Jewel Smith is a graduate of Texas Southern University and holds a BA degree in Math with a minor History and an M.ED. in Secondary Education. Jewel has over 20 years of electric utility experience, which includes the areas of power consulting, customer service management, and supplier diversity. As manager of supplier diversity for CenterPoint Energy Inc., she is responsible for providing strategic guidance towards enhancing the company's supplier diversity initiatives as well as directing the integration of supplier diversity into the company's overall corporate strategies and culture. Jewel is responsible for designing and implementing processes and procedures to grow MWBE supplier relationships and opportunities at CenterPoint Energy. Jewel is very active and serves on numerous committees involving supplier diversity related issues through such councils and organizations as The Houston Minority Business Council, Women's Business Enterprise Alliance, The Association of Electric Companies of Texas, The Edison Electric Institute, and The Texas Association on Minority Business Enterprises. Through the Houston Minority Business Council, Jewel has been recognized as the Corporate Advocate of the Year for both 2001 and 2002, Professional Services Advocate of the Year for 2000 and 2002, and Helping Hands Award Winner for 2000. She was also selected by Minority Business News Magazine as one of the "The Best Of Decade" in the category of Supplier Diversity Directors/Managers. Jewel is married to James W. Smith and they have two wonderful daughters, J'Mill and Jennerette.
John Turney is the Executive Vice President and co-founder of Human System technology. He is a licensed psychologist and has served on the Graduate Psychology and Management faculties of The George Washington University. Dr. Turney has published over fifty professional articles. His areas of expertise include selection and placement testing, human resource program design, managerial and supervisory skills development, employee motivation programs and organizational assessment tools and methodologies. Dr. Turney manages a wide range of projects from the validation of selection tests to the establishment of skill-based compensation programs. He recently completed a highly successful project where he was responsible for designing competency-based career progression ladders and assessments for all corporate non-exempt jobs. His advice on testing policies and practices is sought regularly by long-term clients. He also serves as testing specialist for Edison Electric Institute tests at several utility companies. Dr. Turney received his Ph.D. from Cornell University. His prior experience includes work on pioneering organizational change and management development projects at Corning Glass Works and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Dr. Turney is a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington.

He is a graduate of Arizona State University where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. John has been an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute for the past 12 years, currently serving as President of the Arizona Chapter. Thomas M. O'Flynn was named executive vice president and chief financial officer for Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG), in July 2001. He is also the chief financial officer of Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), PSEG Power (Power), and PSEG Energy Holdings (Holdings). Mr. O'Flynn had been president and chief operating officer of Holdings, overseeing the operations of its two main subsidiaries: PSEG Global and PSEG Resources. Mr. O'Flynn is responsible for all financial functions as well as planning, strategy and development across PSEG, PSE&G and Power. Mr. O'Flynn came to PSEG with 15 years of experience at Morgan Stanley, where he specialized in corporate finance for electric and gas utility and power clients. As a managing director in Morgan Stanley's global power and utility group and head of the North American region, he worked with major energy companies on many strategic advisory and financing transactions; including mergers and acquisitions, IPO offerings and capital raising assignments. Also, while at Morgan Stanley he served as a financial advisor to PSEG, prior to becoming the managing director of Morgan Stanley's global power and utility group. Mr. O'Flynn holds a degree from Northwestern University in economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. He currently serves as the chairman of the finance executive advisory committee of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) and also serves on the board of directors for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL), the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) and The Newark Museum.
Anthony F. Earley, Jr. has been chairman of the board and chief executive officer since 1998 and was also DTE Energy’s president and chief operating officer from 1994 – 2004. He joined the company in 1994, and that same year was elected to the board.

