"John C. Lechleiter, Ph.D, is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Eli Lilly and Company. Lechleiter chairs the company’s operations committee, as well as its executive committee. "Elizabeth H. Klimes was named in June 2004 to develop and lead Lilly’s deployment of Six Sigma. She is a member of the company's operations committee and the senior management council. Born in Morocco, Tapiero is a Swiss citizen who in 1980 received a master of business administration from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce at Clermond Ferrand in France. In 1982, he obtained a second master of business administration degree at the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona. Tapiero joined Lilly in 1983 as a financial analyst. He held several sales and finance positions at Indianapolis, France, Sweden, and Switzerland. He was named managing director of Lilly Sweden in 1993. From 1995 to 1999, Tapiero was president and general manager at Lilly Brazil. In late 1999, Tapiero was named president and general manager for Lilly France. Tapiero is a member of the Thunderbird Global Council, a council of leading business executives who advise Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management, the world’s leading international business management education institution. Jeff Simmons was named president of Elanco Animal Health, the animal health division of Eli Lilly and Company, in April 2008. He is a member of the company's senior management council. Karim Bitar was named president, European operations, for Eli Lilly and Company in May, 2008. He had previously been president and general manager of Lilly Italy since 2003. Bitar is a member of the senior management council. Born in New York City, Bitar earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987 and an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan Business School in 1992. Bitar joined Lilly in 1996 as business development manager, and in 1998 he was named director of sales in Chicago. Before leading Lilly Italy, he had been executive director of global marketing for new products. Prior to joining Lilly, Bitar had been a consultant with McKinsey & Co. following roles in sales and marketing management with Dow Chemical and Johnson & Johnson. Bitar is fluent in English, Arabic, French and Italian and is proficient in Spanish. Crenshaw had served as president and general manager of Lilly Japan since August 2003. He received a bachelor of arts degree with honors in economics and mathematics from DePauw University in 1985, where he was a Management Fellow, an honors program for the Center of Management and Entrepreneurship. Crenshaw joined the company in 1985 as a sales representative in Charlottesville, Virginia. In 1988, he became a marketing analyst and in 1989 a government pricing associate. James A. Ward became vice president and chief procurement officer of Eli Lilly and Company in October 2006. Elizabeth G. O’Farrell became Vice President, Finance of Eli Lilly and Company in August 2008. She had been Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for Lilly USA since June 2006. She serves as the secretary of the company’s Operations Committee and is a member of the Senior Management Council. Prior to Executive Director of Lilly USA, she was the Executive Director and General Auditor, the Director of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer of Eli Lilly Canada. In this role, she was responsible for Finance, Information Technology and Logistics; she was also a member of the Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors of Eli Lilly Canada. Prior to Eli Lilly Canada, she held the position of Manager of Corporate Financial Reporting at the company’s head office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Fionnuala Walsh, Ph.D., became vice president of quality for Lilly in July 2007. Prior to that, she had been vice president for global quality operations since 2005. She had been executive director of quality for Lilly Technology Center since 2001. "Frank M. Deane, Ph.D., was named president of manufacturing for Lilly in May 2007 and is a member of Lilly’s operations committee and the senior management council. He had been vice president of quality since December 2001. Deane received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from University College, Dublin, Ireland, in 1971. He then attended the University of Maryland, receiving master’s and doctorate degrees, both also in chemical engineering, in 1972 and 1974, respectively. Deane joined Lilly in 1979 and was named manager, technical services/quality control, for the company's bulk manufacturing operations in Kin sale, Ireland, where he had a number of operational responsibilities until being transferred to the U.S. in 1986 as manager of quality control and technical services at the company’s Clinton Laboratories near Clinton, Ind. From there, he moved to Puerto Rico in 1988 where he had general management responsibilities for production, quality, and technical services in Lilly’s Puerto Rican operations. He returned to the U.S. in 1993 as the general manager of U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturing and assumed responsibilities for the company’s worldwide bulk manufacturing operations in 1997. "

From 2000 until 2003, he was vice president and general manager of DuPont's Nutrition and Health business. Bailey had served as vice president, account-based markets, of LillyUSA since June 2008. Maria Crowe was named vice president for drug product manufacturing in the Americas--the United States and Latin America--in July 2007. Her organization includes sites that manufacture tablets and capsules, as well as injectable products formulated into vials or injection pens, and other delivery methods. U.S. distribution also falls under Crowe’s responsibility, and she leads the global dry-products network. She is a member of the company’s senior management council. Prior to her promotion, Crowe was site head at Kinsale, Ireland, for two years. Before that, she was general manager of Lilly del Caribe in Puerto Rico for several years. In her 25-year career at Lilly, Crowe has held numerous roles in dry products, parenteral, and API manufacturing, as well as in sourcing and procurement. Crowe's business management experience includes responsibilities for the start-up of two new Lilly sites in Puerto Rico during her tenure, as well as planning for the new biotech operation at Kinsale. Crowe holds bachelor’s degrees in business management and computer science from Purdue University.

