Peter L. Jensen has more than 20 years experience in the water industry and is a founder of Basin Water, Inc. and Western Water Company. Mr. Jensen acted as President and CEO of Basin Water, a publicly held water treatment company specializing in ion-exchange technology, from 1999 until October 2006. He then served Basin Water as CEO and Chairman of the Board from November 2006 until his resignation in 2008. Before creating Basin Water, Mr. Jensen was Chairman of the Board from 1990 to 1999 of Western Water Company, a company engaged in the identification, development, transportation, sale and lease of water and water rights. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Jensen was the President of Yuba Natural Resources. Mr. Jensen received both his bachelor's and master's of science in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is the holder of five United States patents related to the purification of drinking water.

Larry Rowe has more than 35 years of municipal water experience. He served as Vice President of Business Development for Basin Water, Inc. from 2002 until 2008. Previously, Mr. Rowe served as Manager of Water Resources of Psomas Engineering in Costa Mesa, Calif. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Rowe served as the Vice President of Water Management of Western Water Company. Mr. Rowe also served as the General Manager of Mojave Water Agency and East Valley Water District, both in California, from 1980 to 1999. Mr. Rowe had various responsibilities from 1974 to 1979, including Water Resources Engineer of the San Bernardino Valley Municipal District in California. Mr. Rowe is a registered professional engineer in California, and received his bachelor's of science in civil engineering from the California State Polytechnic University.
