Paul Cleary, Vice President of Professional Services, joined Ecora Software in 2006. Paul is responsible for raising customer satisfaction levels by delivering world-class support, consulting and education services. Paul brings over 20 years of professional services experience to Ecora. His most recent responsibilities were as Vice President for North American Services at Qumas, a global compliance company with U.S. headquarters in Florham Park, New Jersey. Under Paul's leadership, processes were established to support enterprise implementations. Corresponding improvements to the business development methodology resulted in sales with substantially broader project scopes and overall growth in services revenue. Prior to Qumas, Paul was Vice President, Professional Services North America for SPSS Inc., a leader in enterprise solutions focused on predictive analytics and Vice President of Professional Services for NetGenesis Corp., a leader in enterprise web analytic solutions. During Paul's tenure at SPSS Inc., he was responsible for successfully establishing a unified corporate professional services department, following the merger of five formerly autonomous divisions. At NetGenesis, Paul was responsible for the development and implementation of a services strategy to transition the organization from a tool-based offering to an enterprise-wide solution. Paul began his professional services career at ISI Systems Inc and continued his business development and professional services responsibilities after it was acquired by CGI Information Systems and Management Consulting Inc. in 1998.

Jacob Dante Leffler was named General Manager of Nextance and Ecora Software in 2009. He oversees all operations including engineering, professional services, marketing, customer support, IT, and sales. Mr. Leffler is responsible for revenue growth and profitability of the companies, and he brings a track record and culture of customer success to accomplish his goals. Prior to being named General Manager, Mr. Leffler was the Sr. Director of Operations for Versata's Automotive Business Unit where he was responsible for the ideation, sales, development, and deployment of Ford Motor Company's Next Generation Web Platform which now powers Ford's flagship vehicle and dealer web sites for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury brands. Mr. Leffler joined Trilogy in 1999 and has worked in a number of Trilogy's subsidiaries and business units across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Automotive, Telecommunications, Enterprise and Consumer Electronics, and Transportation. Throughout his career, Mr. Leffler has strategically managed the implementation of enterprise solutions for leading Fortune 500 companies. His clients have included: Ford Motor Company, Chrysler, Goodyear, Hewlett-Packard, SGI, Dell, Safeco, Travelers, Equant, and FedEx. Mr. Leffler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Utah.

Amy has been managing Technical Support at Ecora since inception in 1999. As manager she is responsible for resolution of customer developments and satisfaction to Ecora's rapidly growing customer base. Ecora's continuous product enhancements are derived from the statistics and facts obtained from the support organization. Previously, Amy was employed at Candle Corporation where she was manager of tech support and quality assurance for Candles' software monitoring solution.

Carrie Grube, Director of Human Resources, is responsible for recruiting world-class technology professionals and providing an environment where individuals are able to develop rewarding careers while collectively enhancing Ecora's leadership position as the premier provider of automated regulatory compliance and IT Best Practices reporting solutions. Carrie brings more than 10 years of human resource and technical recruiting experience with emerging technology companies. She is a member of the Seacoast Human Resource Association and holds a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University.

Ecora has successfully employed Bev Reynolds for 4 years as the Human Resources and Hiring Office Manager. As a vital officer in the company, Bev has focused most recently on aggressive recruiting plans for Ecora. Bev brings a solid background and many years of experience from Digital Equipment, Compaq Computer and Union Carbide Corporation, encompassing Human Resources, Multi-vendor Customer Services and the Enterprise Management Business. Bev attended Louisiana State University and The University of Houston and holds an Associate's Degree from LSU.
