Elpida Memory Inc.

Shuichi Otsuka became a Director in March 2004. He has been our Chief Operating Officer since November 2002. Mr. Otsuka was President and Representative Director of Hiroshima Elpida from November 2004 to December 2006. Prior to joining Elpida, Mr. Otsuka acted in a number of important positions within Sony, including the President of System Device Company (within Semiconductor Network Company) from April 2001 to September 2002.

Takao Adachi became a Director in June 2006. He has been our Chief Technology Officer since April 2005, prior to which he served as an Officer from April 2004 to April 2005. Mr. Adachi acted in a number of important positions within Elpida from April 2000 to April 2004, including General Manager of the Technology Development Office. Prior to joining Elpida, Mr. Adachi was Project Manager of Planning and Development at the First Memory Division of LSI Memory Operation Unit within Electron Device of NEC from June 2000 to October 2000.

Don has been in the high tech industry since 1987. For the first 8 years of his career, Whitt focused on software development as an early employee at Innovative Data Design, Macromedia and at Autodesk. In 1994 America Online acquired Navisoft, creators of the first WYSIWYG browser/server, where Don was Director of Operations. Don has since managed technical operations, data center development and hosting at America Online Productions, Kana, E2open and, most recently, eBay.

Dave joined Alexa Engineering in 2000 and has spearheaded the design and development of distributed systems such as the Wayback Machine and Alexa's Web connectivity graph. Prior to leading the Crawl Engineering team, he was project manager for the Alexa Web Search Platform. Dave led the development of this revolutionary new service from inception to its public beta launch in December 2005.

Before joining Alexa, Geoffrey worked as Chief of Staff of Electronic Brokerage Technology at Charles Schwab. While there, Geoffrey obtained his Series 7 and Series 63 brokerage licenses and he helped found and grow a department of over 100 technologists to develop Schwab's suite of electronic offerings.

As Manager of Web Services at Alexa, Greg has made getting Alexa data out into the hands of developers a priority. Greg managed the release of the Alexa Web Information Service, Alexa Top Sites, Alexa Web Search Platform web services on the Amazon Web Services Platform. As Technical Product Manager Greg supervised software development on the Alexa Toolbar and the Alexa website.

Prior to assuming his current position, he acted as Executive Manager of Legal Group from April 2003 to May 2007 and as Executive Manager of IP & Legal Department from April 2006 to May 2007. Mr. Ota has also been a Corporate Auditor of Tera Probe, Inc. since May 2007. He also became a Corporate Auditor of Hiroshima Elpida Memory, Inc. and a Corporate Auditor of Akita Elpida Memory, Inc in June 2007.

Mr. Nomiya has also been the Chairman of Ultratech Japan K.K. since May 2004. Mr. Nomiya was a Senior Vice President and Executive Officer of Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc. from June 2000 to March 2004 and Director of Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International since July 2002.

Mr. Nohara has also been a corporate auditor of Renesas Technology Corp. since April 2006, prior to which he was the General Manager, Semiconductor Business Operations of Hitachi from December 2002 to March 2006.
