Daniel B. Martin. Mr. Martin has been Senior Vice President of El Paso Pipeline GP Company, L.L.C. since August 2007. He has been a member of the Management Committees of both Colorado Interstate Gas Company and Southern Natural Gas Company since November 2007. Mr. Martin has been a director of El Paso Natural Gas Company and Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company since May 2005. He previously served as a director of Colorado Interstate Gas Company and Southern Natural Gas Company from May 2005 to November 2007. Mr. Martin has been Senior Vice President of Colorado Interstate Gas Company since January 2001, Senior Vice President of Southern Natural Gas Company and Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company since June 2000 and Senior Vice President of Southern Natural Gas Company since February 2000.
