Bob Haimes currently serves as chief marketing officer of Datamark, Inc. He assumed this position after serving as Datamark's COO. Mr. Haimes joined eCollege, Datamark's parent company, in 1999, where he served as senior vice president of corporate strategy, driving eCollege's long-term planning efforts and overall growth strategy, including the acquisition of Datamark in 2003. Haimes also led product management, marketing, and strategic and tactical planning, and oversaw enterprise partnerships for eCollege. Haimes continues his role as senior vice president of eCollege, overseeing cross-divisional strategic initiatives. Haimes brings a strong background in business management and marketing, including more than a decade of experience at Proctor and Gamble, where he held positions in operations and brand management, as well as new business development. Mr. Haimes received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Vance Allen, who joined eCollege in 1997 as a software engineer, helped build eCollege's first course management system, and has since played a critical role in the advancement of eCollege's technology infrastructure. As CTO, Allen oversees production and infrastructure, software architecture, program administration and all development activities for eCollege's eLearning and Enrollment Divisions, as well as Quality Assurance and offshore development operations. Prior to his promotion to CTO, Allen served as vice president and managing director of software and technology where he was responsible for software development. During his tenure with eCollege, he also has served as a development manager where he led the re-architecting of the course platform to a Microsoft solution; director of software engineering where he helped develop the campus portal and administrative pages software products; and vice president of software engineering, where he continued to advance the eCollege system to where it is today. Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Pomona College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado.

Marguerite Elias, senior vice president and general counsel, oversees all legal and human resources functions for eCollege. She has an extensive background in federal securities and general corporate law, as well as strong expertise in acquisition transactions. Before joining eCollege, Elias served as senior vice president and general counsel of Centerprise Advisors, Inc., a national professional services firm. In that position, she was responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters, the integration of human resources functions and the development of incentive compensation programs. Additionally, Elias spent approximately six years as a partner at Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman and nine years as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where she focused on corporate and federal securities laws for both firms. Elias earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and first in her class.

Ray Henderson is the Chief Products Officer for ANGEL Learning. Previously, Ray was President of the Central Media Group for Pearson Education where he was responsible for thousands of internet based product offerings, used by millions of students annually. In addition, he was responsible for ensuring that Pearson content and educational software tools play seamlessly across a range of educational delivery systems. Ray's other credits include the Safari digital textbook initiative, of which he was a founding board member. Ray's previous experience was at eCollege.com as Chief Technical Officer, and as Vice President of Internet Services and Strategy Group at Simon & Schuster Higher Education Group.