Dr. DiMarchi is the Linda & Jack Gill Chair in Biomolecular Sciences and Professor of Chemistry at Indiana University. He is a retired Group Vice President at Eli Lilly & Company where for more than two decades he provided leadership in biotechnology, endocrine research and product development. He currently serves as a co-founder and Board Chairman of Ambrx, Inc. He previously served as a board member to the biotechnology trade group BIO and the American Peptide Society, as well as such companies as Millennium Biotherapeutics and Inproteo. He currently serves as Board member to Isis Pharma. and Alba. He is a scientific advisor to Epitome Biosciences, Kai Pharmaceuticals, Semafore Biotechnologies, 5AM Ventures, and Twilight Ventures. Professor DiMarchi is recognized for discovery and development of rDNA-derived Humalog (LisPro-human insulin). As scientist and administrator Dr. DiMarchi participated in the commercial development of Humulin , Humatrope , Xigris , and Forteo while at Lilly. He recently received the 2005 AAPS Research Achievement Award in Biotechnology and the 2006 ACS Earle B. Barnes Award for Leadership in Chemical Research Management.

Robert A. Cole was named vice president for global engineering and environmental health and safety in January 2005. He is a member of the company's senior management council. He had been site head of Indianapolis parenteral manufacturing since 2002.

"Thomas Verhoeven, Ph.D., was named president, global product development for Eli Lilly and Company in April 2008. He previously served as vice president for product research and development, with responsibilities for chemical, bioproduct, analytical, pharmaceutical, and devices operations, since June 2003. He is a member of the company’s operations committee and the senior management council. He received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan and a doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. He was a National Institutes of Health (NIH) fellow at Stanford University and is a recipient of the NIH's postdoctoral fellow award. Prior to joining Lilly, Verhoeven worked for Merck Research Laboratories for 23 years. Within Merck Research Laboratories, he was responsible for the process development and commercialization of multiple products across a range of therapeutic classes, global operations, and strategic research planning. Verhoeven holds a total of 46 patents across a range of technologies, including the synthetic application of poly-anion intermediates, asymmetric hydrogenation, enantioselective reduction, and bioconversions. Thomas W. Grein became vice president and treasurer for Lilly in January 2000. He had been executive director and chief financial officer of Lilly Research Laboratories since 1998. He is a member of the company's senior management council.

W. Darin Moody is vice president, corporate engineering and continuous improvement for Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, he is responsible for global engineering and maintenance activity as well as the Six Sigma initiative within manufacturing and quality. He is a member of the company’s senior management council. A native of Jeffersonville, Indiana, he joined Lilly in 1987 after graduating from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in chemical engineering. His initial assignment was in global facilities delivery, where he worked on the design and construction of active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing facilities. From 1990 to 1999, he moved through a series of production and engineering assignments first at department head level at Clinton Laboratories and then at manager level within Indianapolis bulk insulin manufacturing. He then moved to the United Kingdom, becoming general manager of the Speke operations manufacturing site located in Liverpool. He returned to Indianapolis in 2001, having assignments as plant manager and general manager within bulk insulin manufacturing before becoming executive director of global process and maintenance engineering in 2004. He assumed his current responsibilities in September 2007, after an assignment as Six Sigma champion for manufacturing and quality. Moody currently serves on the board of trustees of The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is a member of the International Leadership Forum of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers. He is a past board member of the Charles T. Hyte Community Center in Terre Haute, Indiana; The Partnership for Learning in Liverpool, United Kingdom; and the Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union in Indianapolis, Indiana.

