Laura Klein brings over 8 years of senior business experience to eDiets.com. Ms. Klein served as the Chief Information Officer, VP of IT and Security Officer at Sheridan Healthcare Inc., a leading outsourcing provider of healthcare services for hospitals and medical facilities. Between 2001 and 2002, she was President of Elencee LLC, a marketing and website development company located in Fort Lauderdale. In this capacity, Ms. Klein developed new marketing strategies for Sheridan Healthcare, while managing both the web development and marketing teams. Prior to her role as President at Elencee LLC, Ms. Klein was a Software Trainer for Sheridan Healthcare Inc., a System Administrator for Green2Go.com and a Java Programming Instructor at Sun Microsystems. Ms. Klein holds an Executive Program MBA degree with a concentration in healthcare from the University of Miami, as well as a BS degree in Biology from North Carolina State University and an MS degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Hoyer brings over 20 years of senior corporate finance experience to eDiets.com, having served as Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, including Digital Angel, Inc, Nationsrent Companies, Inc. and GLOBEquip LLC, as well as in a broad range of significant financial roles at MWH Global, Inc. and Fluor Corporation. Mr. Hoyer will be responsible for eDiet's finance operations, including accounting, external reporting, tax, treasury and investor relations, and will report directly to eDiets CEO and President, Steve Rattner.

Prior to co-founding Nutrio, Mr. Rattner was co-founder, president and COO of HotOffice Technologies. Mr. Rattner was also a name partner in the public accounting firm of Levi, Rattner, Cahlin & Co. ("Levi, Rattner"). During his tenure at Levi, Rattner, he practiced primarily corporate transactional and taxation work, having counseled numerous clients in large corporate financial transactions. His experience also includes significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to co-founding Levi, Rattner, Mr. Rattner was employed by the "Big 5" public accounting firm KPMG. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Linda Kohler brings over 20 years of senior business experience to eDiets. Prior to joining eDiets, Ms. Kohler served as a Principal Consultant for KC Enterprises, who was retained by a major European food manufacturer. While there, Kohler successfully introduced three of their products to the U.S. retail marketplace. Between 1998 and 2001 she was VP, General Manager for Aurora Foods where she led her $155M division to record profitable growth. From 1995 to 1998, Kohler was the executive VP, COO for Avalon Bay, a leading frozen seafood provider. In this capacity she successfully integrated them into the Aurora Foods environment. Linda has extensive experience with managing challenging supply chains, both internationally and domestically, and has delivered high quality products and solid business results. Ms. Kohler attended Cambridge College and holds a Masters Certificate from Villanova University in Strategic Organizational Leadership with a focus on Project Management and Organizational Leadership and Lean Six Sigma. She was a contributing member of both the White House Task Force on Small Business and the United Nations World Day Committee and was awarded the Small Business Person of the Year for the State of Florida in 1979.

Lynn Frcek has nearly two decades of experience as an innovative marketing strategist helping top companies maximize visibility and drive revenue growth. As Vice President and co-founder of Boca Java, Inc., she directed strategic merchandising, product development and service initiatives for the leading provider of gourmet coffee and specialty tea products, bringing the company from a small startup into a $12 million operation in less than five years. Lynn also served as Executive Vice President of Xcelerate, a systems development and consulting firm in Fort Lauderdale, and group manager for Ryder, Inc. She also was Senior Consultant in the IT Group at Price Waterhouse in Miami. Lynn received an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida.

Alex heads Sererra's sWEB Division including creative designing and SEO services specifically on NetSuite technology. For the last 6 years Alex has also been Creative Director of Acquisition at eDiets.com. He manages all the creative for Web Marketing, Banner Advertising, xHTML/CSS production and Flash Development. Our team delivers effective creative that is tested to improve customer acquistion, increase retention and give the members a better user experience. Alex also specializes in optimizing website designs to increase web traffic, improve conversion rates, banner click through rates with internet direct marketing (AKA: Sales Funnel A/B Testing). His focus on Search Engine Optimization tactics and affiliate marketing has acheived the best possible ROI.

