Endeavor is the leading provider of private label wholesale professional services to carriers, service providers, systems integrators, VARs, and equipment manufacturers. Endeavor's portfolio of professional services includes North American Field Services (Inside Wiring, Equipment Installation, & Repair Calls), Order Fulfillment Logistics (Equipment Configuration, Staging, Testing Kitting, and Shipping), and Operations Support (Tier I & II Technical Support, Project Management, & Staff Augmentation). Endeavor offers services only on a wholesale basis with the intent that they be rebranded, resold at a profit, or internalized at a substantial cost savings. Endeavor does not provide services directly to end-users or enterprise accounts. Endeavor Telecom is the professional telecom services organization of SSI that was divested in 2002. Endeavor is headquartered in Atlanta, GA and employs just over 350 direct field engineers throughout the US. In addition to direct field engineers, Endeavor has thousands of independent and partner subcontractors throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. Endeavor maintains a central staging & distribution center in Atlanta, a field operations & technical support call center in Atlanta, and a fail-over call-center/administrative office in South Carolina. In addition to Endeavor facilities, Endeavor has a network of contracted strategic stocking locations throughout North America.
