Shirley Singleton is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Edgewater Technology, which she co-founded in 1992. Shirley began her working career as a high school teacher and a coach. When she abruptly lost her job due to budget cuts, she successfully transitioned to a new career – computer programming. Ten years after she made that career change, Shirley co-founded Edgewater Technology. Since inception, Edgewater has grown from a privately-held, five-person shop into a $70 million, publicly-traded technology management consulting firm with 300 consultants in nearly 30 states and Canada. Shirley has been presented with numerous awards and recognitions. Most recently, Endicott College awarded her with an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters. She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Woman-Led Businesses in Massachusetts for five consecutive years; and by Boston Magazine as one of the Top 100 Powerful Women in the Boston area. Shirley serves on the Foundation Board for Bunker Hill Community College; the Board of Trustees for the Massachusetts Taxpayer's Association; Advisory Board for The Boston Club; Board of Trustees for the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, and the Dean's Advisory Council for Bentley College. In addition, she is a member of the Town of Essex Conservation Commission. Shirley is a graduate of Northeastern University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education.

David Gallo is one of Edgewater Technology's original staff members. He was promoted to Director of Consulting Services in 1994. In 1996, David was appointed Vice President of Consulting Services, where he was responsible for developing Edgewater’s Financial Services Division. In 1999, David was promoted to General Manager. In this role, he was responsible for assisting President and CEO of Edgewater Technology, Shirley Singleton, with the daily operations of the company. In 2000, David was appointed to his current role of Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for directing and administering Edgewater's business activities while supporting and playing an instrumental role in Edgewater’s continued growth and success. “Since joining the company, David has played a crucial role in Edgewater Technology’s success,” states Singleton, “We are entering a very exciting time in the Internet professional services market, and David’s knowledge of the company and its operations will help Edgewater take full advantage of all opportunities.”

David Clancey co-founded Edgewater Technology along with his partner, Shirley Singleton. As Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer, David has been instrumental in the phenomenal success of the organization by focusing on the early identification and investment in emerging technologies to solve complex business problems in the most time, cost, and technologically efficient ways. Early in his career, David spent several years within various data processing career positions for organizations such as Wang Labs, Bachman Information Systems and AVCO Computer Services. Prior to co-founding Edgewater, he became a systems architect and then Chief Technology Officer at Logica Data Architects in Waltham, MA.

As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Rhodes is responsible for building and monitoring the strong financial metrics of Edgewater Technology, while directing the overall accounting, audit and tax functions and associated practices within the Company. He also assists with evaluating strategic business opportunities that support the Company's future growth. Kevin joined Edgewater in 2001 as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Secretary. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Kevin's depth of experience spans all major financial disciplines. Prior to joining Edgewater, Kevin served as Vice President of Finance with a high growth IT Staffing and IT Solutions firm, where he held a pivotal role within the management team. Kevin also held financial management positions with Waste Management, Inc., a Fortune 100 environmental services and manufacturing company. He began his career as a Staff Auditor with Simione & Simione, CPA's, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Merrimack College and an Master of Business Administration from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College, with distinguished honors.

As Chief Accounting Officer, Tim Oakes is responsible for the overall financial operations and controls of the Company, which include providing accurate and timely financial statements to both Executive Management and the Company’s Board of Directors. Additionally, Tim is responsible for managing the Company’s Investor Relations programs and activities. Tim joined Edgewater in 2004 as a Director of Finance. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2007 and Chief Accounting Officer in 2008. Prior to joining Edgewater, Tim was a Senior Director of Finance within Symmetricom, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of equipment dedicated to the generation, synchronization and distribution of precise time and frequency signals. He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial and operational management gained working for various companies in the biotechnology, manufacturing and consulting services industries. Tim is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He began his career in accountancy working in the Boston office of KPMG, LLP.

Mr. Flynn currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Citizens Business Capital, a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group, one of the top ten largest commercial bank holding companies in the United States. Mr. Flynn began his management career in the financial services sector as an Audit Manager with New England Merchants Bank and a loan officer with Chase Commercial Corporation. He then served as the Senior Vice President for Patriot Bank N.A. and Executive Vice President for the United States Trust Company managing their respective Asset Based Lending divisions and served on the senior loan committee for the United States Trust Company. In addition, Mr. Flynn has served on various regional boards including the Commercial Finance Association and is currently on the board of the Mass Business Development Corporation. Mr. Flynn has served as a director of our company since July 2005.

As Edgewater’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Services and Accounts, John Flavin’s proven leadership and client relationship capabilities are contributing to Edgewater’s national expansion and future growth plans. In addition, John will provide direct leadership of Edgewater’s New York Metro region, select strategic accounts, and vertical industry practices including the Company’s growing Web Analytics practice. Prior to joining Edgewater, Mr. Flavin was a Vice President of Outsourcing Services at Capgemini focusing on the Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Distribution and Life Sciences industries. In this role, he provided leadership to the North American sales team. Mr. Flavin also held executive level roles such as Group Vice President for Business Development and Client Management at Keane. While there, he played an integral role in the organization's growth from $60m to $250m, managing the company’s sales and delivery of application software and consulting services. John also has extensive experience with the selection and integration of strategic acquisitions. His prior experience also includes Chief Operating Officer at Waltham, MA-based LavaStorm, a niche software engineering firm for highly complex and data intensive Internet-based applications, and President and CEO of Brainstorm. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Bridgeport.

