David Gee is vice president of Worldwide Marketing for EDS, an HP company. In this role, Gee is responsible for driving the EDS marketing teams globally across a broad portfolio of Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Applications and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. He drives worldwide marketing strategy, product marketing, planning and execution, including development and communication of messaging and demand generation for all aspects of the EDS portfolio. Gee reports to EDS Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor and also serves as part of the Technology Solutions Group functional marketing leadership team.
Before his current role, Gee was vice president of marketing for HP Software, where he was responsible for all brand positioning and demand generation activities – including campaign development, user conferences, press/analyst relations – for HP's enterprise software and solutions portfolio. During his five-year tenure in this position, Gee played an integral role in transforming HP's software business and brand through a series of strategic acquisitions and the tripling of the unit's workforce and revenues. Gee's marketing leadership was instrumental in building credibility for the HP Software brand and positioning HP as one of the premier software organizations in the world.
Before HP, Gee was vice president, international, for the Yahoo! Enterprise Solutions business unit and was responsible for the sales, marketing, operations and overall business strategy of Yahoo!'s offerings in the enterprise information portal marketplace outside the United States.
Previous to Yahoo!, he was vice president of Sun Microsystems' Global iForce programs. He joined Sun in 1999 as vice president of marketing for the company's Software Systems Group. Before joining Sun, he was the director of IBM's NetGen group, where he spearheaded the European development of this division, which was focused on sales and marketing initiatives for the ISP, ASP and Internet markets.
In 1999, Gee was recognized by Technology Review, MIT's magazine of innovation, with inclusion on its “TR100” list of 100 young innovators who exemplify the spirit of innovation in science, technology, business and the arts.
David Gee holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Lancaster University, England, and an MBA degree from Georgetown University.

Robb Rasmussen is vice president and general manager of Applications Services for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for the company's global applications outsourcing business, which includes applications development, management, maintenance, systems integration and consulting.
Previously, Robb was vice president of Global Delivery Application Services (GDAS) for EDS, which is the delivery arm providing a complete lifecycle of application services from a network of global and regional centers.
With more than 20 years of experience, Robb has held a variety of strategic leadership roles at HP. Sean Kenny is the vice president and general manager of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Global Healthcare, for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for driving the business growth, strategy and investments required to support both BPO and healthcare business around the globe. Kenny has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. EDS’ healthcare clients include government health plans and organizations, commercial payers such as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, as well as large provider and life sciences organizations. As global industry leader for EDS’ BPO service lines, Kenny drives the strategy and performance of the company’s BPO services. Previously, Kenny served as vice president of Business Transformation Outsourcing Services, where he led EDS’ global efforts to grow the transformational applications and business process outsourcing business.
Before joining EDS in July 2005, Kenny held various executive positions at Capgemini and was a partner with Ernst & Young. At Capgemini, Kenny was global leader of its healthcare practice. During his tenure, he also led the North America Sales and Marketing organization, focusing on business and process improvement and implementations.
While at Ernst & Young, Kenny was responsible for growing the Global Health Care practice into one of the leading managed care consulting practices in the United States and Canada. While at Ernst & Young, he also led signifi cant efforts in eCommerce, strategy development and implementation, business process reengineering, and organizational change management.
Kenny is the author of The Contemporary Director and a contributing author of The Managed Healthcare Handbook, Fourth Edition. He has been a lecturer to the Institute of Management Consultants, addressing the development and implementation of business cases, and has been an annual lecturer at Washington University on the topic of business process transformation. He has also been a frequent speaker on a number of healthcare matters.

Andy Mattes is senior vice president of Applications Services for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for the business unit's more than $8.4 billion global applications outsourcing business, which includes applications development, management, maintenance, systems integration and consulting. Mattes reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor. Mattes most recently led HP's worldwide Outsourcing Services organization. He came to HP in 2006 to lead the enterprise sales organization with responsibility for corporate accounts, public sector sales, industry markets, worldwide alliance sales, sales compensation, global pre-sales and sales support, sales operations, and go-to-market effectiveness. Prior to HP, Mattes spent 20 years at Siemens AG, where he held various sales and management positions. Since May 2004, he served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Communications, Inc., the U.S. arm of Siemens Communications, which delivers a broad portfolio of communications products and services for wireless, fixed and enterprise networks. While in this role, Mattes also served as a member of the Group Board of Siemens Communication Group, the global governing body of the communications group. From September 2003 to September 2004, he served as president of the European Industry Association for Information Systems, Communications Technologies and Consumer Electronics (EICTA). Born in Nuremberg, Germany, Mattes received a degree in business management from Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and holds a university teaching position at the Technical University of Munich.

