David Gee is vice president of Worldwide Marketing for EDS, an HP company. In this role, Gee is responsible for driving the EDS marketing teams globally across a broad portfolio of Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Applications and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. He drives worldwide marketing strategy, product marketing, planning and execution, including development and communication of messaging and demand generation for all aspects of the EDS portfolio. Gee reports to EDS Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor and also serves as part of the Technology Solutions Group functional marketing leadership team. Before his current role, Gee was vice president of marketing for HP Software, where he was responsible for all brand positioning and demand generation activities – including campaign development, user conferences, press/analyst relations – for HP's enterprise software and solutions portfolio. During his five-year tenure in this position, Gee played an integral role in transforming HP's software business and brand through a series of strategic acquisitions and the tripling of the unit's workforce and revenues. Gee's marketing leadership was instrumental in building credibility for the HP Software brand and positioning HP as one of the premier software organizations in the world. Before HP, Gee was vice president, international, for the Yahoo! Enterprise Solutions business unit and was responsible for the sales, marketing, operations and overall business strategy of Yahoo!'s offerings in the enterprise information portal marketplace outside the United States. Previous to Yahoo!, he was vice president of Sun Microsystems' Global iForce programs. He joined Sun in 1999 as vice president of marketing for the company's Software Systems Group. Before joining Sun, he was the director of IBM's NetGen group, where he spearheaded the European development of this division, which was focused on sales and marketing initiatives for the ISP, ASP and Internet markets. In 1999, Gee was recognized by Technology Review, MIT's magazine of innovation, with inclusion on its “TR100” list of 100 young innovators who exemplify the spirit of innovation in science, technology, business and the arts. David Gee holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Lancaster University, England, and an MBA degree from Georgetown University.

Robb Rasmussen is vice president and general manager of Applications Services for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for the company's global applications outsourcing business, which includes applications development, management, maintenance, systems integration and consulting. Previously, Robb was vice president of Global Delivery Application Services (GDAS) for EDS, which is the delivery arm providing a complete lifecycle of application services from a network of global and regional centers. With more than 20 years of experience, Robb has held a variety of strategic leadership roles at HP. He was formerly the HP Services Business Operations leader supporting the implementation of Technology Solutions Group strategies through significantly improved operation, technology and business process management. Prior to that, Robb was Vice President of Portfolio, Marketing & Alliances for HP Services. He has also served as the Worldwide Practices Leader for HP Consulting & Integration. Prior to joining HP, Robb held a number of executive leadership positions with EDS, including their strategic alliance relationships and their consulting services unit. Robb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management. He currently resides in Los Altos, California with his wife and two children.

Sean Kenny is the vice president and general manager of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Global Healthcare, for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for driving the business growth, strategy and investments required to support both BPO and healthcare business around the globe. Kenny has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. EDS’ healthcare clients include government health plans and organizations, commercial payers such as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, as well as large provider and life sciences organizations. As global industry leader for EDS’ BPO service lines, Kenny drives the strategy and performance of the company’s BPO services. He reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor. Previously, Kenny served as vice president of Business Transformation Outsourcing Services, where he led EDS’ global efforts to grow the transformational applications and business process outsourcing business. Before joining EDS in July 2005, Kenny held various executive positions at Capgemini and was a partner with Ernst & Young. At Capgemini, Kenny was global leader of its healthcare practice. During his tenure, he also led the North America Sales and Marketing organization, focusing on business and process improvement and implementations. While at Ernst & Young, Kenny was responsible for growing the Global Health Care practice into one of the leading managed care consulting practices in the United States and Canada. While at Ernst & Young, he also led signifi cant efforts in eCommerce, strategy development and implementation, business process reengineering, and organizational change management. Kenny is the author of The Contemporary Director and a contributing author of The Managed Healthcare Handbook, Fourth Edition. He has been a lecturer to the Institute of Management Consultants, addressing the development and implementation of business cases, and has been an annual lecturer at Washington University on the topic of business process transformation. He has also been a frequent speaker on a number of healthcare matters.

Andy Mattes is senior vice president of Applications Services for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for the business unit's more than $8.4 billion global applications outsourcing business, which includes applications development, management, maintenance, systems integration and consulting. Mattes reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor. Mattes most recently led HP's worldwide Outsourcing Services organization. He came to HP in 2006 to lead the enterprise sales organization with responsibility for corporate accounts, public sector sales, industry markets, worldwide alliance sales, sales compensation, global pre-sales and sales support, sales operations, and go-to-market effectiveness. Prior to HP, Mattes spent 20 years at Siemens AG, where he held various sales and management positions. Since May 2004, he served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Communications, Inc., the U.S. arm of Siemens Communications, which delivers a broad portfolio of communications products and services for wireless, fixed and enterprise networks. While in this role, Mattes also served as a member of the Group Board of Siemens Communication Group, the global governing body of the communications group. From September 2003 to September 2004, he served as president of the European Industry Association for Information Systems, Communications Technologies and Consumer Electronics (EICTA). Born in Nuremberg, Germany, Mattes received a degree in business management from Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and holds a university teaching position at the Technical University of Munich.