As Vice President of Edgewater's Corporate Communications, Barbara Warren-Sica is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic communications platform, including internal and external communications, marketing, public relations, investor relations, brand management, and Edgewater's philanthropy efforts.

As Vice President of Consulting Services, John Inselman is responsible for driving the proposal process and working closely with Edgewater's management team, sales, consulting and accounting organizations to increase revenues and maintain profitability goals. In addition, he assist with the management of our New Hampshire facility, serves as the liaison with Edgewater's clients' legal and procurement departments and work with executive management on revenue forecasts, business planning and enterprise staffing requirements. Since joining Edgewater in 1998, he has been instrumental in the management of corporate proposals by working closely with the sales and delivery organization to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the bid process. John also assists with the costing and staffing approach for each bid. During his tenure, he has streamlined the proposal process by establishing proposal outlines, managing the proposal teams, and has been instrumental in helping Edgewater secure many key accounts. Prior to joining Edgewater Technology, John was responsible for the Program/Proposal Manager at AverStar, Inc. for nearly 10 years. He also worked as an Independent Agent for Farmer's Insurance and held other managerial roles for Vanguard Research and GTE. In addition, he served in the US Air Force where he was a Communications Electronics Officer.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Kristin Zaepfel is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Edgewater Technology's Human Resources (HR) Department, participating in making strategic HR decisions as a member of the Senior Management Team. Prior to joining Edgewater in 2003, Kristin was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Xchange, Inc., an international, high-growth, customer relationship management software and services company in Boston. With approximately 20 years of Human Resources experience, she has also held various HR positions at such organizations as HPR, Inc., Mellon Bank Corporation, and The Boston Company. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Allegheny College and also has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College.

As Vice President of Consulting Services, William Hall is responsible for Client Executive Relationships, leadership of Edgewater Technology's Southern Region to develop and deliver customized technology solutions and the cultivation of business development opportunities in the Southern United States. Prior to his appointment to Vice President of Consulting Services, William served as Edgewater's South Central Regional Manager, where he was influential in increasing revenues and working with strategic clients in a seven state area. William has over 18 years of experience in custom systems integration and software design and is based in Edgewater's Little Rock, Arkansas office. Prior to joining Edgewater, he served as the President of a large systems integration firm that specialized in custom systems designed to increase efficiency and data integration/tracking in the manufacturing and distribution sectors throughout the South and Southeast.

Slattery is a vice president and portfolio manager of Franklin Portfolio Associates. Before joining the firm, Slattery was an quantitative analyst and portfolio manager at Independence Investment LLC from 1995 to 2003. He also has software development and application expertise from his time with Edgewater Technology, Inc. and Bachman Information Systems, Inc. He is currently a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. Slattery holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mr. White currently serves as a senior partner with the law firm of Foley Hoag, LLP, where he served for over 13 years as Managing Partner. He provides outside counsel to numerous corporations and non-profit institutions and has extensive experience in representing middle-market corporations in mergers and acquisitions and on the issuance, refinancing and restructuring of private and publicly-held corporate debt. Mr. White served as Chairman of Lex Mundi, the world's largest international association of independent law firms. Currently, Mr. White serves as Secretary, General Counsel, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as well as with the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, a non-profit organization founded by Harvard Business School Professor Michael Porter. He served as counsel to the Massachusetts Special Commission on Business Tax Policy, and as counsel to a Special Commission on the Decennial Census. Mr. White has served as a director of our company since October 2005.

From June 2003 to June 2005, Ms. Leaming was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tufts Health Plan, a provider of healthcare insurance. Prior to that, Ms. Leaming served as Tufts Health Plan s President and Chief Operating Officer since 1998, the Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 1998 and the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer from 1986 to 1995. Prior to joining Tufts Health Plan, Ms. Leaming held a variety of management positions in managed care and banking, including Chief Financial Officer of Matthew Thornton Health Plan. Ms. Leaming currently serves as a director of Biogen Idec, Hologic, Inc., the American Red Cross, the Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation. Ms. Leaming joined our Board in December 2005.

Since founding Ranzal & Associates in 1996, Robin Ranzal Knowles has grown the organization into a premier Enterprise Performance Management consulting firm. In October 2004, Ranzal became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Edgewater Technology, Inc. As President of Ranzal, Robin is primarily responsible for managing and is actively involved in client engagements throughout the country. Prior to starting Ranzal, she held several technical and management positions including Director of Consulting Services for Dimension Data Systems, analyst positions at Business Express Airlines, and MCI. Robin is recognized nationally as an authority on Oracle Hyperion's Essbase (OLAP) technology. She is a frequent speaker at Oracle Hyperion events including Oracle Hyperion's User Conferences, and has served as a panel expert for Business Performance Management Magazine. Robin has also played crucial roles in Ranzal's Oracle Hyperion client implementations in the Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, Finance, Insurance and Retail industries. She is an Oracle Hyperion Certified Consultant and Instructor and holds a BS degree from SUNY Plattsburgh.
