The eFoodSafety.com family of companies includes subsidiary Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd. (see www.knockouttechnologies.com), which has developed an environmentally safe sporicide that eradicates anthrax, formulated entirely with food grade ingredients. Final efficacy laboratory studies, required for EPA registration, have been completed. These studies showed that the product eradicated both Clostridium Sporogenes and Bacillus Subtilis with 100% efficacy on both hard and porous surfaces. The company has also developed Citroxin, a germicide that kills six of the leading illness-related pathogens: E-coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Avian Influenza and Black Mold.