Gloria C. Ogenyi is Vice President, Energy Policy, for Conectiv Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pepco Holdings, Inc., that operates in the deregulated energy industry. Conectiv safely and responsibly manages power plant assets and buys and sells fuel and energy in the wholesale marketplace. She heads up Conectiv Energy's regulatory group, which supports the company's generation and trading business-providing advocacy, risk, deal support and regulatory representation at FERC, PJM and elsewhere in the energy industry. Ms. Ogenyi joined Conectiv Energy in 2002 and has held her current position since 2005. Ms. Ogenyi was born in Nigeria. As a British Chevening Scholar, she earned a master of laws degree from the University of Leicester in England and is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. She is also a graduate of the Thunderbird Executive Finance and Accounting Program. Ms. Ogenyi is a board member of the North American Energy Standards Board and chairs the Board Resources Committee. She is a member of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Stakeholders Committee and was elected to represent the Generation sector. She is also vice chair of the Edison Electric Institute's (EEI's) Energy Supply Executive Advisory Committee, which provides policy input to the EEI CEO group, and was selected as the inaugural chair of the EEI Alliance Supply Policy Task Force, where she served for several years. In December 2004, Ms. Ogenyi received the prestigious 2004 Award for Black Achievers in Business and Industry.

He joined PEPCO, its predecessor, in 1961 and served as President and CEO from 1997 until 1999 and as Chairman and CEO from 1999 until July 2003, and Chairman until May 2004. From 1992 until 1997, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Derrick is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Washington Society of Engineers. He is past Chairman of the United States Energy Association and he has served as a Director of the United States Chamber of Commerce, a trustee of the Federal City Council and Chairman of the Greater Washington Initiative. He is past Chairman of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
President and Chief Executive Officer Jose Delgado worked to create the company he now leads, American Transmission Co. ATC became operational Jan. 1, 2001 as the first multi-state transmission-only utility in the U.S.; it currently has transmission facilities in portions of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois. Previously, Delgado spent 27 years at Wisconsin Electric Power Co. starting as an electrical engineer and ending as Vice President of Electric System Operations, when named CEO of ATC in late 1999. Delgado serves on the Edison Electric Institute board of directors and co-chair of the CEO Task Force on Reliability & Infrastructure Protection. He is chairman of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation's Transmission Owners and Operators Forum. He also serves on the advisory board of the Consortium for Electrical Reliability Technology Solutions. Delgado has served as chairman and president of MAIN, the regional reliability council for eastern Wisconsin, Illinois and western Missouri. He is also a former trustee of NERC and was a member of the Department of Energy Electric System Reliability Task Force and the board of directors of the Association of Edison Illuminating Companies, the advisory board to the Department of Energy laboratories as well as other positions on various committees within the utility industry. Delgado currently serves on the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Chancellor's Council of Corporate Sponsors and the School of Business Advisory Council. He is also a member of the Marquette University School of Engineering National Advisory Council and the Greater Milwaukee Committee. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of the United Community Center and Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. Delgado graduated cum laude from Marquette University with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He earned a master's degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Delgado is a member of two engineering honorary associations, ETA KAPPA NU and TAU BETA PI.
Kevin Burke is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Consolidated Edison, Inc., the holding company, and chairman and chief executive officer of its largest subsidiary, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, the regulated utility.
Mr. Burke joined Con Edison in 1973 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in system planning, engineering, law, nuclear power, construction, and corporate planning. Notably, he served as senior vice president, with responsibility for customer service and for Con Edison's electric transmission and distribution systems. In 1999, Mr. Burke was elected president of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., also a subsidiary of Consolidated Edison, Inc. He was elected president and chief operating officer of Consolidated Edison Company of New York in 2000, was appointed president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Edison, Inc., in 2005, and elected chairman in 2006.
Mr. Burke serves on the boards of directors of many industry and nonprofit organizations, including the American Gas Association, Edison Electric Institute, the Energy Association of New York, the New York Botanical Garden, the New York State Business Council, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, Partnership for New York City, and the YMCA of Greater New York.
Mr. Burke holds a master's in business policy from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from Fordham University, a master's in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a bachelor's in engineering from The Cooper Union. He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 2005.