William F. Heath Jr., Ph.D., was named vice president of product research and development for Eli Lilly and Company in April 2008. In this role, he has responsibility for chemical, bioproduct, analytical, pharmaceutical, drug delivery and device development. He previously served as executive director, bioproduct research and development, with responsibilities for the development and commercialization of Lilly’s bioproduct portfolio since August 2002. He is a member of the company’s senior management council. Heath received a bachelor of science in chemistry from Indiana University and a doctorate in biochemistry from The Rockefeller University. He performed postgraduate studies in cell biology at Harvard Medical School, where he received a National Institutes of Health fellow award. After joining Lilly in 1988, Heath held positions in discovery research, technology development, bioproduct discovery, project/portfolio management, and product development. He has made major contributions to the company’s efforts on kinase inhibitors, lead generation technologies, and protein engineering. Heath is an author on more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and is an inventor on 44 issued patents.

"William W. Chin, M.D., became vice president of discovery research and clinical investigation for Eli Lilly and Company in November 2006. He serves as a member of the company’s senior management council. He previously was vice president of discovery biology research and clinical investigation. Born in New York, Chin received his A.B. in chemistry summa cum laude from Columbia College in 1968 and his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1972. He then completed a residency in internal medicine at the Beth Israel Hospital and a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Lilly in January 1999, Chin was professor of medicine, and professor of obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive biology at Harvard Medical School; investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute; and chief of the division of genetics and senior physician at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston. Chin is a world-renowned molecular endocrinologist who has pioneered the understanding of the mechanisms of nuclear receptor action with a focus on thyroid, estrogen, and other hormones, as well as various aspects of hormonal regulation of pituitary hormone gene expression. As the leader of the genetics program at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, he was responsible for the establishment of genomics, bioinformatics, and clinical genetics in the practice of medicine. He is author or co-author of more than 270 original papers, invited chapters or books, and he has served on numerous editorial boards and private and governmental review panels. He has received many accolades, including the Robert H. Williams Distinguished Leadership Award from the Endocrine Society, the Sidney H. Ingbar and Van Meter Awards from the American Thyroid Association, the Bowditch Award from the American Physiological Society, and the AFCR Young Investigator Award, and election to the American Society for Clinical Investigation and the American Association of Physicians. Prior to assuming his role at New Ventures, Darren was the founding chief executive officer of InnoCentive, Inc., the first e-business venture created by Lilly. "Peter Johnson was named Executive Director of Corporate Strategic Planning at Eli Lilly Company in October, 2001. He is also a member of the company’s Senior Management Council, and serves as the Secretary of the Executive Committee. Johnson graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Haven in 1981 with a degree in English Literature. He received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Stern School of New York University in 1986. Johnson joined Lilly in June 1986 in New York as a financial analyst at Elizabeth Arden. Following the sale of Arden, he relocated to Indianapolis in 1987. In Indianapolis, Indiana, Johnson moved through a series of financial assignments from 1987 to 1991: Corporate Staff Auditor, Financial Analyst in the U.S. pharmaceutical business and Financial Manager supporting Lilly’s Puerto Rico and European manufacturing operations. In 1992, Johnson began a series of jobs with Lilly’s manufacturing operations. Dr. William Macias is Senior Medical Director for the cardiovascular and acute care platform team at Eli Lilly and Company. In his role, Dr. Macias has worldwide responsibility for the clinical development of multiple compounds in cardiovascular and critical care medicine. Most recently, he oversaw the late phase clinical development, submission and registration of Xigris for the treatment of patients with severe sepsis. Since 1996, Dr. Macias has been involved in the design and conduct of Phase IIa, Phase IIb, Phase III and Phase IV studies of multiple compounds for the treatment of severe sepsis and acute coronary syndromes. Prior to joining Lilly, Dr. Macias was an Associate Professor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. As a board certified intensivist and nephrologist, he was medical director for the renal intensive care and acute dialysis units at Indiana University Hospital and fellowship director for the nephrology fellowship program. He received his fellowship training and residency training in Internal Medicine at Indiana University. He received the PhD degree in physiology in 1991 and the MD degree in 1983, both from Indiana University School of Medicine.

As a Sales Manager for Eli Lilly, Alfonso is required to lead a sales team of 15 people to support the Oncology side of the business. Alfonso leads, develops, and promotes sales representatives to achieve their sales objectives. Part of Alfonso's responsibility is to problem-solve and coach individuals on a daily basis. Alfonso is Spanish American, bi-lingual in Spanish, graduated from Dover High School, attended the University of Delaware and completed his Masters in Business Administration at Wilmington College. Alfonso is married to his wife Kathy and has three children, Evan, Alec, and Carly. Both Evan and Alec are currently attending the MOT Charter School. Alfonso and his family have lived in the Middletown area for 12 years and have been involved in many community activities. He has been a sports coach (baseball, soccer, and basketball) for the last 17 years.

