John Riccitiello is Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Arts, the world's leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment. Mr. Riccitiello originally joined EA in October 1997 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was President during a period of dynamic growth — with his help EA grew market share, diversified our product portfolio and strengthened our international business. He left the company in 2004 to become a founding partner and managing director of Elevation Partners, a private equity partnership focused on the media and entertainment sector. In addition to his responsibilities as a Managing Director at Elevation, he also served as the Chairman and CEO of VG Holdings (consisting of BioWare and Pandemic Studios, both leading developers in the video game business). He also served on the Board of Directors of Forbes Media LLC. He returned to EA as CEO in April of 2007. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the worldwide bakery division at Sara Lee Corporation. He also served as President and CEO of Wilson Sporting Goods Co. and held executive positions at Haagen-Dazs, PepsiCo, Inc. and The Clorox Company. Mr. Riccitiello holds a Bachelors of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Riccitiello lives with his wife and children in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Frank Gibeau was appointed President of the EA Games Label in June 2007. In his role as Label President, Mr. Gibeau is responsible for product development, worldwide product management, marketing, and planning for all packaged goods and online offerings within the EA brand including Need for Speed, Medal of Honor, Burnout, Army of Two, Battlefield, Command & Conquer, Skate, Warhammer Online, Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect, Dead Space, Dante’s Inferno, Spore, and many more. Mr. Gibeau’s global operation spans several studio locations (EA Redwood Shores, EALA, EA Montreal, Black Box, BioWare, Mythic, Phenomic, Pandemic, Maxis, Criterion, and DICE). The EA Games Label is also home to the EA Partners business that includes strategic partnerships with such award-winning studios as id, Valve, Grasshopper, Epic, Starbreeze, and Harmonix/MTV to name a few.

John Pleasants is President, Global Publishing and Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Arts Inc., the world's leading interactive entertainment software company. Appointed in March 2008, Mr. Pleasants leads EA's Global Publishing Organization, Online, Technology and Central Development teams, Corporate Development and Corporate Communications and Government Affairs. Before joining EA, Mr. Pleasants was President and Chief Executive Officer of Revolution Health Group, a leading consumer-centric health company. Mr. Pleasants was responsible for the company's operations, acquisitions and overall performance. Prior to Revolution Health Group, Mr. Pleasants served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ticketmaster, the world's leading live event ticketing company. Mr. Pleasants also served as President of Information & Services for IAC/InterActiveCorp where he oversaw information assets such as Citysearch, Match.com, Evite and Reserve America. Prior to nearly a decade at IAC, Mr. Pleasants also served in various management positions with PepsiCo's Frito-Lay Division and Hygiene Industries, a New York-based textile manufacturer. Mr. Pleasants earned his bachelor's degree from Yale and his master's degree in business administration from Harvard.

Peter Moore was appointed President of EA SPORTS in September 2007, taking over strategic leadership of one of the most recognized brands in sports and entertainment. In his role as EA SPORTS President, Mr. Moore is responsible for product development, global product management, marketing, and planning for all packaged goods and online offerings within the EA SPORTS brand, which includes blockbuster videogame franchises such as Madden NFL, FIFA Soccer, NBA LIVE, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR®, NASCAR® and more. Mr. Moore's global operation of EA SPORTS, which includes the EA SPORTS Freestyle brand and development of more than 15 videogame franchises, is anchored by studios in Vancouver, B.C. (EA Canada) and in Orlando, Fla. (EA Tiburon). Mr. Moore has more than 25 years of leadership experience in entertainment and consumer products. Prior to joining EA, Mr. Moore was Corporate Vice President of the Interactive Entertainment Business of Microsoft Corp., where he was responsible for leading both the Xbox® and Games for Windows® businesses, driving games development at Microsoft® Game Studios, as well as cultivating relationships with third-party game publishers and developers around the world. Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Moore was president and COO of SEGA of America, where he was responsible for overseeing SEGA's videogame business in North America. Moore played a pivotal role in the company's decision to change its business strategy to become a platform-agnostic software publisher. At SEGA, Moore also served as senior vice president, a position in which he was responsible for all marketing initiatives, including the launch of SEGA Dreamcast. Prior to his role at SEGA, Moore was senior vice president of marketing at Reebok International Ltd., where he oversaw a staff of 450, in addition to the global budget. Earlier in his career, Moore was president of Patrick USA, the U.S. subsidiary of the popular French sportswear company, managing all the company's operations: marketing, sales, finance and distribution. Moore holds a bachelor's degree from Keele University, United Kingdom, and a Master's Degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Eric Brown is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts, the world's leading interactive entertainment software company. Mr. Brown originally joined EA in 1998, serving as Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of EA's Redwood Shores Studio as well as working overseas in Japan. He left the company in 2000 to join Strategy.com as Chief Financial Officer and ultimately became President and Chief Financial Officer of its parent company, MicroStrategy, Inc. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at McAfee Inc., the world's largest dedicated security technology company. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, he served as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development of DataSage Inc. Earlier in his career he held several financial management positions at the Haagen-Dazs Company, working in Hong Kong and Paris. Mr. Brown earned his bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mr. Barker joined Electronic Arts in June of 2003 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining EA, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Sun Microsystems. Mr. Barker also served as an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche. He graduated with a degree in Accounting from University of Notre Dame.

