Mr. Sanger has provided leadership to the health care industry for over 30 years and is currently the Chairman and CEO of Emergency Medical Services Corporation (NYSE;EMS). He has successfully lead multi-system hospitals, including ambulatory care, post-acute services (nursing homes), physician management companies, freestanding diagnostic and treatment centers, and managed care entities. Mr. Sanger co-founded a publicly traded health care company and established one of the first managed care organizations. His expertise in strategic positioning for healthcare entities is nationally renowned. He has provided turnaround and merger and acquisition (M&A) consultation to private, publicly traded, and not-for-profit domestic and international healthcare companies.

Mr. Taylor was appointed EmCare’s Executive Vice President, National Sales and Marketing in 2001 and President of EmCare Physician Services in 1997. Prior to joining EmCare, Mr. Taylor served as Executive Vice President for Spectrum Emergency Care, Inc., until the company was acquired by EmCare in October 1997. He has been in senior healthcare management and emergency medicine operations for 18 years. In addition to his duties at EmCare, Mr. Taylor also serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Emergency Medical Services Corporation, the parent company of EmCare. Mr. Taylor previously served as Regional Vice President and Vice President Worldwide Marketing for Unisys, a worldwide information systems company. Mr. Taylor graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of West Florida and completed the Executive Corporate Management Program of the Wharton School of Finance.

Todd G. Zimmerman is General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Emergency Medical Services Corporation. Mr. Zimmerman was appointed General Counsel and Executive Vice President of EmCare in July 2002 and of AMR in May 2004. Mr. Zimmerman joined EmCare in October 1997 in connection with EmCare's acquisition of Spectrum Emergency Care, Inc. where he served as Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Spectrum in 1997, Mr. Zimmerman worked in the private practice of law for seven years, providing legal advice and support to various large corporations. Mr. Zimmerman received his BS in Business Administration from St. Louis University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Kimberly Norman is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Emergency Medical Services Corporation. Ms. Norman joined MedTrans, Inc. in June 1991 and joined AMR in 1997, when it merged with MedTrans. She has held various human resources positions for AMR, including Benefits Specialist, Manager of Human Resources and Employee Development, and Regional and National Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Norman received her B.B.M. from the University of Phoenix and a Human Resource Management Certificate from San Diego State University.

Mr. Knoff started work as staff PT at University of Michigan Hospitals and gradually moved toward increasing responsibilities in management of rehabilitation services in hospitals, home care and private practice. For the last 17 years worked for MidMichigan Healtha four hospital health systems in Michigan. Since 1999, Mr. Knoff works as Assistant Vice President there with responsibilities for in and outpatient Rehabilitation, Orthopedics and Emergency Medical Services. Mr. Knoff has served on the BOD of the Michigan Physical Therapy Association and was Chair of the Northeast District of the MPTA. Locally, I served as President of the Midland Soccer Club, Vice Chair of the Literacy Council of Midland County and have been active in youth athletics. Raphael M. Barishansky, MPH, EMT-B, is executive director of the Hudson Valley Regional EMS Council in Newburgh, NY, and an active life member of the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps in Teaneck, NJ. He has 15 years of EMS field operations and management experience in both urban and rural settings. Dr. Carrison serves as the Las Vegas Regional Medical Director as well as the Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, and is also the Professor and Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine, University of Nevada School of Medicine. Dr. Carrison's extensive medical background includes being the Medical Director for the Clark County Fire Department, the Medical Director for Mercy Air Aeromedical Transport in Clark County, Nevada, Medical Director for the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners, Medical Director for the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and a Tactical Physician for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's SWAT Team. He is an editorial Board Member of the International Trauma, Anesthesia and Critical Care Society. Dr. Carrison serves as the Chairman of the Nevada Homeland Security Commission by appointment of the Governor of the State of Nevada. He is a medical reviewer for Health Insight, the Nevada Peer Review in Las Vegas. He has been the Regional Clinical Coordinator for the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA, and the Medical Director for Emergency Medical Services for the Lake Mead Recreational Area and National Park Services in Death Valley, California. Dr. Carrison is also on staff at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals in Henderson, Nevada, and a Laughlin Quick Care Physician, which is also staffed by EPMG. During his residency, he was a staff emergency medicine physician at Gotlieb Hospital in Melrose Park, Illinois, Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, Westlake Community Center in Melrose Park, Illinois. Dr. Carrison is a lifetime Fellow of the American College of Emergency Medicine Physicians. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Carrison is residency-trained, board-certified in Emergency Medicine and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from CAL State University in San Bernardino, California, and earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. He performed his rotating internship at Flint Osteopathic Hospital in Flint, Michigan, and his Emergency Medicine Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Nebblett received his Master's degree in Public Health and medical school training at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He did his Postgraduate Residency training at Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, Illinois, and completed a teaching fellowship in Waco, Texas. He returned to Hinsdale to become a faculty member and eventually the Director of the Family Practice Residency training program. Dr. Nebblett was an Assistant Professor in Family Medicine at Michigan State University- Kalamazoo campus for a number of years, before moving to New Mexico in the spring of 1999. At present he is an Adjunct faculty member at the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine in the Family and Community Medicine department. He is the Medical Director of the Presbyterian Medical Service/Catron County Medical Center in Reserve, NM and the Emergency Medical Services in Northern Catron County, New Mexico. He has a strong interest in health education, nutrition and complementary medicine. He was Co-host of the television series "Lifestyle Magazine" from 1991 to 1998. This series is still seen throughout the US and Canada. He is married to Maria, and they have four children.