Joan Gore is the Manager of the US Clinical Trial Planning and Packaging organization at Eli Lilly and Co. Gore, a registered pharmacist, has expertise in both oral and parenteral manufacturing, packaging, parenteral formulation development, CT material supply, GMPs, import/export regulations, supply chain management, global business process improvement, and third party management. The vast majority of her nearly 23-year career at Eli Lilly has been spent in the Clinical Trial Materials area where she has held a variety of jobs of increasing responsibility. Gore has been a manager in the area for eight years where she has been responsible for all aspects of the CT Material organization. During that time, she also led strategy development for CTM and the broader product development division. Gore has been on the ISPE Clinical Materials Committee (North American Regional Steering Committee) since 2002 and is currently serving as the Chair of the committee. During her time on the steering committee she helped revise the Introductory US Clinical Trial Materials Training Guide and was an author of the recently published Comprehensive Guide to Clinical Materials. As part of her role as Chair, she has been actively working on the consolidation/globalization of the North American (CMC) and European (IMPG) COPs. She serves on the ISPE Community of Practice Council. Gore also has participated in the Investigational Materials Discussion Group and the Midwest Clinical Supply Group.

Steven I. Geringer, a director of AmSurg since March 1997, has been a private investor since June 1996 when he retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of PCS Health Systems, Inc., a pharmacy benefits manager and unit of Eli Lilly & Company. Mr. Geringer became President of PCS in May 1993, when Clinical Pharmaceuticals, Inc., of which Mr. Geringer was a Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, merged with PCS. Prior to then, Mr. Geringer held senior management positions in the hospital management and managed care industry. Chad Armstrong joined RMS in August, 2007. Currently, he is an Ergonomic Consultant at Eli Lilly Company. With a Bachelors degree in Media Design, he worked 5 years as a consultant with Indiana University's Adaptive Technology Center. There he focused on evaluating the usability of hardware and software technologies, as well as consulting, developing and implementing training materials for their usage. Presently, he is finalizing his pursuit of dual Masters degrees at Indiana University: Masters of Ergonomics via IU's School of Kinesiology; and Masters in Human Computer Interaction Design via IU's School of Informatics.

Christine Parini has over 12 years expertise in medical and high tech sales, leading the sales forces of Eli Lilly and Company, Baxter Healthcare Corporation, and Laerdal Medical Corporation. While at Delcar Digital, Ms. Parini structured venture agreements with Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Time Inc. Health, and IMS America. She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from University of Pennsylvania.

Diana Todd is a retired teacher from Jefferson County Public Schools. She taught for twenty-seven years in Louisville, Kentucky. She received her undergraduate and masters degrees in education from the University of Louisville. Diana is married to James Ashton. He is retired from Prairie Farms Dairy and is now employed by Jefferson County Public Schools. Diana has one son, Joshua Todd. Currently, he is a chemist with Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis and resides in Fishers, Indiana. In addition to Diana's volunteer work with Children of the Americas, she is also a volunteer with Bernheim Arboretum and Jefferson County Memorial Forest. Any other free time is spent gardening and traveling with her husband. Diana is a native of Glendale, Kentucky and resides in Fairdale, Kentucky.

Don is a Senior Quality Control Representative with Eli Lilly and Company. He has been with Lilly since May, 2001. His primary focus is validation of computer systems used in Lilly manufacturing processes. Prior to joining Lilly, Don worked as a Business Analyst with Sallie Mae in Indianapolis. He has held internal audit/compliance positions with Wells Fargo in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and managed the client services department for a custom software development company in Helena, Montana. Don is a Montana native, and holds a BA - Business Finance (1989) from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Joe is the Manager of Development and Construction for a real estate development company and a former high school wrestler. This will be Joe's third year as the head coach of the FCS wrestling team. His primary motivation in coaching wrestlers is to impact as many young men as possible to be godly servants in their church. Joe believes that wrestling teaches outstanding character qualities to young men - perseverance, patience, self control, peace, and goodness. John McShanea s diverse background in training and development includes initiatives in change management, process/systems mapping, supervisor/management coaching, 360 feedback coaching, career coaching, and job/task analysis. John has additional technical and managerial experience in the electronics and communications fields. After more than 20 years of service, John is retired from the United States Coast Guard, where he held various positions including the chief of instructor training and the instructional systems design schools, the head of an engineering and maintenance department, an electronics technician, and a technical trainer. He managed initial e-learning initiatives for the delivery of a new web-based training program and utilized organizational development methodologies to facilitate major service-wide system/process redesign projects. He also represented over 400 employees as a civil rights and equal opportunity officer. John was the corporate manager of learning and development for Redcats USA, where he was responsible for leadership development interventions for managers nationwide. As a senior training associate for Eli Lilly and Company, he designed and implemented a new leadership development program for manufacturing managers while supporting the engineering, maintenance, quality control, and IT groups.