Gabrielle Toledano, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Electronic Arts is responsible for EA's global staffing and resourcing, benefits and compensation, organization and leadership capability development, rewards and recognition, Facilities and Corporate Services. Prior to joining EA, Ms. Toledano served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Siebel Systems. Prior to that, she served six years with Microsoft and several years with Oracle. Her portfolio has included a wide range of HR assignments including international work, most notably in Latin America. Gabrielle is bilingual and received her bachelor and master degrees from Stanford University, followed by a Rotary Scholarship assignment in Santiago, Chile.

Mr. Linzner has served as Senior Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs since April 2004. From October 2002 to April 2004, Mr. Linzner held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Affairs and from July 1999 to October 2002, he held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Business Affairs. Prior to joining Electronic Arts in July 1999, Mr. Linzner served as outside litigation counsel to Electronic Arts and several others in the videogame industry. Mr. Linzner earned his J.D. from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, after graduating from Brandeis University. He is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several United States District Courts.

Having been employed in the games industry since 1990, Mr. Humble has worked on more than 200 different games in his career. He has worked across the industry, including key creative roles with Sony Online Entertainment, Lucas Arts, and Microsoft Games Studios. Prior to joining Electronic Arts and The Sims team in 2004, Mr. Humble was Vice President of Product Development for Sony Online Entertainment, where he headed up the EverQuest Studio. In October of 2008, Mr. Humble was promoted to Executive Vice President and Head of The Sims Label of EA. In this role, he led the creative and business direction of The Sims franchise, which develops and markets life-simulation games and online communities with an emphasis on creativity, community and humor. Shortly thereafter in November of 2008, Mr. Humble became head of the newly merged Sims and Casual Entertainment Labels, known as the EA Play Label. In this role, he oversees all of the creative and business needs of the Label, including development at five studios across the world.

Carolyn Feinstein Edwards is the Group Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Electronic Arts, the worldwide leader in interactive entertainment. Carolyn's career has been an intersection of youth marketing, sports, and entertainment. Her career experiences and a lifetime of outdoor activity all furthered her commitment to empowering girls through education and experiences that instill a lifetime of self confidence. A native of Rochester, NY, Carolyn attended Union College where she played Varsity Tennis. She then received an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Carolyn has three children and spends a lot of her free time enjoying the outdoors on Bay Area trails and beaches with her family.

Steve Seabolt has been with Electronic Arts for 7 years and heads Global Brand Development for EA's Play Label, one of the company's three gaming divisions. A focus for Mr. Seabolt has been brand and partnership development for The Sims, the world's most successful PC game. The mission is to develop strategic partnerships that either drive significant incremental revenue to the brand, or via partnership, extend The Sims' brand footprint via broader awareness or engagement. Prior to this he headed WW Marketing and Publishing Operations, and was the Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Business Development for EA's online business. Before joining EA, Mr. Seabolt served as Chief Executive Officer for Spinway Inc, which was the largest co-branded U.S. internet service provider at the time, which sold to Kmart in 2000. Prior to moving into the digital world he was President and Chief Executive Officer for Sunset Publishing (Time Warner) for more than six years, revitalizing the brand and successfully doubling the business and launching key strategic partnerships. Previously, Mr. Seabolt spent more than 20 years in various senior sales, marketing and management positions within Time Inc (Time, Time Int., Sports Illustrated) in New York and Los Angeles. Mr. Seabolt holds a BBA in marketing and economics from University of Iowa and an MBA from Arizona State University. He serves on the Board of Directors, Applied Minds, and is a Board Advisor for family-held Monrovia Horticulture, Inc.

Mr. Bene has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2004. From April 2004 to October 2004, Mr. Bene held the position of Vice President, Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and from June 2003 to April 2004, he held the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to June 2003, Mr. Bene had served as internal legal counsel since joining the Company in March 1995. Mr. Bene earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, and received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University. Mr. Bene is a member of the Bar of the State of California.

