Nagesh Challa is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ecrio. Prior to Ecrio, he founded Nexcom Technology Inc., a Silicon Valley start-up that pioneered the concept of mass storage for mobile devices. Mr. Challa assembled and managed a team of 30 professionals and negotiated several license agreements with large global OEM's. He successfully sold Nexcom to ISSI (Nasdaq:ISSI) in December 1997. During his 20 year career, he held various engineering and management positions with National Semiconductor, Exel Microelectronics and Catalyst Semiconductor. Mr. Challa received a BS in Physics from Andhra University, India, an MS in Physics from Western Michigan University and was a graduate student at Purdue University pursuing his Ph.D. before starting his career in the Silicon Valley. He has been granted 21 patents in semiconductors, software and mobile technologies.

Larry Loper joined Ecrio as VP Marketing in November 2006. Prior to Ecrio, Larry served as VP Marketing at Mobile 365; there he rebranded the merger of Inphomatch and Mobileway into Mobile 365, a global data network that was sold to Sybase for over $400 million. Prior to Mobile 365, Larry held senior marketing positions with several leading technology firms. As part of the ONI Systems executive team, he helped launch the company's successful June 2000 IPO. Larry also led corporate marketing efforts for 3Com Corporation (Santa Clara, CA) and Mentor Graphics (Wilsonville, OR). His consulting experience includes Cisco and Riverhead Networks (now part of Cisco).

Vikram Karmarkar, VP, Technology Strategy & Alliances, is primarily responsible for setting up key technology and product alliances with infrastructure partners from the wireless domain. Vikram Karmarkar has 21 years of experience in the computer and telecommunications industry, spanning key leadership positions in hardware and software technology R&D, product realization, product management and business development primarily within the carrier market segment. He was one of the founding R&D members of HCL (now HCL Technologies). Moving to AT&T Bell Labs, he pioneered the application of robust design techniques to realize quality optimization of high reliability SS7 message switching systems. Also at Bell Labs, he lead the team that developed the industry's first carrier-grade LDAP internet directory product. At Lucent Technologies, as Director of IP Networking Products, he was a member of the team that launched the company's first multi-gigabit IP Switch product. Most recently, within Lucent Technologies' wireless business unit, he has served successive roles as Director of Mobility Customer (UMTS) Solutions; Director of the Wireless Competency Center in Milan, Italy; and Director of UMTS and GPRS Applications and Services global Offers. Vikram holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa with specialization in fault-tolerant packet switching systems.

Giacomo is Founder and Managing Director of Noventi. Prior to Noventi and since 1995 Giacomo was a private venture investor. In 1998 Giacomo also served as interim chief executive officer of FutureTel, a digital video capture company. In 1993-94 Giacomo was president and chief executive officer of Common Ground Software (formerly No Hands Software), an electronic publishing software company, acquired by Hummingbird Communications. In 1981, Giacomo co-founded Logitech (Nasdaq: LOGI). He was with the company until 1992 as a Director and member of the management team launching Logitech and driving it to become a world leader in computer-input devices. He served most recently as Executive VP, Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, he was Executive Vice President, Engineering and Operations; and Vice President of Engineering. Prior to co-founding Logitech, Giacomo was with IBM and Olivetti, where he was involved in the development of early relational database management systems. Giacomo is Director or investment lead of Celltick, Ecrio and Minerva Networks. He led Noventi investments in Easy Market (acquired by TUI), M7 (acquired by BEA), Sygate (acquired by Symantec) and Dynamicsoft/Teltier (acquired by Cisco).

Michel Wendell has 20 years of broad experience in launching and managing international Infocom companies. By advising successful start-ups and billion-dollar market leaders in Finland, Sweden, France and the United States, Mr. Wendell has gained a thorough understanding of the changing dynamics of globalizing markets and rapidly developing technologies. His extensive network of contacts in Silicon Valley, where he resides, is a significant resource to Nexit's portfolio companies. Before co-founding Nexit Ventures, Mr. Wendell served as Vice President of Business Development at Cadence Design Systems. He founded EuroVAR, a European-wide network of Windows based EDA solution distributors, and was VP Europe for OrCAD, Inc., a leading PC based design tool vendor. Previously, Mr. Wendell launched Mentor Graphics' Scandinavian operations in Stockholm, Sweden, and subsequently headed European Marketing and Product Development from Paris, France, after which he managed partnership programs on a corporate level, based in corporate HQ in Beaverton, OR, USA. He has also worked for Nokia in Finland in various positions including technical application and sales management.