In Laurie's role as a systems analyst and validation engineer in the information technology area supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing at Eli Lilly and Company, she is responsible for ensuring that quality assurance practices are followed with regard to computer systems validation. Within the computing industry, she has a diverse background in business analysis, technical writing, editing, training, software testing, database administration, website development, project management, and corporate communications. Her experience includes five years at an entrepreneurial company in Silicon Valley. As a project manager and editor in a publishing house, she worked with world-class authors to develop best-selling computer book publications. She also served as a director of corporate communications for a local professional services firm. From a variety of perspectives, and in all of her experiences throughout her career, her focus has always been on the interplay of people, technology, and quality. She has extensive experience in electronic submissions including eCTD, electronic signatures,and assisting companies with compliancy for submissions, assessments, template designs, systems validations, and agency contacts for all countries.

Maida Taylor M.D., MPH, FACOG has been Medical Advisor in the Women's Health and Reproductive Medicine Division at Eli Lilly and Company since 2001. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and Russian from Tufts University, a Masters of Public Health from the University of California School of Public Health in Berkeley and her M.D. from Stanford University Medical School. After her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California, San Francisco she stayed on as a member of the faculty group practice. In 1982 she entered private practice. She continued to practice until 2001 when she went to work for Eli Lilly as part of the medical affairs group for raloxifene. In 2004 she assumed the post of medical director for women's health at Novo Nordisk US, and most recently joined Esprit to work on the development of Estrasorb.

Marisa E. Pratt has been a Director of the Company since January 2003, and is currently a member of the Company's Audit Committee. She has been employed by Eli Lilly in various finance and treasury related positions since 1991 and has been the Vice President of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer of Eli Lilly Canada since October of 2002. She serves as a member of Eli Lilly Canada's Senior Management team, approving the plans, policies and procedures of the affiliate. Marisa also serves as the Product Teams Director of Finance providing business and financial support to Eli Lilly and Company's Product Team organization. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree and earned a MBA degree from Indiana University. Marisa resides in Toronto, Canada.

Martin Bott was born in Giessen, Germany. He studied business administration in Germany with majors in Finance and Marketing and earned his Masters Degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina. He has been working for Eli Lilly and Company since 1988 in various roles and locations, including Indianapolis, Boston, Switzerland, England, and Germany. He currently is an Executive Director of Manufacturing Finance. He and his wife, Angelia Barnes, have two children: Maximilian (2015) and Georgia (2019).

In his role as vice president of engineering, Mike McGonagle is responsible for helping Deploy's product offerings grow and mature to support the near- and long-term goals of the company. McGonagle brings extensive experience to Deploy in deploying mission-critical applications for large customers including such organizations as Tetley Tea, Eli Lilly, Ingersoll-Rand, The Boston Globe, Nissan and Federal Express. McGonagle brings more than 28 years of experience in commercial software development to his role at Deploy. After starting his career in the mainframe, time-sharing environment, McGonagle spent 10 years developing commercial products for the mini-computer marketplace at several different companies before spearheading Cullinet Software's first client-server research efforts. This initial client-server exposure has been followed by major product development efforts at Atex, Praxis, MarketPulse, Xchange and Exchange Solutions. In 1994, McGonagle co-founded Xchange and directed the growth of the product family and the R&D organization for over six years of rapid growth as Xchange became an industry leader in the CRM industry. McGonagle holds a B.S in Mathematics from Lowell Tech and a Master's in Mathematics from Brown University.

