Director since 2004 Was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of ESI in January 2004. From July 1999 to January 2004, Mr. Konidaris served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advantest America Corp., a holding company for Advantest America, Inc., an automatic test equipment supplier. From July 1997 to July 1999, Mr. Konidaris served as the Chief Executive Officer of Advantest America Corp. Additionally, from July 1997 to January 2004, Mr. Konidaris served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advantest America, Inc. Mr. Konidaris is also a director of Ultratech, Inc.

Kerry Mustoe Vice President, Corporate Controller, & Chief Accounting Officer Ms. Mustoe joined ESI in September of 2003 as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and was later named Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in January of 2007. Her seventeen years of industry experience have been concentrated in the high-technology arena working for companies that included Sequent Computer Systems, RadiSys, and FEI, where she was Director of Finance and Treasury. Prior to her career in high-technology, Ms. Mustoe was an Audit Manager and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland, Oregon.

Prior to joining ESI, Mr. Wu spent one and one-half years at KLA-Tencor, Inc. where he served as vice president of China and Southeast Asia operations. Previously, during his nine-year tenure at Novellus Systems, Inc., Mr. Wu held several high-level management positions, including Business Unit General Manager, President of greater China and Director of Sales, Asia operations. Before that, he held various engineering posts during his 11-year term with Motorola's Semiconductor Product Division. Mr. Wu earned his bachelor's and master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of West Virginia and the University of Florida, respectively.

W. Arthur Porter, 68 , is currently a resident consultant/advisor for Emergent Technologies, Inc. He served as University Vice President for the Office of Technology Development at the University of Oklahoma from July 1998 until July 2007. Until June 2005, he also served as the Dean of the College of Engineering and is currently Professor Emeritus at the University of Oklahoma. He was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of the Houston Advanced Research Center. Dr. Porter is also a director of Stewart Information Services Corporation.

Barry L. Harmon Director since 2002 Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ESI from April 2003 until January 2004. From July 2000 until September 2001, Mr. Harmon served as Senior Vice President – West Coast Operations for Avocent Corporation, a provider of KVM switching and solutions. Avocent is the company resulting from the merger of Apex, Inc. with Cybex Computer Products in 2000. Mr. Harmon served as Chief Financial Officer of Apex, Inc., also a provider of KVM switching and solutions, from 1999 until its merger with Cybex. From 1992 to 1999, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ESI.

Frederick A. Ball currently serves as chief financial officer for Webroot, a software security company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Electro Scientific Industries, a provider of photonic and laser systems for micro-engineering applications, and serves as a member of their audit committee. Mr. Ball's past positions include senior vice president and chief financial officer of Big Band Networks, a provider of network platforms for broadband multimedia services. He also held various executive positions at Borland Software Corporation, a provider of enterprise software development solutions, including chief financial officer and executive vice president of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Ball worked at KLA-Tencor Corporation, a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment, where he served as vice president, mergers and acquisitions, and vice president of finance. Mr. Ball holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and spent 11 years as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Gerald F. Taylor Director since 1998 Retired in 1998 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Materials, Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment. He was employed by Applied Materials since 1984. He is also a director of Lithia Motors Inc.

Director since 1994 Retired as Vice President and Oregon Site Manager of Intel Corporation, a manufacturer of chips, computers, networking and communications products, in 1998. Mr. Thomson joined Intel in 1969 and moved to Intel's Oregon operation in 1978.