As Vice President of Product Marketing at Spoke Software, Caryn is responsible for overall product strategy, product management, and positioning for Spoke's enterprise product line. Caryn joined Spoke from Siebel Systems, where she led product line and release management teams for Siebel CRM OnDemand, the company's hosted software division. Prior to Siebel, Caryn was responsible for core product line management and product marketing at UpShot Corporation, a pioneering hosted CRM company. Previous positions include marketing and sales systems management with Shaw Industries, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, and client consulting with Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Caryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Dean M. Panovich VP of Business Development: Dean brings nearly 20 years of healthcare technology experience at FORTUNE 500 and early-stage companies. Most recently at GeoAccess/Ingenix, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, Panovich held leadership positions including director and vice president roles in sales and marketing and product management. Prior to his tenure at GeoAccess/Ingenix, Panovich was vice president of account management and professional services for MedicaLogic/GE Medical. His background also includes management consulting at Ernst & Young and A.T.Kearney, as well as experience as a system engineer for Electronic Data Systems. Panovich holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Dennis Stolkey is senior vice president of U.S. Public Sector for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for the business unit's relationships with U.S. federal, state and local government customers and senior military officers. Stolkey most recently held a similar position at EDS, as vice president and general manager of U.S. Government. He reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor. Previously, Stolkey led several key areas within EDS. As the vice president of U.S. Communications, Media & Entertainment, he was responsible for financial and sales performance, service excellence, and employee care. In addition, he led Global Network Design and Operations, with responsibility for all network services within EDS, including portfolio, engineering and delivery. He also had executive oversight for all customer, delivery, and P&L responsibilities for EDS' Bank of America account. He also served as vice president of the U.S. Communications industry group, responsible for providing information technology (IT), applications and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for a broad range of U.S. communications customers. Finally, as president of EDS General Motors (GM) North America, Stolkey was responsible for providing IT services to all areas of GM North America, as well as manufacturing for the GM Product Development and Manufacturing business units. Stolkey joined EDS in 1985 to support telecommunications. In 1989, he became division vice president and had oversight for the GM and EDS voice, data, video and computer product lines. When he was appointed vice president of Airline Services in 1993, he became responsible for the Continental Airlines account. Two years later, Stolkey was named division vice president of Airline Services and Global Airline Accounts. He was instrumental in building one of EDS' largest units, Air Transport Services, which provided services to more than 120 airlines, air services, airports and air cargo customers in 26 countries. From 1995 to 1997, Stolkey held various presidential positions within the Travel, Transportation and Logistics strategic business unit and eventually led this unit. Late in 1997, he assisted EDS and GM in developing new information technology outsourcing (ITO) products. Stolkey was senior executive for the BellSouth account in 1998. Later, he was promoted to president, Information Solutions, responsible for leading a client executive team in growth, new business, service and community activities. Before joining EDS, Stolkey spent 20 successful years at AT&T and Michigan Bell, managing operations, telemarketing, and sales and service organizations. Dennis Stolkey currently serves on seven boards in the Washington, D.C., area including Wolf Trap, Hoop Dreams, Greater Washington Board of Trade, ITAA, and NVTC. Past directorships include System One/Amadeus, BTIA Travel Company, and the Detroit Institute for Children.

Edward A. Kmett's practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent infringement and validity opinions, and trademark prosecution and litigation. Some of the technologies he has worked with include computer hardware and software, Internet business methods, semiconductor fabrication processes, steel rule fabrication processes, and medical devices and their methods of use, genotype analysis software, and aircraft flight control systems. Mr. Kmett gained practical engineering experience during his several years in both the military and private industry in aircraft and spacecraft mechanical systems design including employment with a variety of defense contractors such Northrop-Grumman, Electronic Data Systems, Hughes Space and Communications and McDonnell-Douglas. Mr. Kmett received an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering and published a thesis entitled "A Stability And Control Comparison Between A Single Fuselage Aircraft And A Twin Fuselage Aircraft". While in law school, Mr. Kmett served as a member of the Southwestern University Moot Court program as a writer.