Mr. Kusin has been a Partner at TPG (formerly Texas Pacific Group) since June 2006. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fedex Kinko's Office and Print Services, an operating division of Fedex, Inc. from August 2001 until February 2006. Fedex Kinko's is a leading provider of document solutions and business services. From September 1998 to July 2001, he was the Chief Executive Officer of HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., a global leader in office outsourcing. Prior to September 1998, Mr. Kusin was co-founder and Chairman of Kusin Gurwitch Cosmetics, LLC and co-founder and President of Babbages, Inc.

Greg Maffei, with Chairman John Malone, leads the team transforming Liberty Media into an operating company to maximize shareholder value. He assumed the role of President and CEO of Liberty Media in March 2006, having joined the company in November 2005. Previously, Greg served as President and CFO of Oracle, Chairman and CEO of 360networks Corporation, a regional broadband carrier, SVP and CFO of Microsoft Corporation, and Chairman of Expedia. Greg has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an AB degree from Dartmouth College.  He also serves as a director of Electronic Arts and Zillow.com, as well as the Board of Trustees of the Seattle Public Library.

Jeff Huber joined Google in 2003 and is a senior vice president of engineering. In this role, Jeff leads the technology development and innovation efforts for the company's advertising and monetization systems, including Google's AdWords and AdSense programs, as well as Google Apps, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Reader, Google Groups, Orkut, Blogger and Picasa. Jeff brings more than 15 years of experience in large scale systems design and operation, online consumer product development, high volume transaction processing and engineering management. Prior to joining Google, Jeff was vice president of architecture & and systems development at eBay, where he championed the development of their product search infrastructure and expansion of the platform API program. Before eBay, Jeff was senior vice president of engineering at Excite@Home, where he led consumer product and infrastructure development for the largest broadband service provider. Earlier in his career, he was a technology consultant with McKinsey & Company, and founded a software development start-up. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois and a master's degree from Harvard University.

"Former President of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs Mr. Coleman is the former president of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs. Mr. Coleman signed on with Major League Baseball in 1992 as executive director—market development. Previously, Mr. Coleman was a municipal finance banker for Kidder, Peabody & Company. Prior to joining Kidder, Mr. Coleman served as commissioner of both the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and Department of Energy, and chairman of the Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. He was the vice chairman of the State Commission on Ethical Standards and a member of the Economic Development Authority, Urban Enterprise Zone Authority, Urban Development Authority, State Planning Commission and New Jersey Public Television Commission. Mr. Coleman also has served as president of the Greater Newark Urban Coalition. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Coleman worked in Africa in mission service for the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States, providing management consultant services in health care, education and church and community development in 17 African countries. Mr. Coleman received an undergraduate degree in history from Princeton University. He also earned a master’s in public administration degree and a master’s in education and social policy degree, both from Harvard University. Mr. Coleman serves on the board of directors of The Omnicom Group, Cendant Corp., Aramark, Churchill Downs and Electronic Arts. He also serves as a director of a number of other organizations, including the Children’s Defense Fund, The Metropolitan Opera, the Schumann Fund, and Little League Baseball. Mr. Coleman is chairman of the Jackie Robinson Foundation. He is a former chairman of the board of trustees of the Presiding Bishop’s Fund for World Relief and the United States chairman of the Bishop Tutu Scholarship Fund. "

Linda J. Srere has served as a Director since 2005. Ms. Srere is the former President of Young & Rubicam Advertising, a worldwide advertising network. She also served as Vice Chairman and Chief Client Officer for Young & Rubicam Inc. and was President of Young & Rubicam's New York office. Ms. Srere has held executive management positions at several boutique advertising agencies. She also serves as a Director for two publicly traded companies, Electronic Arts, Inc. and aQuantive, Inc. She received a BA in Psychology from State University of New York at Oswego.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Richard A. Simonson has responsibility for group Finance and Control, Treasury, Investor Relations, Customer Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Improvement Services Team and Indirect Sourcing. Rick joined Nokia in 2001 as Vice President, Head of Customer Finance, negotiating and monitoring financial exposures and was responsible for finding third-party financing solutions for Nokia customers. In this capacity Rick was also instrumental in Nokia’s worldwide effort to assure the financial strength and flexibility of its four business groups going forward, while simultaneously serving the best interests of Nokia shareholders. Prior to joining Nokia, Rick held the key position of Managing Director, Telecom & Media Investment Banking Group, San Francisco, at Barclays Capital. Before this Rick spent 16 years at Bank of America Securities, where he climbed the career ladder and was appointed Managing Director & Head of Global Project Finance, Global Corporate & Investment Bank, San Francisco and Chicago, in 1999. Rick has been a member of the Group Executive Board of Nokia since 2004. On April 1, 2007 he was appointed Member of the Board of Nokia Siemens Networks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and mining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a master’s degree in business administration and finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Rick was born August 26, 1958, in Middletown, Ohio, USA. He is married and has five children. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging, golf and downhill skiing.
