Thomas E. Kelly has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years as an investor, principal and company officer. He is a co-founder of United Fuel & Energy Texas and served as Chief Executive Officer from 1998 through 2004. Apart from his involvement with United Fuel & Energy, Mr. Kelly has focused his energies on the organizing and developing start-up companies in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Kelly graduated from Baylor University in 1977.

Dexter B. Woodworth was appointed Vice President Information Services effective September 12, 2006. Mr. Woodworth has worked as an independent consultant since 1984, focusing on competitiveness in manufacturing through the skillful application of modern methods and technologies. He has 35 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, customer service and information systems. In addition to his consulting practice he has held senior management positions in two high technology companies. Mr. Woodworth holds a BS in Business from General Motors Institute where he graduated with distinction. He also has an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Lawrence L. Merworth was appointed Vice President - Operations effective April 25, 2006. Mr. Merworth was employed with Compressor Systems, Inc. from 2002 to 2005, ultimately serving as the Permian Basin Business Unit Manager. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Merworth served as a Director in the Health, Safety and Environmental department and had a key role in business development with Woods Group ESP, Inc. Mr. Merworth graduated from Sul Ross State University in 1995 with a BS in Natural Resource Management.

Michael Blake Foy was appointed Vice President - Sales and Marketing effective April 25, 2006. Mr. Foy was with Texaco Inc. from 1991 to 2000, ultimately serving as Permian Basin Equipment and Lubrication Reliability Engineer for Texaco Gas Processing Plants. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Foy served as Territory Sales Manager for the Rocky Mountain Division with national account and lubrication technical training responsibilities for Equilon Lubricants Company, a joint venture company between Texaco Inc. and Shell Oil Co. Mr. Foy joined Eddins-Walcher Company in 2004, ultimately serving as Vice President - Sales & Marketing. Mr. Foy graduated from the University of Texas, Permian Basin in 1988 with a BBA in Marketing.

Mike Chadwick, age 54, is a Managing Director at Sanders Morris Harris, as well as a senior member of the firm's Corporate Finance Group in Houston. Mr. Chadwick has been active in most aspects of the commercial and investment banking fields since 1975. Prior to joining Sanders Morris Harris, Mr. Chadwick was President and Principal of Chadwick, Chambers & Associates, Inc., an investment and merchant banking boutique. Prior to forming CC&A, Mr. Chadwick was with Lovett Mitchell Webb & Garrison, Inc., and Underwood, Neuhaus & Co., both Houston based independent investment banking firms. Mr. Chadwick has an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also attended the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Chadwick currently serves on the boards of: Blue Dolphin Energy Company, Landry's Restaurants, Inc., Home Solutions of America, Inc. and Moody - Price, Inc.
