Abhas Kumar is responsible for facilitating integration and driving international growth initiatives at Element K. Until recently, Kumar headed CognitiveArts a Chicago based company acquired by NIIT in 2003 before moving to Rochester in 2006 after having helped lead the NIIT acquisition. Kumar brings over 20 years of experience in the Technology and Training space. He joined NIIT in 1988 to help develop the partner network that has grown into one of the world's largest franchised training operations. Dan Heffernan is responsible for the strategy and expansion of Element K's Learning Products business, which delivers a broad range of e-Learning, instructor-led and performance support products to corporations, small and medium businesses, colleges and other customers. Heffernan manages the company's product development, pricing and sales support, reseller support, inside sales, order processing and content partnership organizations. Steve provides overall leadership to iJET's business, including strategic direction, planning and execution of the company's growth and development initiatives. He brings more than 28 years of senior leadership experience to the management team. Tom Unterman founded Rustic Canyon in 1999 after a long career as a corporate executive and prior to that, a corporate lawyer. He continues to serve as managing partner.
