Terry Nulty is President of Element K (formerly Ziff-Davis Education), the leading provider of on-line IT learning solutions for the corporate education market. Most recently, Mr. Nulty was vice president of Sales and Marketing for ZD Education. Since 1991, ZD Education (now Element K) has been the largest publisher of classroom training materials in North America. Abhas Kumar is responsible for facilitating integration and driving international growth initiatives at Element K. Until recently, Kumar headed CognitiveArts a Chicago based company acquired by NIIT in 2003 before moving to Rochester in 2006 after having helped lead the NIIT acquisition. Kumar brings over 20 years of experience in the Technology and Training space. He joined NIIT in 1988 to help develop the partner network that has grown into one of the world's largest franchised training operations. Based out of NIIT's headquarters in New Delhi, Kumar managed the IPO of NIIT Limited in 1993, led global strategy, negotiated the NIIT joint venture in China, and structured long-term partnerships with IT giants like Microsoft. In 1988, Kumar moved to head the Western India region and helped establish NIIT's software outsourcing location in Mumbai. In 2000, Abhas moved to the UK to head NIIT Technologies' Systems Integration operations briefly, before moving to the US to help lead NIIT's acquisitions and growth strategy for the Enterprise Learning Business unit. Kumar graduated as an engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and completed a Masters in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

He has been a member of the Element K leadership team since Feb 2000. Dan Heffernan is responsible for the strategy and expansion of Element K's Learning Products business, which delivers a broad range of e-Learning, instructor-led and performance support products to corporations, small and medium businesses, colleges and other customers. Heffernan manages the company's product development, pricing and sales support, reseller support, inside sales, order processing and content partnership organizations. He brings to Element K his 20 years experience in enterprise training, leadership development and e-Learning, as well as driving product development and sales organizations in business service outsourcing and insurance. Heffernan joined Element K in 2007 from Paychex, where he was most recently Director of Sales for the Paychex Agency, and prior to that managed learning technologies and management development. Steve provides overall leadership to iJET's business, including strategic direction, planning and execution of the company's growth and development initiatives. He brings more than 28 years of senior leadership experience to the management team. Prior to joining iJET, he served as the CEO of Element K, a business-to-business learning business process outsourcing company, where he repositioned the company for consistent and sustainable market leadership. Element K was acquired by NIIT in 2006 and Steve subsequently oversaw the successful integration of the two companies. Prior to Element K, Steve served as the President and COO of Blackboard Inc., a leader in enterprise learning software, where he was instrumental in rapidly growing revenues and profits. Previously, Steve served as President and CEO of Sylvan Prometric (later, Prometric Thomson Learning), where he established the company as an industry leader as well as dramatically expanded the company's presence globally. Before joining Prometric, Steve served in senior management positions at Computer Task Group, an international provider of IT outsourcing and system integration services. Steve began his career with IBM. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Rochester.

Tom Unterman founded Rustic Canyon in 1999 after a long career as a corporate executive and prior to that, a corporate lawyer. He continues to serve as managing partner. From 1992 though 1999, he held several executive positions at the Times Mirror Company, most recently as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Times Mirror, Tom was a partner of the law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP, which he joined after serving as a partner of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University before receiving his law degree from the University of Chicago.
