, and a master's degree in business from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Thomas S. Gross is vice chairman and chief operating officer – Electrical Sector for Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s global electrical business. Gross joined Eaton in 2003 as vice president, Eaton Business System, and most recently served as president of the company’s power quality and controls business. Prior to joining Eaton, Gross was group executive for Danaher Corporation’s Motion Control Business. He was also president of Danaher’s Fluke Business and group executive of the Electronic Test and Measurement Business. Before joining Danaher, he was president and chief executive officer of Xycom Automation and worked for Rockwell Automation for 20 years. Gross has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Bruce Wier is the Vice President of Engineering for Ultra Clean Technology. He joined UCT as the Director of Design Engineering in 1997. He is responsible for all of UCT's design engineering, documentation, and new product design activity. Bruce is a veteran in the semiconductor capital equipment industry; prior to joining UCT, he was the engineering manager for Lam Research, Oxide Etch Business Unit. His experience also includes engineering management positions at Genus, Varian Associates and Eaton Corporation. Bruce holds a bachelor's degree cum laude in mechanical engineering from Syracuse University.

Joe Yeagley joined EDSA as vice president of global sales in 2006. He joins the Company with more than 20 years of executive-level experience in power systems sales and operations, garnered with market leaders such as Eaton Corp., Powerware/Exide Electronics, and Liebert Corporation. Joe received his BS in manufacturing engineering from Miami University (Ohio), and has completed executive post graduate programs in business administration at Babson College and international business at Cranfield University (UK).

Arthur E. Johnson is retired Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategic Development, for Lockheed Martin Corporation. He held that role from December 2001 until March 2009. Previously, he was Vice President, Corporate Strategic Development, of Lockheed Martin Corporation from 1999 until December 2001; President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation Information and Services Sector from 1997 until 1999; and President of Lockheed Martin Corporation Systems Integration Group from January 1997 to August 1997. Prior to joining Lockheed, Johnson was President of Loral Corporation Federal Systems Group from 1994 until 1996. He serves on the board of directors of IKON Office Solutions Corporation.

Deborah L. McCoy, 54, is an independent aviation safety consultant. She retired from Continental Airlines, Inc. in 2005, where she had served as Senior Vice President, Flight Operations since 1999. During part of 2005, Ms. McCoy also briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer of DJ Air Group, a start-up commercial airline company. Director since 2000

Gary L. Tooker, 69, is an independent consultant and former Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Motorola, Inc., a manufacturer of electronics equipment. Mr. Tooker became Motorola's President in 1990, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1993 and Chairman in 1997. He retired from Motorola in 1999. Mr. Tooker is a director of Avnet, Inc. ictor A. Pelson has served as a director of D&B since April 1999, and is chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation & Benefits Committee. Mr. Pelson served as senior advisor for UBS Securities LLC, an investment banking firm, and its predecessors since 1996 to 2007. He was a director and senior advisor of Dillon Read at its merger in 1997 with SBC Warburg. Prior to that, Mr. Pelson was associated with AT&T from 1959 to 1996. At the time of his retirement from AT&T, Mr. Pelson was chairman of global operations and a member of the board of directors. Mr. Pelson is also a director of the following public companies: Eaton Corporation and United Parcel Service, Inc.
