Itzik Weinstein assumed the position of President & CEO in May 2007 after serving as the Company's Executive Vice President for Professional Services and Operations from 2004. Mr. Weinstein brings to ECtel significant management experience and a strong track record in the hi-tech industry, which includes positions as Vice President, Customer Services & Product Management at VocalTec, Engineering Site Manager at NetManage, Software Engineering Manager of KLA-Tencor Corporation's optical metrology division, as well as software engineering and project management positions at Scitex Corporation, Electronics Images Technology and Intel Corporation. Mr. Weinstein earned an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA Program of Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Neumann brings to the position significant management experience and a strong track record in the telecom industry. Neumann joined ECtel from Cellcom Israel Ltd., the leading Israeli cellular company, where he served for the past 12 years in various executive and managerial positions. At the end of his tenure he served as Cellcom's interim CFO. Prior to Cellcom, Michael served as Finance manager at Fibronics, where he was responsible for the company's worldwide financial activities. Benny Yehezkel joined Ectel following its acquisition of Elron TeleSoft Ltd. now the Telesoft division of ECtel. Mr. Yehezkel brought Elron TeleSoft to a leading position in the RA market by developing state-of-the-art product offering and establishing international marketing and sales presence and winning top tier customers. Prior to Elron Telesoft, Mr. Yehezkel served in various additional executive positions in the Elron Electronic Industries Group, including VP of Business Development of Elbit Ltd, CEO of Dealigence Inc. and CEO of ICC Ltd. Previously, Mr. Yehezkel was the CEO of Sintec Call Centers (SCC), a Formula group company, which was sold to Magic Software Enterprises and became part of their $100M secondary offering in 2000. Mr. Yehezkel holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

David Ronen serves as Senior Vice President for Marketing & Strategy since December 2005. Mr. Ronen brings to ECtel 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, network management, and technology. David Ronen has been with ECtel since October 2001, serving as AVP for Business Development. At that capacity, he focused on the company's Revenue Assurance product line, on business development, and on strategy. Prior to ECtel, David has Co-Founded NetEye Corp., which developed the first Fraud & Security Solution for IP and 3G network operators, and was acquired by ECtel. Prior to NetEye, Mr. Ronen served at various R&D management positions in Telrad Networks. Mr. Ronen holds a BA in Computer Science from The Open University in Tel Aviv, with honors.

Hadar Solomon joined ECtel in March 2003 and has served as Vice-President and Legal Counsel since May 2003. From February 2002 until March 2003, Mr. Solomon was Managing Director of Lumenis Luxembourg Sarl, Schaffhausen Branch. Prior to that, Solomon served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Lumenis Ltd. and as Vice President, Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary of Laser Industries Ltd. since May 1988. Liat Inbar-Arad serves as Vice President for Human Resources and a member of ECtel's executive management team since October 2007. Ms. Inbar-Arad brings to ECtel significant managerial experience together with vast experience in Human Resources. She joined ECtel from Finjan Software where she served as Vice President Human Resources. Prior to Finjan Software Ms. Inbar-Arad was the organizational development and training manager of Orbotech (Nasdaq: ORBK). Prior to that, she served as training development manager at ECI Telecom. Previously, Ms. Inbar-Arad held various lecture and research positions at the Open University and Tel-Aviv University. Ms. Inbar-Arad holds an M.A. in Labor Studies and a B.A. in Humanities from Tel-Aviv University, with honors.

Michael Bar-Joseph joined ECtel in January 2008 as Vice President R&D. Prior to joining ECtel, Mr. Bar-Joseph served as General Manager Skyrider’s center in Israel, where he led and managed many innovative developments in the P2P arena. Prior to Skyrider, he was Executive VP of R&D at Red Bend Software, the world’s leading provider of over-the-air software updates for mobile devices, successfully installed in Nokia, Sony Ericsson and other major enterprises. Previously, Mr. Bar-Joseph was the General Manager of Tundo Communication and Telephony Ltd., where he managed the R&D and engineering efforts for the company’s industry-leading IP telephony system. Prior to that, Mr. Bar-Joseph led an engineering team at RAD Data Communications, where he was responsible for designing and delivering the company’s key products. He also was senior software engineer at Advanced Technology Ltd., and software engineer at Israel Aircraft Industries. Mr. Bar-Joseph received his B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, with honors.

Rami Entin has served as an ECtel Director since June 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Entin was Chairman of the Hashavim group. Previously, he was Co-Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Hilan-Tech Ltd., and Financial Manager and a Director of Hilan Ltd. A certified Israeli accountant, Mr. Entin also worked at the Kesselman & Kesselman accounting firm. Currently, he is a Director of MaccabiDent, and an External Director of Solomon Holdings Ltd. Bruno Lamborghini began his career as a consultant and journalist and afterwards joined Olivetti where he reached managerial responsibilities as chief economist, head of European Affairs, Vice President of Corporate Stategy and member of the Executive Committee. In June 1996 he was nominated Vice-Chairman of Olivetti Telemedia, the Olivetti a s holding in the area of telecommunications and Board Member of Infostrada and Omnitel, the Olivetti telecommunications operating companies. In October 1996 he joined the Olivetti Board of Directors and in May 1997 was elected Chairman of Olivetti Lexikon (in 2001 renamed Olivetti Tecnost), the Olivetti operating company in the area of office automation. He has been Chairman of Olivetti Tecnost until December 2004. In April 1990 he was appointed President of EUROBIT (European Association of Manufacturers of Business Machines and Information Technology Industry) and reelected in 1993 and 1996 (until 1999). In 2000 he has been elected Member of the Board of EICTA (European Information Technology Industry Association, created through the merge of Eurobit and Ectel). Since its foundation, he is Chairman-Editor of the EITO, the European Information Technology Observatory, a European consortium created in 1993 with the scope of publishing the EITO Report, the most extensive overview of the European market for information and communication technologies. In 1999 he has been elected Chairman of the OECD BIAC MNES Committee and in 2001 Chairman of BIAC (Business Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD). An author of books and articles and a lecturer in Industrial Economics in various Italian Universities (Turin, Bologna and Milan), since 1994-95 he has been a professor in the first course held in Italy on Information Society at the Catholic University in Milan and in 2002-2003 a professor of Business Administration and Marketing Strategy at the same University.