Mr. Sichon Domrongchai has over 11 years of experience as a creative director with Rhetoric Advertising in the general advertising and new media industry. After receiving recognition for his "Best Portfolio" for Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Mr. Domrongchai worked as a Senior Art Director for Ingalls Advertising, leading the design group for their Interactive practice. Mr. Domrongchai also served as Senior Art Director and Associate Creative Director for Fusive.com, now SAIC, leading the creative design and implementation for Sony Latin America Brands. His experience also includes consulting for Daniels & Roberts, DigiCasta and Echo Medium. As Senior Art Director for eDiets.com, Mr. Domrongchai played a major role in the 2005 redesign of their acquisition site, as well as brand sites for their products.

Mr. Katz's professional experience spans consulting and investment banking. Prior to joining WaterHealth, Mr. Katz was a Senior Analyst at Ivory Capital, a $2 billion long/short hedge fund. Mr. Katz also has extensive experience in the technology market through his 5-year tenure as Vice President of the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Montgomery and Co. Previously he was a Senior Associate Consultant for Bain & Company before being appointed Director of Financial Planning and Analysis with Jostens Learning Corporation, a Bain Capital portfolio company focused on educational software development. There, he played an integral role in raising financing and positioning the company for sale. Mr. Katz received his MBA from The Anderson School of Business as a Carter Fellow in 2000 and his B.A. from Dartmouth College with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa Honors. He serves on the Board of the Venice Boys and Girls Club.

James A. Epstein brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance, securities, contracts, litigation, risk management, insurance and employment law to his position as General Counsel at eDiets.com, Inc. He was most recently General Counsel/Secretary at 21st Century Holding Company where, among other tasks, he oversaw securities matters, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and contracts. Earlier, he was General Counsel for Internet solutions provider 186K.Net, where he drafted commercial contracts, negotiated joint venture agreements and oversaw contractual and licensing relationships with strategic partners such as AT&T, Sprint and Microsoft. As an associate at law firms Conrad & Scherer and Hinshaw & Culbertson, he specialized in the health care field, where his clients included public hospital districts such as Columbia HCA and Humana and a range of physicians and major insurers. Admitted to practice in the state of Florida and the U.S. Southern District of Florida, he is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Andrea M. Weiss has been a director since June 2006. Since August 2002, she has served as president and chief executive officer of Retail Consulting Inc., an international retail consulting company she owns. From April 2001 to August 2002, she served as president of dELiA*s Corp., a direct marketing and retail company comprised of lifestyle brands for teenage girls. From May 1998 to February 2001, she served as executive vice president and chief stores officer of Limited Brands Inc., a specialty retail business. She is also a director of CBRL Group Inc. and eDiets.com Inc.

Pedro N. Ortega-Dardet brings considerable experience in the health and beauty industry to eDiets, serving on the Company’s Board of Directors since July 2002. Ortega-Dardet has been President of Skinmetics, Inc., a Coral Gables, Florida-based company that designs, manufactures and markets premium skin care products for the professional beauty industry under the name Wilma Schumann Skin Care, since 1997. From 1989 to 1997, Ortega-Dardet served as President of Brickell Development Corp., a general contracting business involved in residential and commercial construction work. From 1987 to 1989, he was Vice President of Property Insurance, Inc., an agency offering title, homeowners, life and other types of insurance through a network of financial institutions. Ortega-Dardet also currently serves as the editor of industry newsletter Skin and Body News and is frequently quoted as an expert source in skin care industry magazines. He also serves as a consultant to several European companies interested in marketing beauty and wellness products throughout the United States. Ortega-Dardet, a member of the Board of Advisors for the Florida College of Natural Health, is also a Director of the Esthetics Manufacturer and Distributors Alliance (EMDA); member of the Independent Manufacturers and Distributors ; a member of the International Spa Association (ISPA); a member of the Board of Directors of Brickell Development, Corp; and a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Action Team.

Ron has over 25 years of experience in online media as well as considerable expertise in financial markets. He has been instrumental in providing content creation and licensing services, online community management and real-time publication to the major commercial online services. Ron has also served as an industry consultant for leading corporations and serves on the board of directors of Internet diet and fitness site, eDiets.com (NASDAQ: DIET). Prior to his pioneering services to the online industry, Ron was a partner in the Wall Street firm of Ernst & Co. and a member of the American Stock Exchange and other national stock and commodity exchanges. He is currently an equity partner and maintains his securities registration with Liberty Pacific Capital, LLC, a Seattle-based investment banking firm. Ron lives in Palm Beach County, Florida with his wife, Dawn, and teenage daughter.
