Bryan Crutchfield has twelve years of experience in the institutional investment community. He has worked for various firms including Southcoast Capital and Johnson Rice as well as for First New York Securities. Bryan is active in the capital markets space as well as institutional sales and trading. His areas of coverage are Energy, Healthcare, Technology and Retail. Bryan has a B.A. from the University of Georgia and holds series 7, 63 and 55 licenses.

Fran's responsibilities include working with venture capital firms, as well as wall street institutions who invest in private and public companies. Prior to joining EGE, Fran was a Vice President, Institutional Sales with Pennsylvania Merchant Group, Ltd. where he specialized in the healthcare sector. Prior to PMG he worked in the medical device industry in sales and management for 19 years. Fran holds both B.S. and M.A. degrees from Villanova University.

Peter G. Stanley became a director in 1983. Since November 1999 he is a Senior Vice President of Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd., an investment banking firm.

Mr. Denenberg is a Vice President in the Trading Department. Prior to joining EGE in 2002, Mr. Denenberg was a trader with Navillus Securities and Susquehanna International Group. He graduated with a BS in Finance and International Business from Penn State University. He is also a member of the Investment Traders Association of Philadelphia.

Mrs. Chirieleison is the firm's Director of Trading. Prior to joining EGE, Andrea was a block trader with Boenning & Scattergood. From 1995 to 1998 she was a sales trader for Pennsylvania Merchant Group Ltd. where she successfully helped to leverage the institutional sales force and increase production. Andrea received a B.S. and M.S. degree from John Hopkins University .

Mr. Myers is EGE's Director of Research and provides coverage of emerging Medical Technology and Healthcare Services businesses. His healthcare industry experience includes buy-side and sell-side investment research, clinical research, health plan management, and healthcare IT. Previously, Mr. Myers was a healthcare analyst for Boston Partners and was a member of H.C. Wainwright's healthcare technology group. Ray earned a BA in Biology from Tufts University in 1992, an MBA from Northeastern University in 1995 and the CFA designation in 2000. Mr. Myers is a 5-star medical analyst as reported by Zack's Investment Research where he is ranked #2 out of 84 of his peers.
