Hal Cottingham, CPM, CSM, is Vice President Property Management. He has more than 25 years of commercial property management experience and has served in similar management capacities with companies in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC. Cottingham is a Certified Property Manager and Certified Shopping Center Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of West Florida.

Joe Edens, III, is Vice President Redevelopment. He is responsible for renovations and expansions as they relate to the Company's portfolio of properties. Having spent more than 15 years in retail real estate, Edens has extensive experience working closely with local and national retailers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina.

Keith Davidson is Vice President - Investments. He is responsible for acquisition and disposition activities, including property identification and contract negotiation as well as administering due diligence and coordinating funding. Davidson has more than 15 years of real estate experience and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Winthrop University.

Mark Garside is Vice President Capital Markets. With more than eight years of experience in real estate law and investment banking, his responsibilities include investments, debt and equity financing transactions, joint ventures and business development. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia.

Numa Jerome is Vice President Retail Leasing. In addition to leasing and management, his experience includes establishing and implementing merchandising plans for upscale, high profile centers along the East Coast over the last 13 years. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.

Robert Carver is Vice President Retail Development. He has over 30 years of experience in retail real estate and plays a key role in developing opportunities in Southeast markets, specifically building relationships with market-leading retailers. Previously, Carver worked in development for 22 years at McMahan-Carver Properties, a commercial real estate company. He holds a brokerage license in South Carolina and North Carolina and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Sara Fawcett is Vice President Human Resources. She has over 15 years of experience in human resources management and recruiting. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation of the HR Certification Institute and is a National Member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Fawcett is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Steve Boyle is Vice President of Development in the Mid-Atlantic. He has more than 18 years experience in the retail real estate industry, working with both private and institutional clients. In addition, he has extensive expertise with grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Baltimore markets. A native of Long Island, New York, Steve is a graduate of Princeton University.

Tracy Jones is Vice President Marketing. Her responsibilities include corporate branding, advertising, public relations, internal communications and market research. Jones' more than 20 years of experience also includes corporate media, non-profit and event management venues. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts.

Sam Judd is Vice President Investments. Based in the Boston office, Judd has overall responsibility for the Company's properties in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, executing strategic plans for each property and implementing plans to grow these portfolios with a focus on creating long-term value. Prior to working at Edens & Avant, Judd was an Associate with Tri Properties, Inc. in Raleigh, N.C. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.
