Ms. James joined the Company in April 2003 and serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. From January 2002 to March 2003, Ms. James was Director of Human Resources for the sales, marketing and customer service and support organizations within Gateway, Inc. Prior to this position, from June 1999 to December 2001, she managed various HR and Organizational Development functions for the international and domestic operations of Gateway. From September 1988 to May 1999, Ms. James was employed by Mars, Inc., where she held a number of different management positions over a period of 11 years covering human resources, supply chain, manufacturing and sales. Ms James received a bachelor's degree in Management Studies and French from the University of Bradford in 1988.

Mr. Ramsey joined Encore in 2005 through the acquisition of Ascension Capital Group. As the founder and current President and General Manager of Ascension, Mr. Ramsey leads the company's bankruptcy servicing division. Mr. Ramsey received his Bachelor's Degree and Law Degree from Baylor University in Texas, has published various handbooks pertaining to bankruptcy, real estate and tax law, and has lectured at the State Bar of Texas offering Continuing Legal Education courses. Mr. Ramsey is admitted to practice law in many United States District Courts, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas.

Mr. Eckhardt joined Encore in July 2005 following a 20-year career at Hewlett-Packard, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Software Services Division of Hewlett-Packard Consulting & Integration for a six-year period. In this position, Mr. Eckhardt managed a workforce of more than 2,000 employees worldwide, and grew this start-up division to over $250 million in annual revenues while consistently exceeding profit goals. Prior to that, Mr. Eckhardt held senior positions in two other start-up divisions at HP, serving as Operations Manager for Test Management & Measurement Systems and Director of Marketing for the Integrated Systems Division. Mr. Eckhardt was instrumental in growing revenue for these start-up divisions to over $50 million and over $100 million respectively.

Warren Wilcox is the Vice Chairman, Marketing and Planning at Washington Mutual Card Services, a leading provider of credit cards and deposit products to customers throughout the U.S. A veteran of financial services and banking, Mr. Wilcox brings a wealth of knowledge with him spanning two decades. Prior to joining Washington Mutual Card Services, he worked for four years at Fleet Credit Card Services as Executive Vice President, Planning and Development, where he managed strategic planning, new business development, portfolio acquisitions and divestitures, strategic business initiatives and new product development. Previous to this Mr. Wilcox worked for Household Credit Services, where in his thirteen year-tenure he performed a number of functions, most recently serving as Executive Director, Planning and Marketing where he was responsible for all credit card marketing and new business development activities. Before that he was also Senior Product Manager and Assistant Product Manager for Atlantic Financial and Citicorp, respectively. Mr. Wilcox holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Purdue University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Illinois State University.
