Kimberly Moore, CEO and founder of Echelon Inc, was born and raised in New York City , where she began her professional career as a model, actress and make up artist. Her work placed her in the middle of New York 's glamorous fashion world, which later led to a career as a leading make-up artist and stylist to the stars. She moved to Los Angeles in 1996 and, since then, has lived not just a bi-coastal existence, but a jet set existence. Ms. Moore embraces different cultures and languages and is a great lover and composer of classical music. In 1997, Moore began to coordinate and host social gatherings which brought together her network of eclectic friends. As friends and acquaintances requested Moore to orchestrate their events, this pastime signaled her true calling. Being a perfectionist, Moore created an ambiance of magic at her events that left her participants longing for more. Popularity dictated that the events grew to accomodate an ever more exclusive mix of party goers. From high society patrons and Wall St. players to Hollywood 's A-list academy award winners. Elite professionals from all over the world flew in just for the night and were greeted by some of the most beautiful faces ever seen. Moore recaptured a glamour and sophistication long lost in the modern Hollywood Scene. Influenced by her sophisticated network, Moore then began to host and coordinate concerts for young musicians, art exhibitions, and a great number of charity events, raising awareness and proceeds for various causes such as: 911 Relief Fund, Brave Kids, The Sarah Ferguson Foundation, Partnership for a Drug Free America, Sir Richard Branson's and Eve Branson's Virgin Unite Fund, scholarship programs for teenagers, creating better art and music programs for foster clinics and public schools etc. On her spare time, Moore also does some volunteer work for Pediatric AIDS Foundation, mentoring programs for Children Uniting Nations, and has worked with wild animals such as abandoned lions, tigers and chimpanzees rescued from the space programs. Moore then produced "Jungle Fever", an event hosted by Dan Haggerty and her, raising proceeds for animal rescue. Ms. Moore is also the founder of two very successful campaigns: "Keeping Harmony Alive" campaign, which involves saving the music programs in public schools due to state education budget cuts and is also the founder of the "Adopt-A-Letter" campaign, dedicated to fulfilling the Christmas wishes of hundreds of children living in some of the most impoverished areas of Los Angeles. On August 25th 2008, Ms. Moore was officially honored at City Hall Auditorium by the Mayor of Bell Gardens for her invaluable service, dedication, civic-mindedness and outstanding contribution to the children in Bell Gardens community. Moore says " Echelon is a great opportunity! Everyone benefits whether it's social, business, promoting other peoples products, projects and ideas, or raising money for various charitable causes. I have an elite international network of friends, well why not utilize it for something positive." Moore is responsible for producing some of the most lavish private events held in Los Angeles and has now reached the next level: the creation of an exclusive institution, Echelon. " Meant only for those who know how to party with extravagant style."
Steve is the founder and President of 2nd Echelon. He served 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, primarily as a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronics Warfare (EW) officer. His additional military occupational specialty was Russian Foreign Area Officer (FAO). Steve is a formally-trained intelligence analyst, functioning in various roles related to analyzing intercepted traffic, assessing the volatility of the information, selecting and producing appropriate report vehicles, and reviewing and releasing the information to the proper authorities. He has performed analytical and operational duties at the tactical, theater, and national levels, supporting commanders and national-level decision makers with accurate, time-sensitive information vital to the national security. As a Russian FAO, Steve spent time in several former communist countries of primary interest to US authorities. These included the (then-) USSR, East Germany, Yugoslavia, Ukraine, and Russia. His knowledge of Soviet/Russian strategic weapons led to an assignment with the On-Site Inspection Agency (OSIA, now part of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency DTRA), where he served as a Deputy Site Commander in Votkinsk, Russia, and with the US Ambassador to the INF and START arms control treaties in Geneva as an expert on Russian medium- and long-range ballistic missiles. Upon his retirement from the Marine Corps in 1995, Steve continued to contribute to national defense interests as an information technology (IT) engineer for TRW, SAIC, and Global InfoTek, Inc. He has served in various capacities (Systems Engineer, Systems Integrator, Systems Architect, Analyst, Task Lead, and Project Manager) for several government intelligence agencies in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Steve is married to his wonderful "wee lassie," Heather, a native of Dundee, Scotland. They have a beautiful 11-years-young son, Ryan. The family lives in Purcellville, VA.
