Charles Hazelcorn, CPA, CFE is a partner offering considerable expertise in providing litigation consulting services concerning stockholder disputes, employee contract claims, and commercial damage assessments in breach of contract litigation. He also has extensive experience in financial reporting violations in directors and officers liability claims. Chuck has testified as an expert witness on matters involving alter ego claims, corporation and partnership insolvency and contract disputes. In his role as a Certified Fraud Examiner, he has performed investigations involving financial statement, employee, and bankruptcy fraud as well as conflict of interest claims. Chuck also provides strategic consulting and accounting services to companies in bankruptcy, chapter 11 trustees, and unsecured creditors committees. He has served as a court appointed Chapter 11 Operating Trustee, and has operated a multi-million dollar Debtor in Possession through the reorganization process. Chuck is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs' Bankruptcy and Insolvency Committee and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

David Ringer, CPA, CFE, CIRA, is a partner in charge of Eisner's bankruptcy and insolvency practice and has over 21 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and advisory services. Dave specializes in Chapter 11 reorganizations for both debtors and creditors' committees and Chapter 7 cases; workouts and liquidations; and forensic investigations concerning diversion of assets, bankruptcy fraud, and misappropriation of funds. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the New York State Society of CPAs and its Insolvency and Reorganization Committee.

Dennis S. Neier is a partner providing litigation consulting, expert witness, and forensic accounting services to law firms, arbitrators, mediators, courts, insurance companies and in-house counsel. Dennis brings to the firm and our attorney contacts his extensive experience providing services for cases involving individuals and both small and large companies with an emphasis on breach of contract or fiduciary duty, partnership and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, product liability, mass claims, business interruption, property damage, purchase and sale agreement disputes, lost profits, fraud, white collar crime, wrongful death and termination, breach of royalty and/or participation agreements and matrimonial cases. Dennis has testimony experience in a variety of forums and has significant experience in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution, having served as an arbitrator and mediator. Dennis is a member of the American Arbitration Association, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the American College of Forensic Examiners, and the American Board of Forensic Accounting. He is also a frequent speaker and author for professional audiences and teaches courses on litigation consulting and forensic accounting at New York University.

Stephen Singer, CPA, is the senior audit partner in Eisner's Florham Park, NJ office. He has more than 30 years of experience servicing public and private companies in various industries, including technology, manufacturing and distribution, and financial services. He has participated in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of complex financial transactions, and private placement transactions. Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, has served on Institute and Society committees, and has lectured on accounting matters at conferences and universities.

Walter J. Pagano, MPA, CPA, CFE, DABFA is a legal support services partner at Eisner LLP with over 30 years of IRS and public accounting experience in forensic accounting, fraud auditing, negotiating and settling civil and criminal tax controversies; assisting attorneys in a wide variety of white-collar and internal investigations; professional responsibility, accounting and tax malpractice; and complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Mr. Pagano has experience in testifying in federal and state courts as well as at arbitration hearings; and has served as a court appointed forensic accountant. Mr. Pagano served as a revenue agent, instructor, commodity textbook author, and appeals officer with the IRS in New Jersey from 1973 to 1983. During his career in government service, Mr. Pagano assisted federal prosecutors in prosecuting tax evasion, false returns, and aiding and abetting cases.

Harold Adrion recently joined Eisner as a tax principal specializing in international tax. He has advised U.S. and foreign-based multinational public and privately held enterprises and individuals on domestic and international tax issues for more than 25 years.