J. LaMont Keen assumed the responsibilities of president and chief executive officer of IDACORP on July 1, 2006. He has been president and chief operating officer of Idaho Power since January 2002 and was appointed chief executive officer of Idaho Power in November 2005. Keen also has served on the IDACORP and Idaho Power board of directors since July 15, 2004. Keen joined Idaho Power in 1975. He has served as an officer of Idaho Power and/or IDACORP since 1988. He has filled numerous positions of responsibility including controller, chief financial officer, as well as senior vice president of Administrative Services for Idaho Power where he had responsibility for all administrative areas of the company including Finance, Information Services, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Legal, Legislative Affairs and Corporate Communications. Keen also has played an active role in developing IDACORP's subsidiaries, being involved at either the officer or director level in all the company's diversified business ventures. Keen is a graduate of Albertson College and has completed the Harvard Graduate School of Business Advanced Management Program. He is a board member and a member of the executive committee for the Western Energy Institute. He is also a board member and former chairman of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry. Keen began serving a three-year term on the Edison Electric Institute's board of directors in June 2006.

Roger Woodworth is vice president for Avista Corp. and vice

Woodworth received his Bachelor of Science degree in
wildlife biology from Washington State University in 1978. He is
also an alumnus of Columbia University’s Senior Executive
Program.
Woodworth began his career at Avista Corp. as a fish and
wildlife biologist in 1979. He was later promoted to hydro license
coordinator and then served as the administrator for all facility
licensing and related regulatory and resource management
agency relations. In 1990, he was tapped to help facilitate
corporate business planning and subsequently appointed as
strategic counsel to the company’s executive officer team. He
remained in this role while managing the company’s corporate
communications department, starting in 1992. He was appointed
as director of corporate development in May 1998 and vice
president of corporate development that same year.
Woodworth chairs the President’s Advisory Council for
Washington State University-Spokane. He is a director on the
board and past chair of Foundation Northwest, a non-profit
community foundation. He serves on the Electric Power Research
Institute’s executive steering committee for energy efficiency
initiatives, chairs Edison Electric Institute’s customer service
executive advisory committee, and he is vice chair of the board of
the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. In addition, Woodworth
chairs the Mayor’s Task Force on Sustainability in Spokane,
Wash.

Skiles Boyd, 53, is vice president of environmental management and resources at DTE
Energy (NYSE:DTE), a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the
development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide.
Boyd is responsible for managing the company’s environmental issues which include
setting environmental policy, representing the company on environmental issues with the
public and in environmental regulatory and legislative development, coordinating
environmental studies and conducting environmental audits. He manages a department of
approximately 77 people. Boyd has worked in DTE’s environmental department for over
27 years.
Boyd earned a bachelor of science degree in environmental resource management from
Pennsylvania State University and a master of business administration degree from Wayne
State University.
Boyd is active in the Air and Waste Management Association and the environmental
committees of the Michigan Manufacturers Association, the Michigan and Greater Detroit

Anthony J. Topazi became Mississippi Power's tenth President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2004.
Previously, Topazi was executive vice president at Southern Company Generation & Energy Marketing, responsible for Southern Company's energy trading and wholesale marketing, as well as its fuel services and generation planning and development departments. He also served as senior vice president of Southern Power, which owns and manages new generation assets dedicated to the wholesale markets.
Topazi began his career with Alabama Power in 1969 as a cooperative education student engineer. He held a number of positions at Alabama Power, including Western Division Vice President and Birmingham Division Vice President. While at the Western Division, he served as chairman of the Tuscaloosa County Industrial Development Authority and had a primary role in recruiting the first Mercedes Benz automotive assembly plant outside of Germany to the state of Alabama.
Topazi is chairman of Momentum Mississippi, a public-private partnership appointed by the Governor to enhance the State's economic development future. He previously served on the steering committee of Blueprint Mississippi and co-chaired its economic development work group. He serves as chairman of the Gulf Coast Business Council. Topazi is a member of the Mississippi Economic Council's board of directors and vice chairman of the Mississippi Partnership for Economic Development. Topazi is a member of the United Way deTocqueville Society and serves on the board of directors for the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. He also serves on the board of directors for Hancock Bank, Infinity Science Center, Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and on the board of trustees for the Nature Conservancy of Mississippi. Topazi previously served as vice chairman of the Governor's Commission on Recovery, Rebuilding and Renewal.
A Birmingham native, Topazi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University and also completed the advanced management program at Harvard University. He is a member of the Engineering Council at Auburn University.