Dennis Stolkey is senior vice president of U.S. Public Sector for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for the business unit's relationships with U.S. federal, state and local government customers and senior military officers. Stolkey joined EDS in 1985 to support telecommunications. In 1989, he became division vice president and had oversight for the GM and EDS voice, data, video and computer product lines. When he was appointed vice president of Airline Services in 1993, he became responsible for the Continental Airlines account. Two years later, Stolkey was named division vice president of Airline Services and Global Airline Accounts. He was instrumental in building one of EDS' largest units, Air Transport Services, which provided services to more than 120 airlines, air services, airports and air cargo customers in 26 countries. From 1995 to 1997, Stolkey held various presidential positions within the Travel, Transportation and Logistics strategic business unit and eventually led this unit. Late in 1997, he assisted EDS and GM in developing new information technology outsourcing (ITO) products. Stolkey was senior executive for the BellSouth account in 1998. Later, he was promoted to president, Information Solutions, responsible for leading a client executive team in growth, new business, service and community activities. Before joining EDS, Stolkey spent 20 successful years at AT&T and Michigan Bell, managing operations, telemarketing, and sales and service organizations. Dennis Stolkey currently serves on seven boards in the Washington, D.C., area including Wolf Trap, Hoop Dreams, Greater Washington Board of Trade, ITAA, and NVTC. Kevin Jones is senior vice president of Asia Pacific & Japan Region for EDS, an HP company, responsible for driving the business unit's operations in India, Greater China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Before his current position, Jones was vice president and managing director of EDS' UK government Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account. He led a team of 4,000 employees responsible for sales, service delivery, consulting and client relationships for business generating over $1.3 billion annual revenue.
During his tenure at DWP, he completed the largest transformation program in EDS Europe, which is generating more than $1.5 billion in savings to the client over a five-year span.
Jones began his EDS career in 1989 as a financial analyst for the Corporate Financial Planning Group. He has held a number of key leadership positions during his more then 19 years with EDS including client executive for EDS' UK government Jobcentre Plus account, where he oversaw client relationships, sales and delivery for contracts generating $400 million annual revenue.
He was also client executive in the Southeast U.S. Subregion, geography client delivery executive for Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee, and regional client delivery executive for Policy Holder Services for the Business Process Management line of business.
He won “Client Executive of the Year” in 2004 and was nominated for “Client/Account Executive of the Year” in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Jones is a board member of the UK government Strategic Supply Council and former member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. He is also a former director of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce in Fairfax, Virginia.
Kevin Jones has a bachelor of business administration degree from James Madison University with a major in finance. He is a certified management accountant.

Mark Samardich has over 20 years experience in technology beginning with Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (EDS) as a programmer analyst. At EDS he worked on such projects as developing a compiler and implementing the first real-time claims processing systems for the healthcare industry. This was later rolled out to Blue Crosse Blue Shield. Possessing a strong technical background, Mark moved directly into Sales and Systems Management, as Vice President of Sales for several start-up companies. He was able to build technology companies from concept to well over $10 million in revenue in less than three years. Mark was cofounder of Smarter Software, Inc. and its President. He negotiated the sale of a one-year-old company for approximately $1 million in stock and other compensation. As part of the acquisition, Mark was retained as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Qualitative Marketing Software, Inc. (QMSoft). In three years under his direct guidance, QMSoft grew from $1 million in combined sales to over $14 million in annual revenues. He brought instant market credibility and provided entrance to many multi-million-dollar contracts. He led QMSoft's direction into the Internet market. QMSoft was acquired in December 1999, for $70 million in stock. Mark Samardich is cofounder of Promerita, Inc. and its President. Salvatore “Sal” Como is senior vice president of Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for EDS’ global ITO functions, which include the Global Network, Security, Account Business Management and Account Start-up groups. He works to strengthen the service lines and EDS’ global ITO capabilities, while aligning more closely with EDS’ clients’ business.
Most recently, Como led the worldwide Client Experience Group within HP Technology Services. The Client Experience Group mandate was to establish HP Technology Services as the industry leader in client loyalty and total client experience by collaborating with business units and regions to create unified plans, strategies and measurements enabling world-class execution.
Previously, Como was the vice president of HP Outsourcing Services Americas where he was responsible for the transformation of this business. Under his leadership, this business achieved improved financial performance, greater than market growth and was rated the industry leader in client loyalty.
Como is a senior executive with more than 19 years’ experience, with expertise in all aspects of deal life cycle management including pursuit, account start-up and transition, financial, and client relationship management. Other executive positions held while at HP include vice president of Global Delivery and Operations; global account delivery executive for Procter & Gamble; and client executive for the Americas Telco, Media & Entertainment industry.
Before joining HP, Como was a delivery executive at EDS, responsible for multibillion dollar accounts. In that position, he implemented a delivery organization recognized as an industry benchmark, shaped response strategies and processes for megadeals, and was a significant contributor of major wins in the financial services and telecom industries.

Mr. Groves is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the American Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Groves is former Chairman of the board of directors of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a director of Nursing and Home Care, Inc., a member and former Chair of the board of directors of The Ohio State University Foundation and a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of the Fisher College of Business. He is a former member of the Board of Overseers of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and served as the Chairman of its Center for the Study of the Service Sector. Mr. Groves is an advisory director of the Metropolitan Opera Association and a director of the Collegiate Chorale. Mr. Groves received a B.S. degree from The Ohio State University.