Nicole Johnson Baker, Miss America 1999, is an international diabetes advocate. She travels extensively promoting awareness, prevention, and early detection of the condition she shares. Under her consulting firm, Johnson Baker works as a corporate and government affairs advisor for patient groups and biotech companies, including Animas Corporation, Eli Lilly & Company and the American Diabetes Association. She spends much of her time engaging lawmakers at both the state and federal levels on diabetes-related matters.

Tim Hahn joined Safety Management Group's Owner Services Group in May 2001 and currently serves as the SMG Safety Coordinator/Consultant for Focused Approved Contractors at Eli Lilly and Company. Previous to his current assignment, Tim served as a SMG Project Safety Consultant at the Eli Lilly Tech Center, as well as assisting the Contractor Prequalification Services Department. Prior to joining Safety Management Group Tim was employed at the Indianapolis Star for 27 years as a Production Manager, and later as Safety Director.

Todd H. Kasdan, M.D. is a licensed board-certified physician. Dr. Kasdan served his internship and residency at Loyola University Medical Center. He earned his M.D. degree from Loyola University's Stritch School of Medicine, and was awarded a B.S. degree in physiology from Michigan State University. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Kasdan is on the speakers bureau for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Inc., Astra Zeneca PLC, and Abbott Labs; serves as a consultant to or sits on the advisory board of Eli Lilly & Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Forest Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Sanofi Synthelabo; receives grant support from Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG; and, is involved in clinical research trials with Janssen Pharmaceutica LP. ALFRED G. GILMAN, M.D., Ph.D., 67, a co-founder of the Company, has been a Director of the Company since July 1990. Dr. Gilman has served as executive vice president for academic affairs and provost of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and dean of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School since 2005 and has held the Raymond and Ellen Willie Distinguished Chair in Molecular Neuropharmacology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School since 1987. Dr. Gilman is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, and he received the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 1994. Dr. Gilman is a member of the Board of Directors of Eli Lilly & Company.

Dr. Levine is Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Illinois, where he teaches psychopharmacology and where he received the Golden Apple Award for Teaching Excellence. For the past six years, he has been working in community psychiatry, spending five of those years as Medical Director of the Janet Wattles Center in Rockford, the largest community mental health center in Illinois. He is currently developing community-based programs to serve the needs of the chronic, seriously mentally ill adult patient. He lectures extensively nationally and internationally on topics in schizophrenia, depression, manic depression, and anxiety disorders. He is a regular guest on WLS radio's "Jay Marvin Show" where he answers listeners' mental health questions. Dr. Levine was Chief of Psychiatry Services and Chairman of the Psychiatry Department at Rockford Memorial Hospital for six years prior to entering community psychiatry. Douglas R. Oberhelman is a group president of Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Ill. He has responsibility for the company’s human services and sustainable development functions as well as Caterpillar’s growing remanufacturing business. He also oversees worldwide manufacturing, marketing and support of industrial and large power systems, industrial gas turbines and Progress Rail Services. Oberhelman joined Caterpillar in 1975 and has held a variety of positions including senior finance representative based in South America for Caterpillar Americas Co; region finance manager and district manager for the company’s North American Commercial Division; and managing director and vice general manager for strategic planning at Caterpillar Japan Ltd. (CJL) - Caterpillar’s affiliated company in Tokyo, Japan. Oberhelman was elected a vice president in 1995, serving as Caterpillar’s chief financial officer with administrative responsibility for the corporation’s accounting, information services, tax, treasury, investor relations and marketing support services areas from 1995 to November 1998. In 1998, he became vice president with responsibility for the Engine Products Division, including the market development, strategic planning, supplier management, electric power generation and worldwide marketing and administration for Caterpillar’s engine business. He was elected a group president and member of Caterpillar’s executive office in 2002. Oberhelman has a bachelor’s degree from Millikin University. Prendergast began his career at the Mayo Medical School as an instructor in physiology in 1975. In 1977 he became associate consultant in pharmacology at the Mayo Foundation and assistant professor in pharmacology of the Mayo Medical School. Three years later he was named consultant in pharmacology at the Mayo Foundation and associate professor in pharmacology at the Mayo Medical School. In 1985 he became consultant and chair of the department of biochemistry and molecular biology for the Mayo Foundation. He became professor in pharmacology and professor in biochemistry and molecular biology at the Mayo Medical School in 1986. He was named director of research for Mayo Rochester in 1992. He serves on the board of trustees of the Mayo Foundation.
