As the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Doug Guess is responsible for all financial, accounting and administrative functions of the company. Mr. Guess has 15 years of public accounting and financial management experience addressing needs of growing technology companies. Prior to joining Employease, Mr. Guess was Vice President, Finance and Administration, of Alphamed, Incorporated, a manufacturer and distributor of electronic ambulatory medical devices purchased by Sigma International in 1998. Mr. Guess practiced public accounting at Price Waterhouse LLP from 1991 to 1997 where his primary responsibilities included assisting Securities and Exchange Commission registrants with their financial reporting responsibilities and providing transaction support consulting services for merger and acquisition activities of mid-sized clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Guess holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University. He lives in the Atlanta area.

As Vice President of Product Strategy and Development, Jeff Beinke is responsible for the architecture and design of the Employease Network, an innovative mix of web-based solutions and outsourcing options. Mr. Beinke has more than 20 years of experience in the application software business. He has been a key figure in the emergence and establishment of human resource management software (HRMS) working for companies such as PeopleSoft and MSA (later Dun & Bradstreet). Most recently, he served PeopleSoft as vice president of emerging technology where he helped create and deliver the technology message for the company's new e-business products. Prior to that he served as vice president of enterprise sales support, where he helped create and deliver the technology messages for the company's Global HRMS and Global Financial applications. Mr. Beinke joined PeopleSoft in 1991 as a product consultant where he specialized in HRMS and technology pre-sales. In 1993, he built the national sales support team for PeopleSoft. In 1994, Mr. Beinke became regional vice president responsible for sales support in PeopleSoft's largest region. Before joining PeopleSoft he was involved in sales support, product development and product management for MSA from 1984-1991. Mr. Beinke graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Management Information Systems. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA.

Mitchell Touart is responsible for Fuelman's Field Sales, National Accounts, and Agent Sales organization which is distributed throughout the United States. He brings over two decades of expertise in leading national sales organizations focused on web based technology, integrated data driven solutions, and outsourcing services. Prior to joining FleetCor, Mitchell was Vice President of Sales for Employease, the leading SaaS innovator in HR and Benefits Administration. Upon joining the company, he was tasked with rapidly expanding the sales force and launching a highly successful national account sales and marketing strategy to support the company's direct sales channel and alliance partnerships which subsequently led to an acquisition by ADP. Previously, Mitchell was Vice President of WorkPlace Solutions sales, Public Records, and Strategic Sales at ChoicePoint, a leading provider of decision making intelligence used by business and government to mitigate risk via credentialing and comprehensive screening services. Additionally, he enjoyed 18 years with ADP's Employer Services where he served in various key roles as Region and Division Vice President of Sales. Mitchell earned a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Georgia, and then served 4 years on active duty as a Lieutenant in the Untied States Army.
