Anne Morgan is a Vice President of Eaton Vance Investment Counsel and an Investment Counselor and is responsible for overseeing the accounts of both individuals and institutions. Ms. Morgan has 25 years of experience in the investment industry, having begun her financial services career in 1977 with the Bank of Boston, where she was employed for seven years. She joined Eaton Vance in 1984 where she has been managing money for individual and institutional accounts. Cecilia O'Keefe is a Vice President of Eaton Vance Investment Counsel. She manages separate portfolios for taxable high net worth clients, family groups, and institutional investors. Ms. O'Keefe has over 30 years experience in the investment industry, both as a Portfolio Manager and an Equity Analyst. She joined Eaton Vance in 1993, when the company acquired her employer, Gardner & Preston Moss "GPM", the investment counseling division of INVESCO Management & Research. She was associated with GPM for 11 years as a Portfolio Manager and an Analyst. Previous associations include positions at Shawmut Bank of Boston, Chase Manhattan Bank and Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Co. David joined Eaton Vance in December 2005. David provides investment management services to private accounts, foundations and endowments.

Debbie is a Vice President at Eaton Vance Investment Counsel and is responsible for the investment management of private accounts. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Investment Counselor designations in 1982. Debbie is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. Debbie joined Eaton Vance in 2004. She has over 28 years of experience in the investment business. Prior to joining Eaton Vance Investment Counsel, she was the managing director of Scudder Private Investment Counsel. Debbie began her investment management career as a Research Analyst for 5 years at Sun Life of Canada. She is a Trustee of The Trustee of Reservations and Corporator for New England Baptist Hospital. Ned is a Vice President at Eaton Vance Investment Counsel and is responsible for investment management and client service of private accounts, foundations, and endowments. Ned comes to Eaton Vance Investment Counsel with more than 38 years of experience in the investment management business. Prior to joining Eaton Vance Investment Counsel, Ned started his investment counsel career at Eaton and Howard Inc, before joining Loomis Sayles & Company LLP where he spent 27 years. Ned has spent the last 5 years at Scudder Private Investment Counsel. He has been involved with many community and charitable organizations in the area. Ned graduated from Harvard College in 1955.

Jay is a Vice President of Eaton Vance Investment Counsel. His responsibilities include the portfolio management and client service for individual accounts, trusts, foundations and retirement accounts. Jay started his career as a security analyst for Bankers Trust in 1971 and joined Gardner & Preston Moss in 1974, where he became partner and the head of the firm's trust and individual account business. In 1989 he started Weston Asset Management, a firm devoted to building individual portfolios to meet the needs of high net worth individuals, foundations and small companies. In August 2005 the accounts of Weston Asset Management were acquired by Eaton Vance. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1967 with a BS in Economics and in 1969 from Columbia University's Graduated School of Business with an MBA. He also taught accounting and economics courses for the University of Maryland while serving in the U.S. Army in Germany. Jay earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1977. Paul Marandett is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Eaton Vance Investment Counsel. He advises and manages the fixed-income portfolios for high-net-worth individual and institutional clients.

Mr. Bortnick has 19 years' experience in the investment management industry and, specifically, in managing money for individual and institutional accounts. He joined Eaton Vance in 1993, when the company acquired his employer, Gardner & Preston Moss "GPM", the investment counseling division of INVESCO Management & Research.

Sam is a portfolio manager and Vice President at Eaton Vance Investment Counsel and works primarily with individuals and families in managing their financial assets. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Investment Counselor designations in 1978. Sam is a longstanding member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. He has over 35 years experience in the investment management industry, primarily with Scudder Private Investment Counsel. Prior to joining Eaton Vance Investment Counsel in 2004, Sam spent 33 years at Scudder and 4 years at The State Street Bank. He is involved with numerous community and charitable organizations and also serves as a Trustee for many individuals and families. Sam graduated from Harvard College in 1965 and received his MBA from Boston University in 1971.

Mr. Stuart Strong is a Vice President of Eaton Vance Investment Counsel, managing portfolios for individual and institutional investors. Mr. Strong, who began his career at Union Trust Company and soon moved onto the Trust Department of State Street Bank and Trust Company, has had a career spanning more than 45 years in investment management. Prior to joining Eaton Vance in 1979, he was a Senior Vice President with John P. Chase, which was owned by Phoenix Investment Counsel of Boston. Mr. Strong earned a B.A. from Harvard College in 1953. He served as Vice President of the Big Brother Association of Boston and a Trustee of the Wang Center for the Performing Arts, also in Boston.

Susan is a Vice President at Eaton Vance Investment Counsel and is primarily responsible for the portfolio management and client service of private accounts and foundations. Prior to joining Eaton Vance Investment Counsel, Susan worked at Scudder Private Investment Counsel for 22 years and previously at Loomis, Sayles and Company for 10 years. Susan is actively involved in her community and has served on the board of a local non-profit organization. Susan graduated from Smith College in 1971 and received her MBA from Boston University in 1981.

Len is a Vice President at Eaton Vance Investment Counsel and is responsible for working with foundations, endowments, individuals, and families in managing their financial assets. Len joined Eaton Vance in 2004 and has over 19 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Len was a Vice President at Scudder Private Investment Counsel for 13 years. Len graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1989 and received his MBA from Boston University in 1999.

Mr. Roseen is a senior research analyst at Lipper, a company that provides unparalleled expertise and insight into the mutual fund industry. Lipper's products and services provide accurate, insightful, and timely mutual fund data and analysis. Mr. Roseen joined Lipper in 1996; his expertise includes portfolio attribution, quantitative research, equity and fixed income fund performance analysis, and after-tax performance analysis.

Skip Willauer joined Eaton Vance in June 2003. He provides investment management, financial planning and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Mr. Willauer was a Portfolio Manager and Financial Planner with Hale and Dorr Capital Management LLC and PNC Financial Advisors. Mr. Willauer also spent a number of years as a Senior Financial Analyst with MasterCard International, producing several high-visibility programs geared to help member banks. In addition, he worked with large financial institutions to help them develop strategies to attract more assets. Prior to joining MasterCard, Skip spent several years as a Financial Analyst and Acting Controller for a commercial bank. Mr. Willauer holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP) “practitioner.” He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. Dorothy E. Puhy became the Institute's chief financial officer and director for Fiscal Services in March 1994. She was named senior vice president in 2001 and executive vice president in 2004. Ms. Puhy is chief administrative officer of Dana-Farber/Partners CancerCare and treasurer of HealthCare Dimensions, Inc. Prior to joining Dana-Farber, she was chief financial officer at New England Medical Center in Boston and a senior manager at Ernst and Whinney. Ms. Puhy received her bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her business degree from the Wharton School.