Paul M. Paris, MD, FACEP parispm@upmc.edu is chairman of the board for Emergency Resource Management, Inc. He is chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, chief medical officer of the Center for Emergency Medicine, medical director of Emergency Medical Services Inc., and senior medical adviser of City of Pittsburgh EMS. He is committed to integrating academic and community resources into a novel dynamic emergency care system for the region. Throughout his career, Dr. Paris has helped create and advance a variety of organizations and programs to further emergency medicine education, professional growth, and research. He also has strengthened communications between emergency medicine professionals around the world. Dr. Paris has held a total of 20 academic and nonacademic appointments throughout his career.

Mr. LeBlanc is a Managing Director of Onex Investment Corp., an affiliate of Onex Corporation, a diversified industrial corporation, and has been a Managing Director since 1999. Prior to joining Onex in 1999, he was with Berkshire Hathaway for seven years. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Le Blanc held numerous positions with GE Capital, with responsibility for corporate finance and corporate strategy. Mr. Le Blanc serves as a Director of Magellan Health Services, Inc., Res-Care, Inc., Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. and First Berkshire Hathaway Life. Mr. Le Blanc became a director of Emergency Medical Services Corporation in December 2004.

Bryan Fass holds a Bachelor's degree in sports medicine, is a Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer, Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and works part time as a Nationally Registered Paramedic in Charlotte, N.C. Bryan is also a highly skilled soft tissue and Myofascial Release therapist, and has over 10 years of experience in clinical and fitness settings with specialties in spine and postural re-education. Chris Rousseau also works for the NH Fire Standard and Training and Emergency Medical Services, where he serves as the Captain for the Bureau of Training and Certification. In addition Chris is the New Hampshire Student Advisor for National Ski Patrol. Chris is an active EMT-Intermediate.

Frank W. Nagorka is a practicing paramedic and represents many ambulance companies around the state of Illinois as well as various ambulance trade associations in transactional matters and litigation. Most recently, he has become involved in insurance coverage questions, specifically, questions of inception and trigger of coverage for major insurance carriers. Mr. Nagorka also represents several Internet startups. His practice is concentrated in the areas of emergency medical services and medical malpractice defense. In 1981, Mr. Nagorka joined the office of the corporation counsel of the city of Chicago where he specialized in appellate practice and all forms of personal injury defense. He handled numerous cases of national significance in emergency services, law enforcement practice and 911 liability. In addition to his years of trial experience in defending the city of Chicago, he supervised the torts division's dispositive motion section. The dispositive motion evaluated all cases filed against the city to determine the best litigation method. Additionally, he served on the committee that rewrote the Emergency Medical Services Act of Illinois and also assisted the city in rewriting its ambulance ordinance. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Nagorka has spoken throughout the United States on medical/legal issues involving pre-hospital care and has written for various publications including peer-reviewed journals. He is one of the authors of the seminal article on EMS litigation published in The Annals of Emergency Medicine and a study involving DUI and trauma centers published in the Journal of Trauma. He is a columnist for the periodical Emergency Medical Services and continues to work with the country of Brazil in the development of its Emergency Medical System. Additionally, he has written and acted in a series of video productions aimed at the EMS community and assisted in creating the first EMS practice group in a national law firm. He currently practices with the firm of Mora, Baugh, Waitzman, and Unger in Chicago. Mr. Nagorka received his law degree in 1979 from The Ohio State University College of Law after graduating from Northwestern University. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Ohio and has been admitted pro hac vice in several states. Jim Augustine, MD, is an emergency physician from Atlanta. He serves on the clinical faculty in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Emory University. He also serves as medical director for the Atlanta Fire Department, which includes operations at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. He is past president of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and served as first chair of the Ohio EMS Board. In that role he worked for 15 years to help Ohio develop its state trauma system. He has served 23 years as a firefighter and EMT-A. He has published numerous articles on emergency services and participated in national and state leadership activities on emergency and trauma systems, and is a member of EMS Magazine?s editorial advisory board. Jimm was the appointed Administrator for the Wyoming Department of Health, Community & Family Health Division which he served in for six years, and been with the agency since 1971 when he was one of two individuals selected to start the ems program. He took over as director of the EMS Office in 1975 and eventually added both injury control and trauma systems to the office responsibilities in the '90's. He was EMS Director for 24 years. He began his EMS career in 1968 as an ambulance attendant in Denver, CO, and took the national pilot EMT training program presented in 1969 by the American College of Surgeons. Mr. Murray is a charter member of the NREMT and is still #3 on the list of actively Registered EMT's in the United States. Jimm has been a site leader and on the Board of Directors for the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), and most recently served as the elected chairman of the Panel of Commissioners. He has served as a grant reviewer for several federal agencies and served on many national committees for both the federal government and health associations, including the NIH - National Heart Attack Alert Program. Mr. Murray is a reviewer for the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS), and is a contributing editor to the EMS INSIDER publication, and has authored over two dozen articles. He is a founder and past president of the National Association of State EMS Directors. He has served on several NREMT committees over the years and is presently the Vice Chairman of the Board as well as chairman of the Standards & Examination Committee. He serves a national air medical services business in the area of government affairs and as an EMS system consultant.

