John C. Gorton Jr., Vice President of ECI's Environmental Division, has provided expert environmental/regulatory support to numerous private clients, U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers, Department of Defense, and various state environmental agencies. He is a leading expert in providing strategic corporate and environmental compliance incorporating least-cost solutions. His depth of experience compliments that of the diverse EH&S services provided by ECI. Mr Gorton has provided engineering expertise for direct and indirect wastewater discharges and brownfield/industrial reuse projects for the chemical, automotive, food and metals industries. His efforts have included design, performance based specifications and turnkey projects. Mr. Gorton is a leading expert on pretreatment and surcharge programs, having worked with over 100 facilities to address discharge to POTWs. His expertise includes spill plans, underground storage tanks, environmental clean-ups and RCRA reports. He has provided investigations, evaluations, and engineering and construction management services for more than 100 state and federal hazardous waste sites including a dozen Superfund sites.

Tim Aberle, Vice President of Operations, brings a strong background in sales, marketing and communications to ECI. After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Business, Tim spent three years in the public relations field, working for clients such as Timberland, Swiss Army and Burger King. Since then, Tim was the Director of Investor Relations for a $200 million software company, where he worked as primary Wall Street contact and the company spokesperson. Recently, he moved into the sales organization, where he contributed directly to the health and growth of the business. Tim is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the Ad Club of Boston and has won numerous awards for his work in the communications industry. He was also an active member of the community and a regular volunteer at various philanthropic organizations. Tim started at ECI in 1992 as an electrical apprentice.He has been Vice President of Marketing on the Board of Directors for six years. He has a number of job duties, including making new builder contacts to market ECI and expand the business. In addition, Tim is the OSHA Safety Coordinator, website and newsletter monitor, and supervisor of communications throughout the Company.

Ms. Schneckenberger, President of ECI, coordinates all financial, contracts, and business strategy for ECI, a New York State registered C-corporation. Formerly a V.P. for Thermal and Chemical Systems, Inc. Ms. Schneckenberger has extensive experience with oversight with corporate finances where she interacts with ECI's accountants and financial planners and is the interface with ECI clients in this regards. She has excellent experience in contracts and contracts negotiations working closely with ECI's outside council to consummate contracts with clients and subcontractors. Ms. Schneckenberger works closely with ECI's division managers to insure appropriate strategic business plans are developed and implemented. This includes all three divisions: Environmental, Safety & Health, and International. Ms. Schneckenberger is ECI's OSHA Corporate Program Manager and has successfully authored and implemented numerous OSHA related training grants for 30 facilities totaling over $560,000. In the past 12 months Ms. Schneckenberger, has managed OSHA related training totaling over 8,000 employee hours and assisted various clients with implementation strategy development, training scheduling, trainer preparation, site-specific training development, and other required management/program implementation efforts. Ms. Schneckenberger has been a liaison between the client and the State appointed grant managers to provide information and assistance during implementation of the grants. Ms. Schneckenberger's educational background has enabled her to explain regulations in clear, understandable terms to ECI clients. She oversees the information for each topic of training and insures that all quizzes and summary handouts that may be used are understandable to the worker. Mr. Marc Schneckenberger, Executive Director of ECI, has provided expertise in thermal treatment and combustion technologies and related regulations for the EPA, DOE, Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), various other state environmental agencies, and numerous private clients. He also researched, engineered, and patented a "Fluid and Solid Waste Incineration System". Mr. Schneckenberger has provided expert engineering and environmental/regulatory compliance support nationwide and internationally for manufacturing processes related to iron and steel, carbon and graphite, cement, lime, pulp and paper, aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, steam and power generation, glass, ceramic, clay, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, chemical, and petroleum products; for the treatment of industrial, hazardous, municipal, radioactive, mixed, pathological, and medical waste; and for the destruction of mustard gas, nerve agents, propellants, fuses, and explosives. He is an expert in combustion, air pollution control (APC), and continuous emissions monitoring (CEM) technologies. He is expert in virtually all types of waste management (i.e., reclamation and recycling) and remediation/stabilization technologies, including alternative fuels, renewable energy, thermal desorption, thermal destruction, vitrification, solidification, pump and treat, metal-enhanced reductive dehalogenation (MERD) technologies to name just a few. Mr. Schneckenberger has extensive international experience covering the Asian Pacific Rim, Russia, South America, and the Middle East. Mr. Schneckenberger has managed the technical work for numerous Asian Development Bank and World Bank projects (i.e., cumulative project totals of over $1.5 billion) and worked for private clients and government agencies. Michael Shamos is the president of Expert Engagements. He is Distinguished Career Professor and Co-Director of the Institute for Electronic Commerce in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, with which he has been affiliated since 1975. He is also an intellectual property attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the bar of the United State Patent and Trademark Office. He has been involved in expert witness engagements since 1981 and has testified in a number of landmark cases in Internet law. Julie Shamos is Vice President, in charge of all financial and administrative activities. Julie is a Vassar College graduate and has a master's degree in R&D Management and Computer Systems from American University. Julie has worked in government and industry, including positions at Ernst and Young, Mellon Bank, and most recently in the Internet banking field at PNC Bank. She has had various job responsibilities, primarily specializing in business analysis and project management. In addition, she has helped to start-up and run several small businesses.
Garth Saloner is the Jeffrey S. Skoll Professor of Electronic Commerce, Strategic Management and Economics, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, and Dhirubhai Ambani Faculty Fellow at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Professor Saloner was a National Fellow at the Hoover Institute and a Visiting Associate Professor at Stanford in 1986-7, and a Visiting Associate Professor of Competition and Strategy at the Harvard Business School in 1989-90. He has been the recipient of a Sloan Fellowship and of several research grants from the National Science Foundation. He was one of the founders of the Stanford Computer Industry Project, a major study of the worldwide computer industry, funded by the Sloan Foundation, and a founder of the Center for Electronic Business and Commerce. His research has focused on entrepreneurship in developed and developing economies, electronic commerce, strategic management, competitive strategy, industrial economics, and antitrust economics. He has served as a consultant to numerous companies and on the Boards of Directors of about a dozen private and public companies.

