HANS U. BENZ, Director (59 years old), has for the last five years been President of the holding group BISON, a Swiss corporation with approximately five hundred employees BISON develops and implements business solution software in German-speaking parts of Europe. Prior to this position, he was president of a banking software company named BOSS Lab. His business experience extends from wholesale and retail trading to the Swiss private insurance industry. Mr. Benz is currently also a principal investor in HuB Venture Capital Projects.

Effective October 22, 2007, Mr. Robert Kerris has joined Ebix, Inc. as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. As the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting Officer, Robert is responsible for all financial reporting and related internal disclosure controls. In addition, he oversees Ebix’s financial planning and treasury functions, and is directly involved in the execution of the Company’s acquisition strategy. Before joining Ebix, Mr. Kerris was Chief Financial Officer at Aelera Corporation. Previously he was a financial vice president at Equifax, Inc. and held senior financial management positions at Interland, AT&T, BellSouth, and Northern Telecom. His competencies include SEC reporting and compliance, equity and debt financing, treasury management, revenue assurance, organizational development, business performance analysis, and the application of technical accounting standards. Mr. Kerris is a certified public accountant and an honors graduate from North Carolina State University with dual degrees in Accounting and Economics.

Christine has worked in the insurance industry for the past 26 years in a variety of capacities. Prior to the acquisition of Infinity Systems Consulting, Inc. by Ebix, Inc. in 2006, Chris served as the CEO of Infinity Systems Consulting, Inc., where she managed a variety of large implementation projects for the property casualty industry over the past 14 years. She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Columbia University. Chris is a Fellow in the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) and former Board member and Chapter President of the National Association of Accountants. Additionally, Chris is the author of the Audit and Accounting Guide for Life and Health Insurance Entities, published by the AICPA Insurance Industry Committee and Life Audit Guide Task Force.

Graham is a chartered accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree. He has been involved in the Insurance Software industry since 1990 and joined Ebix in 1997 when Ebix acquired 'Complete Broking Systems Ltd.' Graham has been closely involved in establishing Ebix as an important supplier of Insurance application software and services throughout the Asia Pacific Region, Europe and the Middle East.

Tom has over 25 years' experience in Information Technology and over 20 years' experience in the insurance industry. After graduating with honours in Social Sciences from Leicester University in the UK, Tom began his IT career in 1978 with an engineering company before joining a software house in 1981 where he developed a package for Lloyd's Insurance Brokers and subsequently managed the company's customer services division. Tom then worked directly in the insurance industry for 19 years, initially in the UK and most recently as the Asia CIO for a major international insurance broker where he was responsible for IT strategy and operations in 13 countries in Asia. Although new to Ebix, Tom has worked extensively with Ebix staff and products since 1993 in Asia and Europe.

Andy is B Com ACA from Auckland University (1981). Andy Worked in Chartered Accounting, Investment Banking and Insurance Underwriting before joining Ebix in 1997. He is a Member of the New Zealand Society of Chartered Accountants.

Tony Wisniewski has been employed in the insurance & computer software industries for over 20 years. His insurance experience includes working in both broking and insurer offices. Since 1990, Tony has specialised in providing software and consulting services to the insurance broking and Underwriting Agency market in New Zealand. He has been working with the Ebix group for over 10 years.

ROLF HERTER, Director (42 years old), is the managing partner of Naegeli & Streichenberg, Attorneys at Law in Zurich, Switzerland. Naegeli & Streichberg is a mid-sized commercial law firm, and Mr. Herter has been managing partner since 2004. Mr. Herter’s practice consists primarily of representation of information technology companies, both private and publicly traded. He has served on the board of directors of several companies and is currently serving as a member of the board of directors of YIC Companys Switzerland AG and Roccam Rocca Asset Management AG. He also serves as a supervisor of investments for several Swiss and German companies.

HANS UELI KELLER, Director (54 years old), was appointed as a director in July 2004. Mr. Keller most recently spent over 20 years with Zurich-based Credit Suisse, a global financial services company, serving as Executive Board Member from 1997 to 2000, Head of Retail Banking from 1993 to 1996, and Head of Marketing from 1985 to 1992. He is presently also serving as Chairman of the Board of Swisscontent Corp. AG, in addition to being a member of the board of directors of KdLabs AG.

Neil Eckert is Chief Executive of Climate Exchange Plc, an AIM listed company which owns the European Climate Exchange (ECX) and the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX). ECX in a joint venture with the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) trades EU ETS futures and currently trades in excess of 80% of EU volume. CCX is the only U.S. legally binding, voluntary exchange trading carbon permits and sulphur futures. Neil is Chairman of Trading Emissions Plc, an AIM listed company which is one of the world's leading funds investing in emission reduction permits. He is also Chairman of Econergy, an AIM listed company investing in South American renewable energy projects. Neil is on the Board of the Isle of Man Assurance Company, Ebix Inc, an insurance based software company traded on NASDAQ, and the Environmental Credit Corporation, a U.S. company dedicated to securing CO2 permits from U.S. agricultural business. Until April 2005, Neil was Chief Executive of Brit Insurance Holdings PLC which is a UK and International insurance and reinsurance company. Neil founded the company in 1995 as an Investment Trust listed on the London Stock Exchange. There followed a sustained period of corporate activity which resulted in the company being re-listed as a publicly quoted insurance company in 1999. Following the tragic events of September 2001, which severely impacted the company, Brit undertook two major fund raisings totalling some 350 million. Brit moved into the FTSE 250 in September 2002. Neil now serves Brit as a Non Executive Director. Neil is also Chairman of Design Technology & Innovation Limited, a patenting and intellectual property company.

PAVAN BHALLA, Director(42 years old), was appointed as a director in June 2004.He presently serves as Chair of the Ebix Audit committee. He presently serves as Financial Controller of Hewitt Associates. Before this, Mr. Bhalla has served as Senior Vice President—Finance of MCI Inc., a global telecommunications company, and till recently oversaw the financial management of MCI's domestic retail business units. Before joining MCI in August 2003, Mr. Bhalla spent over seven years with BellSouth Corporation, a telecommunications company, serving in a variety of executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer of BellSouth Long Distance Inc. from 1999 to 2002, Corporate Controller of BellSouth Cellular Corp. from 1997 to 1999, and Regional Director of Finance of BellSouth Cellular Corp. from 1996 to 1997.

Robin Raina, the Company's Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, was elected a director of the Company in February 2000. Robin joined Ebix in October 1997 as Vice President - Professional Services and was promoted to Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing in February 1998. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 1998, then President effective August 2, 1999 and Chief Executive Officer effective September 23, 1999. Robin was named Chairman of the Board effective May 31, 2002. Prior to joining Ebix, from 1990 to 1997, Robin held senior management positions for Mindware/BPR serving in Asia and North America. While employed by Mindware/BPR, an international technology consulting firm, Robin was responsible for managing projects for multinational corporations, including setting up offshore laboratories, building intranets, managing service bureaus and support centers, providing custom programming, and year 2000 conversions. Robin holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Thapar University in Punjab, India.