Bruce Peterson, 52, is senior vice president and general counsel for DTE Energy (NYSE:
DTE), a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and
management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide. Peterson has overall
responsibility for the management and direction of the legal affairs of DTE Energy, as
well as its regulated utilities, Detroit Edison and MichCon, and its non-regulated
companies.
Prior to joining DTE Energy in 2002, Peterson was a partner in the Washington, D.C.
office of Hunton & Williams, a national law firm specializing in energy industry matters.
Peterson spent 14 years with the firm focusing on energy and infrastructure project
finance transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, and related contract structuring and
regulatory matters. He also served as administrative partner for the firm’s project
finance, development and leasing team. Previously, he was a Foreign Service Officer of
the U.S. Department of State for six years.
Peterson earned a bachelor of arts degree from North Park College and a juris doctor
degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He completed the Nuclear
Reactor Technology Course for Utility Executives at the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology. Peterson is a member of the Board of Directors of the DTE Energy
Foundation and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, a member of the Board of Trustees of
the Cranbrook Educational Community and a member of the Board of Governors of
Cranbrook Institute of Science. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan
Law School. He is also a member of the Corporate Counsel Committee of the United
Way for Southeastern Michigan and the Legal Committees of the Edison Electric
Institute and the American Gas Association.

Clinton E. Childress is Senior Vice President Corporate Services and Chief Human Resources Officer of TECO Energy. He began his career with Tampa Electric Co. in 1970 as a laborer, and soon advanced to a lineman in Energy Delivery. Childress joined the management team in 1983 as a technician in Standards. During these early years, he also attended the University of Tampa where he received a bachelor's degree in professional management. Dana Bausback is Director of Portfolio Strategy & Compliance with responsibility for the performance and compliance of the Accounts Receivable Division including the acquisition, valuation and subsequent performance of all purchased debt portfolios. In addition to the acquisition and management of the purchased debt portfolios, Dana also works closely with contingency clients to ensure the best recovery percentages possible. Dana has a diverse background in account receivables management and began her career with the Internal Revenue Service as a Federal Revenue Officer. She has spent the majority of her professional career in the public utilities industry where her roles have ranged from front-line contact center supervisor at Vectren, a publicly held utility, to her current position as an outsourcing executive in the utilities space. Dana was one of three founding executives of the IEI organization in 1998. Dana is a graduate of Ball State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in English; she received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. Dana is active in professional trade groups including the American Gas Association, Edison Electric Institute, National Association of Credit Management, DBA International and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Collectors Association, Inc. which is an affiliate member of ACA International.

Gary G. Ely is chairman of the board and chief executive officer for Avista Corp. Ely joined Avista Corp. in 1967. During his years with the company, Ely has worked in several areas including engineering, operations, marketing and natural gas. In 1986 Ely was named vice president of marketing and has had various other assignments including vice president of natural gas, responsible for the company's overall natural gas systems in Washington, Idaho, Oregon and California. In 1995, Ely's responsibilities included the overall management of Avista Corp.'s hydro production and construction, transmission and generation engineering, rate and regulatory matters at both the state and federal levels, and government relations. In 1996 he was named senior vice president with responsibility for the overall management of the company's hydro production and thermal generation. He also led the wholesale marketing and energy resource management for both the electric and gas lines of business. Ely served as executive vice president of Avista Corp. from January 1999 through October 2000, before being promoted to his current positions. Ely also chairs the boards of Avista Corp.'s subsidiaries Avista Energy and Avista Advantage. Since receiving his bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University, Ely has participated in several executive-level courses including the Public Utilities Executive Course at the University of Idaho, and post-graduate courses through the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Edison Electric Institute Leadership, and Kidder Peabody School of Financial Management. In addition to his work at Avista Corp., Ely is an active member of various professional and business organizations. He is a board member of the American Gas Association, the Edison Electric Institute, the Western Energy Institute, and the Washington Roundtable. He also serves on the executive board of the Inland Empire Council of Boy Scouts of America.
