Einstein's Internet directory products, including LASIKDocShop.com, CosmeticsDocShop.com, DentalDocShop.com, InfertilityDocShop.com, and LawyerShop.com, drive consumers to the web sites of doctors, dentists, and lawyers. The sophisticated Docshop directory system offers a means of generating large-scale revenue for a variety of business segments. In 1999, Einstein underwent a remarkable transformation, beginning with the replication of its successful medical directory model to launch LawyerShop.com. George Richeson joined Einstein Industries as Vice President of Sales after achieving remarkable results in medical marketing for more than 26 years. Mr. Richeson was formerly Southeast Division Manager for Alcon Surgical, a division of Alcon Laboratories, where he produced record revenue numbers for the company. During his tenure at Alcon, Richeson's responsibility of sales grew from $150,000 to approximately $22 million. Since being named Director of Information Technology in 2004 Dennis Gerasimenko has made a significant impact on the companya s IT operations. To increase efficiency Mr. Gerasimenko restructured the department, hiring approximately 65 percent of its current staff and reorganizing project time allocation to meet deadlines. Mr. Gerasimenko also co-founded Einsteina s Technical Support department and currently oversees the companya s System Administration and Internal Development teams. He plays a vital role by regularly advising the companya s executives on the latest trends in Information Technology. Mr. Gerasimenko began his career in Information Technology as a freelance graphic designer and web developer, which led him to work opportunities at Internet marketing firm Intrasell and web development company Bytes On-Line. He was subsequently hired by Einstein Industries, where his Linux expertise allowed him to develop the first dynamically-driven version of DocShop.com, the companya s core Internet property. Keith Humes began working as a sales rep for Einstein in 1999 and quickly worked his way up the ranks. Mr. Humes was named National Sales Director in January of 2005 after a remarkable five-year streak as Einstein's top salesperson (2000-2004). He currently oversees Einstein's growing sales force and directs sales operations for Einstein's three main divisions (medicine, dentistry, and law). Susan Gail is a plastic surgery consultant providing help and support for those seeking all types of cosmetic surgery, including liposuction recovery information, advice, and more. Nathan Johnson oversees all of Einsteina s publications, including white papers, articles published for journals and trade publications, newsletters, marketing collateral, and other internal corporate content. After developing the content for many of Einsteina s internal and client websites, in 2000 Mr. Johnson was hired by Einstein Publishing as a Staff Writer for Imagine Your Health, Einsteina s consumer magazine dedicated to elective, fee-for-service medicine. The excellent work he produced at Imagine Your Health led to his promotion to Managing Editor in 2001. Mr. Johnson was subsequently promoted to Senior Editor of Einstein Industries to spearhead the companya s push for publication of white papers and articles in the major trade publications and journals. Mr. Johnson earned an M.A. in Literature from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in History from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD).
