Margaret joined EF&I in June 2009 as the Vice President of Telemedia Solutions. With a 30 year career at Verizon in telecom/data/video engineering, operations and customer service, Margaret brings knowledge and experience that has both depth and breadth to EF&I. Margaret's diverse background has positioned her to partner with our clients to create integrated, forward thinking solutions to help them address the challenges of the converging telecom and media industries. Most recently, in her role as Director of FiOS Operations, Margaret successfully managed Verizon's Video Service franchise contractual agreements, metrics and processes development, service delivery and network analysis. Prior to her work with the Video Operations Group, Margaret was responsible for the development and oversight of the Post 9-11 Manhattan Restoration Business Plan, additionally, she managed both Engineering and Construction organizations with capital programs in excess of $50M. Margaret's experience in Telecom and Video includes strategic planning, organizational management and implementation as well as the development of systems/process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives. Margaret holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Siena College and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; additionally, she has completed the Executive Leadership Programs at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