As a General Manager, Keith Lietzke has global P&L responsibility for eCopy's business with key MFP manufacturing partners. Prior to joining eCopy, Lietzke held a wide range of executive positions at market-leading software companies including: SealedMedia (document security), Vality (data integration), Open Market (content management and e-commerce) and Electronic Data Systems. At these companies, his roles included VP of Product Management, Product Marketing, Line of Business Management, Business Development, and Sales. During his tenure at Open Market, the company was recognized by Dataquest as the market leader in internet commerce software for 3 years running. While head of marketing and products at EDS's Personal Communications Division, the company grew from $5M to $100M in annual revenue. Lietzke attended Miami University (Ohio) and Princeton University and has a masters degree in Economics.

Ken Grundner, Field Representative, North and East Texas, has worked in the financial industry for more than 30 years. His career started in Michigan where he worked as a banking systems specialist for several Detroit banks. He was promoted to an Assistant Vice President of Loans for the Wayne Oakland Bank in Royal Oak, Michigan. His long career includes positions with the Burrough's Corporation and Electronic Data Systems as well as Vice President and CEO/President positions in Texarkana, Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana credit unions. Ken majored in accounting at Walsh College in Detroit, Michigan. In 1981 he was an honor graduate from the University of Houston, CUNA Management School. Mr. Grundner resides in Mesquite, Texas.

Ken Newcomer is Vice President of Account Management. He has responsibility for Strategic Account assignment, as well as the development and execution of our strategies with strategic accounts. Before joining DRC, Ken was Vice President of Business Development for Impact Innovations Group and had responsibility for the sales personnel and the business development strategy for the company. He was also responsible for the development and management of the company's strategic alliances and partner relationships. Ken brings to DRC more than 20 years of sales and business development experience in government and commercial sectors. This experience includes executive leadership positions with Verity, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), MCI Communications Corporation and British Telecom. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University.

Kevin Jones is senior vice president of Asia Pacific & Japan Region for EDS, an HP company, responsible for driving the business unit's operations in India, Greater China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He reports directly to EDS Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor. Before his current position, Jones was vice president and managing director of EDS' UK government Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account. He led a team of 4,000 employees responsible for sales, service delivery, consulting and client relationships for business generating over $1.3 billion annual revenue. During his tenure at DWP, he completed the largest transformation program in EDS Europe, which is generating more than $1.5 billion in savings to the client over a five-year span. Jones began his EDS career in 1989 as a financial analyst for the Corporate Financial Planning Group. He has held a number of key leadership positions during his more then 19 years with EDS including client executive for EDS' UK government Jobcentre Plus account, where he oversaw client relationships, sales and delivery for contracts generating $400 million annual revenue. He was also client executive in the Southeast U.S. Subregion, geography client delivery executive for Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee, and regional client delivery executive for Policy Holder Services for the Business Process Management line of business. He won “Client Executive of the Year” in 2004 and was nominated for “Client/Account Executive of the Year” in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Jones is a board member of the UK government Strategic Supply Council and former member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. He is also a former director of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce in Fairfax, Virginia. Kevin Jones has a bachelor of business administration degree from James Madison University with a major in finance. He is a certified management accountant.

Since Mark Drummond founded Drummond & Company in 2003, the firm has become a leader in providing innovative consulting and technology solutions to Fortune 500 Companies in the Energy and Financial Industries. Prior to establishing Drummond & Company, Drummond was a senior project manager at Openlink Financial Inc. in Houston. He was responsible for managing the implementation of the Endur product for top tiered clients in Openlink's Energy division. Previous jobs include positions with Altra Technologies, Shell Services Company, Electronic Data Systems and Enron. He holds Bachelor's of Business Administration Degrees in Finance and Business Analysis from Texas A & M University.

Mark Samardich has over 20 years experience in technology beginning with Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (EDS) as a programmer analyst. At EDS he worked on such projects as developing a compiler and implementing the first real-time claims processing systems for the healthcare industry. This was later rolled out to Blue Crosse Blue Shield. Possessing a strong technical background, Mark moved directly into Sales and Systems Management, as Vice President of Sales for several start-up companies. He was able to build technology companies from concept to well over $10 million in revenue in less than three years. Mark was cofounder of Smarter Software, Inc. and its President. He negotiated the sale of a one-year-old company for approximately $1 million in stock and other compensation. As part of the acquisition, Mark was retained as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Qualitative Marketing Software, Inc. (QMSoft). In three years under his direct guidance, QMSoft grew from $1 million in combined sales to over $14 million in annual revenues. He brought instant market credibility and provided entrance to many multi-million-dollar contracts. He led QMSoft's direction into the Internet market. QMSoft was acquired in December 1999, for $70 million in stock. Mark Samardich is cofounder of Promerita, Inc. and its President. Mark received his BS degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Mitch Claborn is the architect of Ignite's system based on his extensive experience in systems architecture, construction and implementation. Claborn has more than 20 years experience in data processing, including 10 years in the banking industry for Savings of America, MTech and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). His depth of technical knowledge enables Claborn to embrace technical advances and apply them to Ignite Financial' products to both enhance the end-user's experience and increasing operating efficiency. At EDS, Claborn developed and implemented numerous mainframe, multi-tiered client-server and Web applications. He has also developed numerous interactive Internet sites incorporating user functionality with efficient database designs. His expertise includes a wide variety of databases and programming languages from traditional to object-oriented. Claborn is well-versed at assuming leadership roles in development projects using joint application design (JAD) and iterative design techniques. In addition, he has experience in both international sales support and technical support. Claborn earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas Tech University.

