Gadi oversees the financial, operational, and business development activities that support Eliza's continued growth within the healthcare market. He brings 20 years of experience in leadership roles in operations and finance. Prior to joining Eliza, Gadi was a vice president at the Trizetto Group, where he lead the operations of its Cost and Quality of Care business unit, including strategy, business planning and budgeting processes, business development and alliances efforts. Gadi joined TriZetto via the acquisition of CareKey, where he performed operations and finance leadership roles. He served as a CEO of a subsidiary of Kaplan and also worked at Lehman Brothers Inc.'s Investment Banking Division. He received his MBA from the Harvard Business School with high distinction and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, as well as an LLB degree in law from the Tel-Aviv University.

John is Eliza's founder, and leads the research and development team at Eliza with a focus on core technology development, linguistics, natural language processing, and intellectual property development. As a Postdoctoral Fellow at Cal Tech, John was awarded NIH and NIMH grants to investigate the fundamental pattern recognition properties of the human retina using a combination of mathematical and neurophysiological techniques. Insights from this research sparked the beginnings of Eliza's core pattern recognition technology. John's early research involved a unique branch of mathematics for modeling how the human brain processes speech. This research formed the basis of Eliza's high-performance, patented speech recognition technology. John is an internationally recognized expert on learning algorithms, bioinfomatics, digital signal processing, and speech recognition. John's publications include work in the fields of mathematics, neurophysiology, and cybernetics. John holds undergraduate degrees in neurobiology and mathematics from Cornell University and a Ph.D. from Cornell in neurobiology and behavior.

Graciela leads application development and operations at Eliza including technology planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and quality assurance. In this role Graciela works closely with Eliza's marketing group, customers, and R&D staff to design, develop and support new features and solutions using Eliza's technology. Graciela has over fifteen years experience in developing and managing IT infrastructure in start-up environments. Prior to Eliza, she founded K Informatica Educativa, the leading distance-learning company in Argentina. K Informatica developed the first nationally certified distance learning system for graduate-level IT instruction in Argentina. Graciela holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, and master's degree in computer science from Boston University.

Oleg is responsible for the overall system architecture and design of Eliza's speech recognition technology and operating platform. Oleg works with Eliza's researchers, application developers, and marketing staff to ensure that Eliza's systems provide the highest level of performance and flexibility possible. Oleg has over eighteen years of experience in speech recognition systems and digital signal processing. Prior to joining Eliza, Oleg worked as a system engineer in Rockwell International's Moscow operations, where he designed and implemented high-performance speech codecs on Rockwell's DSP architecture. Prior to Rockwell, Oleg held senior technical positions at leading research organizations in the speech recognition field, including the Moscow Scientific and Research Institute. Oleg holds an MS in computational mathematics from Moscow State University.
