Thomas L. Cunningham has served as a Director of the company since 2003, and is designated by the board as the "financial expert" under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Cunningham served over 28 years at Ernst & Young LLP (and predecessor "Ernst" firms), withdrawing as an audit partner in September 1991.