Salvatore “Sal” Como is senior vice president of Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) for EDS, an HP company. He is responsible for EDS’ global ITO functions, which include the Global Network, Security, Account Business Management and Account Start-up groups. He works to strengthen the service lines and EDS’ global ITO capabilities, while aligning more closely with EDS’ clients’ business. Most recently, Como led the worldwide Client Experience Group within HP Technology Services. The Client Experience Group mandate was to establish HP Technology Services as the industry leader in client loyalty and total client experience by collaborating with business units and regions to create unified plans, strategies and measurements enabling world-class execution. Previously, Como was the vice president of HP Outsourcing Services Americas where he was responsible for the transformation of this business. Under his leadership, this business achieved improved financial performance, greater than market growth and was rated the industry leader in client loyalty. Como is a senior executive with more than 19 years’ experience, with expertise in all aspects of deal life cycle management including pursuit, account start-up and transition, financial, and client relationship management. Other executive positions held while at HP include vice president of Global Delivery and Operations; global account delivery executive for Procter & Gamble; and client executive for the Americas Telco, Media & Entertainment industry. Before joining HP, Como was a delivery executive at EDS, responsible for multibillion dollar accounts. In that position, he implemented a delivery organization recognized as an industry benchmark, shaped response strategies and processes for megadeals, and was a significant contributor of major wins in the financial services and telecom industries. Sal Como acquired business and executive training from Pepperdine University and Arizona State University.

Stephen (Steve) Heidt is a representative of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), the majority shareholder holding 83 million shares (currently 51.39%) of the Company through its investment arm, TH Holdings. He holds a Certificate in Business Programming from the School of Computer Technology, Pittsburgh, PA. He joined the Board of MphasiS in June 2006. At EDS, Steve is the Vice President of Business Workforce and Capacity Management, reporting directly to the office of the COO. He has responsibility for all EDS Best ShoreSM activities, providing one single, globally integrated plan for Best ShoreSM across Information Technology Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Applications. Steve began his career with EDS in the Operations Development Program and accepted his first assignment in operations management at the Dallas Regional Data Center. Since joining EDS in 1980, Steve has held numerous leadership roles directing both technical and field teams. His previous roles - Vice President of BPO Service Delivery, President of EDS Distributed Systems Services, and President of Information Solutions for EMEA region, President of EDS Global Delivery, and Director of the Technical Infrastructure group - reflect the diversity of his experience.

Mr. Thomas J. Marquez has served as a director of Carrington since August 1987. In addition, from August 1987 until May 1990, Mr. Marquez was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. From 1965 to 1979, Mr. Marquez was an officer of Electronic Data Systems, Inc., a computer services company, and he served as a director of that corporation from 1965 to 1984. Since his resignation as an officer of Electronic Data Systems, he has been engaged primarily in personal investment activities and a number of public service projects. Mr. Marquez is also a director of Aquinas Funds, Inc.

R. David Yost was elected to the Tyco Board of Directors in March 2009. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AmerisourceBergen, a comprehensive pharmaceutical services provider and has held a variety of leadership roles with the company and its predecessors over the last 35 years. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned his MBA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Yost also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and the Board of Trustees of Penn Medicine.

Ray J. Groves has been a Director of Boston Scientific since 1999. Effective February 16, 2009, Mr. Groves became the Ombudsman for Standard & Poor’s. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Groves served in various roles at Marsh Inc., including President, Chairman and Senior Advisor, and is a former member of the board of directors of its parent company, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. He served as Chairman of Legg Mason Merchant Banking, Inc. from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Groves served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young for 17 years until his retirement in 1994. Mr. Groves currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of the Colorado Physicians Insurance Company and Group Ark Insurance Holdings, Ltd. Mr. Groves is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the American Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Groves is former Chairman of the board of directors of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a director of Nursing and Home Care, Inc., a member and former Chair of the board of directors of The Ohio State University Foundation and a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of the Fisher College of Business. He is a former member of the Board of Overseers of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and served as the Chairman of its Center for the Study of the Service Sector. Mr. Groves is an advisory director of the Metropolitan Opera Association and a director of the Collegiate Chorale. Mr. Groves received a B.S. degree from The Ohio State University.
