He has been in senior healthcare management and emergency medicine operations for 18 years. In addition to his duties at EmCare, Mr. Taylor also serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Emergency Medical Services Corporation, the parent company of EmCare. Mr. Taylor previously served as Regional Vice President and Vice President Worldwide Marketing for Unisys, a worldwide information systems company. Mr. Taylor graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of West Florida and completed the Executive Corporate Management Program of the Wharton School of Finance.

Dr. Nebblett received his Master's degree in Public Health and medical school training at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He did his Postgraduate Residency training at Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, Illinois, and completed a teaching fellowship in Waco, Texas. He returned to Hinsdale to become a faculty member and eventually the Director of the Family Practice Residency training program. Dr. Nebblett was an Assistant Professor in Family Medicine at Michigan State University- Kalamazoo campus for a number of years, before moving to New Mexico in the spring of 1999. At present he is an Adjunct faculty member at the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine in the Family and Community Medicine department. He is the Medical Director of the Presbyterian Medical Service/Catron County Medical Center in Reserve, NM and the Emergency Medical Services in Northern Catron County, New Mexico. He has a strong interest in health education, nutrition and complementary medicine. He was Co-host of the television series "Lifestyle Magazine" from 1991 to 1998. This series is still seen throughout the US and Canada. He is married to Maria, and they have four children.

Frank W. Nagorka is a practicing paramedic and represents many ambulance companies around the state of Illinois as well as various ambulance trade associations in transactional matters and litigation. Most recently, he has become involved in insurance coverage questions, specifically, questions of inception and trigger of coverage for major insurance carriers. Mr. Nagorka also represents several Internet startups. His practice is concentrated in the areas of emergency medical services and medical malpractice defense. In 1981, Mr. Nagorka joined the office of the corporation counsel of the city of Chicago where he specialized in appellate practice and all forms of personal injury defense. He handled numerous cases of national significance in emergency services, law enforcement practice and 911 liability. In addition to his years of trial experience in defending the city of Chicago, he supervised the torts division's dispositive motion section. The dispositive motion evaluated all cases filed against the city to determine the best litigation method. Additionally, he served on the committee that rewrote the Emergency Medical Services Act of Illinois and also assisted the city in rewriting its ambulance ordinance. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Nagorka has spoken throughout the United States on medical/legal issues involving pre-hospital care and has written for various publications including peer-reviewed journals. He is one of the authors of the seminal article on EMS litigation published in The Annals of Emergency Medicine and a study involving DUI and trauma centers published in the Journal of Trauma. He is a columnist for the periodical Emergency Medical Services and continues to work with the country of Brazil in the development of its Emergency Medical System. Additionally, he has written and acted in a series of video productions aimed at the EMS community and assisted in creating the first EMS practice group in a national law firm. He currently practices with the firm of Mora, Baugh, Waitzman, and Unger in Chicago. Mr. Nagorka received his law degree in 1979 from The Ohio State University College of Law after graduating from Northwestern University. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Ohio and has been admitted pro hac vice in several states. Jim Augustine, MD, is an emergency physician from Atlanta. He serves on the clinical faculty in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Emory University. He also serves as medical director for the Atlanta Fire Department, which includes operations at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. He is past president of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and served as first chair of the Ohio EMS Board. In that role he worked for 15 years to help Ohio develop its state trauma system. He has served 23 years as a firefighter and EMT-A. Jimm was the appointed Administrator for the Wyoming Department of Health, Community & Family Health Division which he served in for six years, and been with the agency since 1971 when he was one of two individuals selected to start the ems program. He took over as director of the EMS Office in 1975 and eventually added both injury control and trauma systems to the office responsibilities in the '90's. He was EMS Director for 24 years. He began his EMS career in 1968 as an ambulance attendant in Denver, CO, and took the national pilot EMT training program presented in 1969 by the American College of Surgeons. Mr. Murray is a charter member of the NREMT and is still #3 on the list of actively Registered EMT's in the United States. Jimm has been a site leader and on the Board of Directors for the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), and most recently served as the elected chairman of the Panel of Commissioners. He has served as a grant reviewer for several federal agencies and served on many national committees for both the federal government and health associations, including the NIH - National Heart Attack Alert Program. Mr. Murray is a reviewer for the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS), and is a contributing editor to the EMS INSIDER publication, and has authored over two dozen articles. He is a founder and past president of the National Association of State EMS Directors. He has served on several NREMT committees over the years and is presently the Vice Chairman of the Board as well as chairman of the Standards & Examination Committee. He serves a national air medical services business in the area of government affairs and as an EMS system consultant.

Matt has been the Coordinator for Emergency Medical Services and Advisor to Villanova EMS since October 2005. In that capacity, he supervises the professional, developmental, and administrative aspects of the organization. Working closely with the elected members of the Executive Board, Matt manages the operational and discretionary budgets, assists with the development and implementation of programming, and promotes responsible and informed decision-making among Board members. He also serves as the primary liaison to University faculty, staff, and administration. Matt graduated from Villanova University's College of Arts & Sciences with a B.S. in Biology (2004) prior to receiving a Master of Business Administration from the Villanova School of Business (2007). While at Villanova, Matt gained significant leadership and Student Life experience through his involvement with the New Student Orientation Program, the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania, the Blue Key Society, and his work as a Head Resident in the Office for Residence Life. He currently resides in Philadelphia and is employed by the University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Senior Analyst for Strategic Services, where he participates in the planning, implementation, and assessment of strategic business initiatives across all major health system entities.

He started out with the Blue Ridge Mountain Rescue Group, an organization dedicated to saving lives in Virginia and its neighboring states. Since 1999 Tyler has also been a member of a volunteer fire department in Fairfax County Virginia where he works as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Mr. Kelly retired in May 2000 as Chairman of the Board of Lincare Holdings Inc., a provider of home respiratory therapy services. Mr. Kelly also serves as Director of HMS Holdings Corp. and Emergency Medical Services Corp. Age 60.
Michael L. Smith served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Anthem, Inc., and its subsidiaries, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, from April 1999 until his retirement in January 2005. Anthem is one of the largest health benefits companies in the United States. From April 1996 to March 1998, he served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of American Health Network, a former Anthem subsidiary that provided physician practice management services to 270 primary care practices in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Prior to joining Anthem, Mr. Smith was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of transportation company, Mayflower Group, Inc. He began his business career in the Indianapolis office of Arthur Andersen & Co. after graduating from DePauw University in 1970. Mr. Smith currently serves on the Boards of Directors for several businesses, including Emergency Medical Services Corporation, Inc., the nation's largest emergency medical services provider; Kite Realty Group Trust, a real estate investment trust, or REIT; Vectren Corporation, a progressive energy-holding company; and HH Gregg Appliances, Inc., one of the nation's leading retailers of home appliances and consumer electronics. He also serves on the Boards of Finishmaster, Inc., and its parent, Ldi Ltd., and Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. Additionally, Mr. Smith serves on the Board of the Central Indiana Community Foundation and is a member of the Board of Trustees of DePauw University, the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and Lumina Foundation for Education. Mr. Smith is a founding member of Cardinal Equity Partners, a mid-market private equity investment fund headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Supervisor DeMartini serves on the Airport Advisory Committee, Crows Landing Air Facility Steering Committee, Economic Development Action Committee, Emergency Medical Services Board of Directors, Inter-Regional Partnerships Committee, Retirement Board, San Joaquin Valley Supervisor Endangered Species Committee, Stanislaus-Ceres Redevelopment Commission, Stanislaus Economic Development & Workforce Alliance and the Tuolumne Regional Park Committee.