Physics Degree from Havana University in 1975. MSc in Microelectronics from ISPJAE (the technical university of Havana) in 1983. Worked as a researcher and professor in the Microelectronics Research Center of Havana Polytechnic Institute from 1976 to 1984. In 1984 went as Project Manager to EICISOFT, a software enterprise that developed applications in robotics, automation and image processing. In 1993 he was promoted to Technical Director of EICISOFT, task that he kept until 1995. From 1995 to 1996 he was CIO of CITA (Corporation of Information Technologies and Automation) a corporation of more than 20 enterprises. From 1996 to 1998 he was appointed CIO of SIME (Ministry of the Steel, Mechanic and Electronic Industry), an industrial group of more than 200 enterprises, with the task to lead the most ambitious informatization project of a Cuban Ministry. Since 1998 he is Advisor for the National Directorate of Informatics of Cuba. From January of 1999 he is the Coordinator of the Cuban Commission for Electronic Commerce, the governmental body that design the Cuban strategy in this field. He is Advisor in the Ministry of Informatics and Communication since its creation in the year 2000. In 2001 was elected as member of the United Nations ICT Task Force. He has published more than 15 articles and is a very active lecturer in Cuba and abroad in various topics that includes the Management of Big Software Projects, Internet Applications and Electronic Commerce. He has the degree of Senior Researcher of the National Academy of Sciences of Cuba, and has received 9 technical or scientific awards. In 1994 he applied and received a Patent in Image Processing.
Mary Lou Aberle, Secretary and Treasurer, has supervised all financial and office functions of ECI since its inception, including payroll, accounting, accounts payable and receivables. Her background includes US government consulting and market research for private industry. In North Dakota she was employed in State curriculum development. Later, she was hired by the University of Colorado for information systems training, followed by several years as an Adams County District 50 educator. Mary Lou has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carlow College in Pennsylvania.

ALBERT GIDARI is a partner with Perkins Coie law firm, in Seattle, Washington. He is the Chair of the firm's Electronic Commerce and Internet Law Practice group and concentrates his practice in telecommunications and high-technology, Gidari received his J.D. with distinction from George Mason University School of Law in 1985 and his Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Washington School of Law in 1994. He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Washington School of Law where he teaches the law of electronic commerce and a Senior Fellow at the Discovery Institute, a Seattle-based think tank, where he lectures on Internet and telecommunications law and policy. He served as a Judge Advocate and as a Congressional Liaison in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1978 to 1998. In 1995, Gidari co-founded and serves as the current Executive Director of the Internet Law and Policy Forum (ILPF), a global consortium of Internet-centric companies that seek to provide private law solutions to legal and policy issues raised by an interconnected world. Gidari is widely published and the author of recent publications on Privilege and Confidentiality in Cyberspace, 13 The Computer Lawyer 1; Locating Criminals By the Book: Location Technology in a Wireless World, Cellular Business; Uncovering Unsavory Customers, Cellular Business; and A Magna Carta for the Information Age, Seattle Times. He is a frequent communicator on Internet issues in the press, radio and television, including recent PBS specials Cyberspace: Freedom or Regulation? and the Internet Roadside Cafe's Electronic Commerce.

Dave Aberle, President and CEO, founded ECI in 1985 with a minimal crew. His chief duties include contract negotiations, project estimating, and overall troubleshooting. He is chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, with responsibility for total field supervision. Dave has twenty years experience in the electrical industry, earning his residential wireman (RW) license in 1980. For five years he worked as Area Manager for the Chicago based Gibson Electric Company, where he managed 63 electricians. He served in the US Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller. Prior to his honorable discharge from the military, he attended college in Bismarck, North Dakota studying a liberal arts curriculum.
