As a Co-Founder and Partner of E-merging Technologies Group, Ms. Katigbak's responsibilities include managing operations, accounting systems, financial relationships, talent searches and administration. Ms. Katigbak began her professional career as the Executive Assistant to the co-founders of REALOGIC, Inc. in 1994. Her responsibilities ranged from managing in-house technical training and vendor certification relationships to coordinating communication and proposal support for over 350 consultants worldwide. Additionally, Ms. Katigbak served as an engagement liaison for the firm's highest profile clients. Her professional service experiences range from Fortune 500 - 2000 clients worldwide.

As a Co-Founder and Partner, Mr. Samide is responsible for the administration of E-merging Technologies Group's Security Practices. His experience has been centered in INFOSEC and global information security environments with key skills in advanced security methodologies and technologies. Mr. Samide started his career holding Senior Network Engineer positions within high-profile Midwest clients. Mr. Samide's has been instrumental in E-merging Technologies Group's successful growth of the firm's Intelligence Community business unit. Mr. Samide serves as the firm's Prime liaison executive between its DoD business unit and the IC business unit. Mr. Samide is also currently responsible for the firm's Department of Defense program initiatives and operations. Additionally, Mr. Samide supports the US Secret Service's Electronic Crimes Task Force on numerous initiatives involving key asset protection, cyber crimes and identity theft. Mr. Samide holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.

Dr. Painter is an 18-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency and National Reconnaissance Office. He served in a number of management positions providing operations and security support to national security activities domestically and overseas. During his tenure, Dr. Painter supported intelligence operations in 27 countries on four continents. Before joining E-merging Technologies Group, Dr. Painter served as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Program Manager for Science Applications International Corporation. In this position, he managed multiple sensitive programs supporting the CIA, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the Department of Homeland Security. Dr. Painter holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