Matt has been the Coordinator for Emergency Medical Services and Advisor to Villanova EMS since October 2005. In that capacity, he supervises the professional, developmental, and administrative aspects of the organization. Working closely with the elected members of the Executive Board, Matt manages the operational and discretionary budgets, assists with the development and implementation of programming, and promotes responsible and informed decision-making among Board members. He also serves as the primary liaison to University faculty, staff, and administration. Matt graduated from Villanova University's College of Arts & Sciences with a B.S. in Biology (2004) prior to receiving a Master of Business Administration from the Villanova School of Business (2007). While at Villanova, Matt gained significant leadership and Student Life experience through his involvement with the New Student Orientation Program, the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania, the Blue Key Society, and his work as a Head Resident in the Office for Residence Life. He currently resides in Philadelphia and is employed by the University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Senior Analyst for Strategic Services, where he participates in the planning, implementation, and assessment of strategic business initiatives across all major health system entities.

Tyler has worked with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for 9 years. He started out with the Blue Ridge Mountain Rescue Group, an organization dedicated to saving lives in Virginia and its neighboring states. Since 1999 Tyler has also been a member of a volunteer fire department in Fairfax County Virginia where he works as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Mr. Kelly retired in May 2000 as Chairman of the Board of Lincare Holdings Inc., a provider of home respiratory therapy services. Mr. Kelly also serves as Director of HMS Holdings Corp. and Emergency Medical Services Corp. Age 60.

Michael L. Smith served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Anthem, Inc., and its subsidiaries, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, from April 1999 until his retirement in January 2005. Anthem is one of the largest health benefits companies in the United States. From April 1996 to March 1998, he served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of American Health Network, a former Anthem subsidiary that provided physician practice management services to 270 primary care practices in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Prior to joining Anthem, Mr. Smith was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of transportation company, Mayflower Group, Inc. He began his business career in the Indianapolis office of Arthur Andersen & Co. after graduating from DePauw University in 1970. Mr. Smith currently serves on the Boards of Directors for several businesses, including Emergency Medical Services Corporation, Inc., the nation's largest emergency medical services provider; Kite Realty Group Trust, a real estate investment trust, or REIT; Vectren Corporation, a progressive energy-holding company; and HH Gregg Appliances, Inc., one of the nation's leading retailers of home appliances and consumer electronics. He also serves on the Boards of Finishmaster, Inc., and its parent, Ldi Ltd., and Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. Additionally, Mr. Smith serves on the Board of the Central Indiana Community Foundation and is a member of the Board of Trustees of DePauw University, the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and Lumina Foundation for Education. Mr. Smith is a founding member of Cardinal Equity Partners, a mid-market private equity investment fund headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Supervisor DeMartini serves on the Airport Advisory Committee, Crows Landing Air Facility Steering Committee, Economic Development Action Committee, Emergency Medical Services Board of Directors, Inter-Regional Partnerships Committee, Retirement Board, San Joaquin Valley Supervisor Endangered Species Committee, Stanislaus-Ceres Redevelopment Commission, Stanislaus Economic Development & Workforce Alliance and the Tuolumne Regional Park Committee. DeMartini has played a leading role on several important issues during his first term in office. He has taken the lead in writing the agricultural element of the county general plan, he authored the scrap metal ordinance, and has formed a health care task force for communities on the west side to be able to work together to meet the health care needs of the communities.

Mark is a founding member of NETRAC when it was formed in the early 1990s. Mark is a past chairperson, and currently the vice-chair of NETRAC. Mark is currently the Director of Emergency Medical Services and Cardiac Rehabilitation at Titus Regional Medical Center.A He has an AAS in Nursing and Emergency Medicine, a BA in Nursing and Business and a MS in Management. Mark is married and has 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
