John Riccitiello is Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Arts, the world's leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment. Mr. Riccitiello originally joined EA in October 1997 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was President during a period of dynamic growth — with his help EA grew market share, diversified our product portfolio and strengthened our international business. He left the company in 2004 to become a founding partner and managing director of Elevation Partners, a private equity partnership focused on the media and entertainment sector. In addition to his responsibilities as a Managing Director at Elevation, he also served as the Chairman and CEO of VG Holdings (consisting of BioWare and Pandemic Studios, both leading developers in the video game business). He also served on the Board of Directors of Forbes Media LLC. He returned to EA as CEO in April of 2007. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the worldwide bakery division at Sara Lee Corporation. He also served as President and CEO of Wilson Sporting Goods Co. and held executive positions at Haagen-Dazs, PepsiCo, Inc. and The Clorox Company. Frank Gibeau was appointed President of the EA Games Label in June 2007. Having been employed in the games industry since 1990, Mr. Humble has worked on more than 200 different games in his career. He has worked across the industry, including key creative roles with Sony Online Entertainment, Lucas Arts, and Microsoft Games Studios. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Coleman worked in Africa in mission service for the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States, providing management consultant services in health care, education and church and community development in 17 African countries. Mr. Coleman received an undergraduate degree in history from Princeton University. He also earned a master’s in public administration degree and a master’s in education and social policy degree, both from Harvard University. Mr. Coleman serves on the board of directors of The Omnicom Group, Cendant Corp., Aramark, Churchill Downs and Electronic Arts. He also serves as a director of a number of other organizations, including the Children’s Defense Fund, The Metropolitan Opera, the Schumann Fund, and Little League Baseball. Mr. Coleman is chairman of the Jackie Robinson Foundation. He is a former chairman of the board of trustees of the Presiding Bishop’s Fund for World Relief and the United States chairman of the Bishop Tutu Scholarship Fund. "

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Richard A. Rick has been a member of the Group Executive Board of Nokia since 2004. On April 1, 2007 he was appointed Member of the Board of Nokia Siemens Networks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and mining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a master’s degree in business administration and finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Rick was born August 26, 1958, in Middletown, Ohio, USA. He is married and has five children. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging, golf and downhill skiing.
