As chief of discovery services, James Burns oversees eMag's electronic discovery product and service capability. He brings more than 25 years experience in Information Management, Technology Operations and Executive Leadership. Before joining eMag, Burns spent 17 years in the National Intelligence Community, 3 years in the technology sector and the last 7 years as an Executive leader in the legal technology space. Jim has been responsible for building commercial legal document repositories, Electronic Discovery Processing Systems, Product Management, Sales and Business Development within the legal market. Most recently he was CTO for an electronic discovery service provider. Burns received his bachelor's degrees in management of information systems from the University of Maryland, Europe.

Anna Shelton is responsible for the sales management of eMag's national clients. Before joining eMag, Shelton worked for United Parcel Service in both its internal and external technology support groups. In this role, she provided support for up to 150 users of multi-platform applications; supported Air Operations to facilitate on-time package delivery; and determined hardware and software needs for on-site package solutions. Prior to that, she held positions with Swiss America Trading Corporation, a rare coin and precious metals dealer, and Management Marketplace, a Phoenix-based project management software development company. Shelton received her bachelor's degree in computer information services from the University of Phoenix and master's degree in the management of technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As vice president of software development, Chuck Bokath is responsible for overseeing all proprietary software development. He brings more than 15 years experience in the architecture, design and development of secure, scalable multimedia wireless communication systems to this role. Before joining eMag, Bokath held various technology roles with start-up and Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, he worked with the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense to develop a secure communication foundation for the Global Information Grid. Bokath received bachelor's degrees in both computer science and mathematics from Marquette University (Wisc.).

Shawn Strickler has a vast knowledge of data structures, metadata, indexing algorithms, and search and retrieval methodologies. As the vice president of business development, he manages worldwide alliances and oversees eMag's strategic initiatives. Before joining eMag, Strickler held technical architect and business development positions with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Oracle Corporation and Renew Data Corporation. Strickler received his bachelor's degrees in international business and German from The University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in science and technology commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin.

As Managing Director for the European arm of eMag Solutions Mike Davies is responsible for the overall business performance of eMags UK subsidiary. Davies has been with eMag for the past 18 years and was named Managing Director of the UK's subsidiary in January 2007. Previous positions held within eMag Solutions have included, Technical Director, R&D Director, Process Engineering and Product Management. Achievements have included the development of high capacity data cartridges, implementation of novel manufacturing techniques and the successful implementation of externally moderated quality systems. Davies has over 20 years experience in data interchange technologies coupled with a deep understanding of the different industry methodologies for the storage, backup and archive of corporate data. Davies graduated in electronics engineering from Cardiff (Wales) and holds a master's of business administration from Durham University (England).
