Greg Spicer joined Encore Legal Solutions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the fall of 2006. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Spicer serves as Encore's sales and marketing leader managing Encore's National Accounts Management Team as well as overseeing Encore's overall sales function, including sales training, sales recruitment, measurement of sales performance, and implementation of sales rewards and recognition programs. He is also responsible for development of effective marketing and communications programs to precede and support global sales activities and help increase Encore brand recognition. Prior to joining Encore, Mr. Spicer served as Vice President of Professional Services for Whitmont Legal Technologies where his responsibilities included supervising the company's Professional Services Group - Whitmont's national sales and consulting offering. Before being named Vice President of Professional Services he served as Vice President of Sales overseeing all sales personnel and the training and development of all account executives. Mr. Spicer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, with a minor in international trade and development, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Kris Taylor is the Vice President of National Sales for Encore Legal Solutions National Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ. As Vice President of Sales, Kris is responsible for the development of existing and future client relationships, and is heavily involved in the management of large projects. He has over ten years of sales, production, and management experience, coupled with extensive knowledge of the legal industry and litigation support software. He has presented at numerous speaking engagements on the subject of automated litigation technology and electronic discovery.

Trevor Campion joined Encore in May 2007 as Senior Vice President of Operations. Previously, he served as vice president of litigation support and digital solutions for Williams Lea, where he led the technology division of one of the largest full service, business process outsourcing companies in the US and Europe. Before joining Williams Lea, Mr. Campion was senior vice president of national digital document services at Uniscribe, a position he held from March 1999 until the sale of the company to Williams Lea in July of 2005. He holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University.

Jane Lewis joined Encore Legal Solutions as Vice President of Field Operations in the fall of 2006. As Vice President of Field Operations Ms. Lewis will be focusing on improving the quality, productivity and profitability of all Encore field offices. She brings to Encore more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, including a successful 15-year career at IKON Office Solutions and firm administration roles at two Texas law firms. Lewis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hardin-Simmons University.

Mitch Cady joined Encore Legal Solutions as Vice President of Operations & infrastructure in the fall of 2006. As Vice President of Operations and Infrastructure Mr. Cady will be focusing on the company's eDiscovery practice, technology services group, and the quality control and information technology departments. Prior to joining Encore, Mr. Cady served as Vice President at Whitmont Legal Technologies in Los Angeles. Before being named Vice President at Whitmont, Mr. Cady worked as a Regional Branch Director at Spherion Corp and a Sales Manager for IKON Technology Services. A former member of the U.S. Marine Corps, Cady graduated from Solano College.

Bryan Campbell joined Encore in May 2008 as Director of Web Hosting Services in the company's Phoenix National Operations Center. He currently oversees the daily activities of all Web projects and productions, strategizes and consults with clients on complex litigation matters and continues to improve processes through new technologies and training. Prior to joining the Encore team Bryan managed the eDiscovery and Web hosting departments for Deloitte & Touche where he was responsible for large litigation processing on domestic and international assignments. Bryan maintains a high degree of expertise on major litigation software programs, giving him unique skills to manage and solve complex litigation projects. He holds an undergraduate degree in management information systems from the University of Delaware.

Tammy Doss is the Director of Project Management Operations and Development for Encore Discovery Solutions. In her role, Tammy is responsible for Encore's national team of project managers who work on some of the largest and most complex matters in our industry. She and her team have managed thousands of projects including a variety of services such as data collections and forensics, data analysis and minimization, electronic discovery processing, and web hosting in various review platforms. Tammy and her team focus on client service, solutions development, design specifications, project implementation, and on-time delivery of quality services. Tammy has developed expertise in litigation support technology and services over the past seven years. She has held positions in sales management, client services, professional services and project management with Encore, Lex Solutio Corporation, and Syngence Corporation. Tammy is the founder and Director of the Phoenix Chapter of Women in eDiscovery, an organization that promotes networking and educational opportunities for women in the litigation support field. The Phoenix Chapter consists of more than 30 professional women in the Phoenix area working for law firms, software companies and service providers. Tammy graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's of Business Marketing.
