Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc.

Mr. O'Neill, who was named Chief Executive Officer in December 2008, is a 20-year Food and Beverage Industry veteran with an extensive leadership background in brand marketing, strategic planning and operations. He joins Einstein Noah from Priszm Income Fund in Toronto, Canada, where he held the titles of chief operating officer, president and most recently, chief executive officer. Priszm is the master franchisee for KFC in Canada, employs more than 9,000 people, and owns and operates 465 quick service and quick casual restaurants (KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut) across Canada. During his tenure at Priszm, Mr. O'Neill oversaw the doubling of the very successful KFC/Taco Bell multi-brand concept to over 100 stores, as well as significant new product innovation aimed at building the sandwich and snacking segments within the KFC Brand in Canada. Prior to joining Priszm, Mr. O'Neill held senior positions with some of the world's most recognized brand names including, President of Pepsi Cola Canada, where he oversaw a period of exceptional growth in market share, brand innovation, and profitability. He holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa.

Dan J. Dominguez joined us in November 1995 and has served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Noah's New York Bagels since April 1998. From 1995 to April 1998, Mr. Dominguez served as the Director of Operations for Einstein Bros. Midwest. Prior to joining us, Mr. Dominguez was executive Vice President of JB Patt America, Beverly Hills, CA, dba Koo Koo Roo Restaurants, from July 1994 to October 1995. From May 1987 to July 1994, he was the Divisional Vice President of Food Services for Carter Hawley Hale in San Francisco, CA. From November 1976 to May 1987 he was the Vice President of Operations for Bakers Square Restaurants in California.

Mr. Dutkiewicz, who was named CFO in October 2003, has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. He served as CFO for Vari-L Company, Inc., a publicly traded telecommunications component supplier, and Coleman Natural Products, Inc., a leading supplier of natural beef. Throughout his career, Mr. Dutkiewicz held senior accounting positions with Tetrad Corporation, MicroLithics Corporation, United Technologies, and KPMG. Since May of 2003, he was Vice President of Information Technology for Sirenza Microdevices, which was acquired by Vari-L. Mr. Dutkiewicz received a BBA degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1977.

Jill B.W. Sisson is currently General Counsel and Secretary of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., a leader in the "quick casual" segment of the restaurant industry. From 1992 until 2003, she served as General Counsel and Secretary of Graphic Packaging International Corporation, a NYSE-listed packaging company, until its merger with Riverwood Holding, Inc. From 1974 to 1992, she engaged in private law practice in Denver, Colorado primarily practicing corporate and securities law. She received her J.D. degree in 1974 from the University of Colorado Law School where she was Order of the Coif and graduated in 1969 from Middlebury College with High Honors.

Mr. Heumann has extensive experience with the bankruptcy and reorganization of public and private companies, including experience on numerous creditor committees. He joined Greenlight Capital in March 2000 and was made a partner in January 2002. After beginning his career as an equity analyst with Value Line, Mr. Heumann invested in a number of distressed companies while at Claremont Group, Merrill Lynch, Schroders, and ultimately SG Cowen, where he managed a portfolio of distressed investments. Mr. Heumann graduated from Louisiana State University in 1980 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and in 1985 with an M.S. in Finance.

Mr. Meyer is a private investor who most recently served as the chairman of Glenwood Capital Investments, LLC, an investment firm specializing in hedge funds, which he founded in January of 1988 and from which he resigned in January of 2004. From September 1986 through December 1987, Mr. Meyer was a general partner of Knightsbridge Partners, a firm engaged in the business of leveraged buyouts. From November of 1973 to September of 1986, his activities included acting as co-manager of Grosvenor Partners, a fund with an investment program in hedge funds similar to that of Glenwood. Prior to 1973, he was employed at A.G. Becker & Company, where he helped redesign that firm's performance measurement service for pension funds. Mr. Meyer received his B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and began his career at the university's School of Business as an instructor of statistics.

Mark Kline, President and CEO - Mark is a veteran of 35 years in the condominium development and conversion business. During this time he has participated in the construction and/or conversion of over 30,000 residential units in every major market in the continental United States. He has held senior leadership positions with firms such as American Invesco, First Financial Equities, Pacwest Resources, and Madison Advisory prior to forming Madison Development Group. His activities have included involvement and responsibility for a complete array of duties including real estate ownership, management and sales with products ranging from multi-family garden style to high-rise residential units, multiple-use projects. His involvement has also included the development of over 3,500 single-family homes, land infrastructure development, retail and hospitality. Mark holds a Bachelor Degree from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa and a Masters Degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He has been a 20 year member of the National Homebuilders Association, authored several articles in various trade publications pertaining to condominium conversion and has been a featured speaker on condominiums to civic and professional groups around the United States. Mark has been recognized on three separate publications of Who's Who of Young Executives.

Michael W. Arthur has had assignments as President and CEO of Alphamerics Inc., a manufacturer of precision, large format computer-driven graphics printers and plotters, and as Chairman and CEO of California Federal Bank, a $16 billion savings and loan company. He was previously Executive Vice President and CFO of Sizzler Restaurants International and before that held the same position with Pinkerton Security & Investigation Services. Earlier, he held various marketing and advertising positions as vice president of Mattel, Inc., Aurora Products (Nabisco) and D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles. Mr. Arthur's turnaround consulting assignments have included Aeroenvironment, Glenn Furniture, Omic Imaging Systems, Pacific States Casualty Insurance and Self Cleaning Environments. His strategic consulting clients have included Bell Sports, Digital Research Software, Dunkin' Donuts, Foremost-McKesson, Hallmark Greeting Cards, Harry Abrams Publishing, Intercraft Products, Revell Hobby Kits and Texas Instruments. Mr. Arthur is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and has an M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mueller was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2007. He is currently the President and Partner of Mueller Consulting Inc., a consulting firm specializing in the restaurant industry. Mr. Mueller previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Wendy's International, Inc., the third largest chain in the quick service franchise industry, and as Senior Vice President of Operations - North America of Burger King Corporation, where he began his career as a restaurant manager in 1973. Mr. Mueller attended State University of New York at Fredonia and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Ohio Dominican University.
