Robert L. Virgil has been a partner in the retail investment firm of Edward Jones since 1993. He is responsible for management development. Virgil was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on August 26, 1934. He received the B.A. from Beloit College in 1956. Following two years in the U.S. Army, he entered Washington University where he received the MEA in 1960 and the DBA in 1967. From 1960-1993, Virgil was a faculty member in accounting of the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University. He was dean of the Olin School from 1977-1993, and he served as Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs from 1974-75 and Executive Vice Chancellor for University Relations from 1992-93. At various times he was on leave to be a faculty resident with Arthur Andersen & Co., and a visiting professor at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. Virgil is dean emeritus of the John M. Olin School of Business and professor emeritus of Accounting. Virgil is a trustee of Washington University. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank from 1983-89 and its chair from 1988-89. He is a member of the St. Louis Coalition for Plant and Life Sciences.

Daniel A. Burkhardt is a Managing Director of Oakwood Medical Investors. From 1980 to 2005, Mr. Burkhardt was a general partner of The Jones Financial Companies, L.L.L.P., the parent company of Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P., where he specialized in investment banking and structuring investments. In addition to his involvement with the previous Oakwood funds. Mr. Burkhardt served as President, Treasurer and Director of CIP Management, Inc. and as general partner of CIP Management, L.P., LLLP for over 16 years, retiring from such positions in 2006. Mr. Burkhardt also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, a premier plant genomics research center based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Doug married his wife, Jacy, in May 2005, and the couple lives in North Dallas. An avid sailor, Doug spends weekends sailing on Lake Texoma with Jacy and their dog, Skipper. John C. Dickerson III is an Investment Representative with Edward Jones in Bay City. He is a founding member of the Tributary League, which supports the Colorado River Foundation. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and South Texas College of Law, Dickerson served as Matagorda County attorney from 1985 to 1993.
